I am in town visiting family and went to MOVE+breathe for a strength class with John and then took a gentle yoga class with Lauren. Both classes were great! Great community, friendly staff and I highly recommend this gym!! If I lived in the area I would 100% be a member!

I have been working out for a long time and Move and Breathe is by far the best experience l have had. The way they do things is different. I love classes because it pushes me to do the work and l don’t have to think about it. The attention to detail is amazing. l also have not just strength training but cardio and yoga. Most men (me included) don’t do yoga but l can tell you yoga has been great for me in helping my flexibility and core strength. And the owners really care about everyone. Best of the Best!!

UPDATE: I finally took the plunge and enrolled in the nutrition coaching at MOVE+breathe and to say it’s been life-changing is an understatement. As a life-long dieter (from the age of 10) my relationship with food was shocking but this has been anything BUT a diet. I have never felt restricted, and I feel like the coaching I’ve received and the habits I’ve learned are things I can carry forward for EVER rather than achieving my goals and going back to my old ways. I cannot recommend this coaching enough. It is amazing!
I’m relatively new to MOVE+breathe but it has had a massive impact on my life. I’m a defeatist at heart but this place keeps me coming back. The owners and staff don’t treat it as a business … it’s a community … and everyone is cared about and nurtured and oh! … did I mention they do yoga and strength training too?! If you’re on the fence about joining, don’t be! Jump off and head over there. You won’t be disappointed and the benefits to your health and well-being will be amazing!!!

Move+Breathe is the best small group strength training facility, has complete full body fitness workout programs, and has a great community vibe, which is unusual for a fitness-based facility, that makes the work and the process so much more enjoyable and supportive than any gym.
John, being a retired NFL Tight End, imparts his skills and depth of knowledge of full body strength training in the always challenging and varied workout sequences. The workouts are easily self-adjusting to make the same workouts as challenging as everyone wants on a given day.
The facility is laid out in a way that supports smooth execution of every exercise and movement to the next exercise. The value of just the workouts being designed by an expert in strength and fitness is enough by itself, but the yoga and therapy ball classes, which are mostly designed around recovery, range of motion, and balance, is unique for any gym I have been a member of.
Lauren and John have developed a comprehensive fitness program that uses the latest knowledge and science around strength, balance, fascia, movement, nutrition and recovery using current science that is proven to improve quality of life, build full body strength, and teach a wholistic approach to physical wellbeing through education and the practice of consistency.
The number of classes with time-of-day options is exceptional, the quality and variety of equipment, and the expertise and commitment of every instructor are excellent.

I took part in the mindfulness challenge at Move + Breathe and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I have had great success with the Move+Breathe nutrition program that I used for 6 months to transform my diet, health, and weight… I believe permanently. My coach worked to help me change my habits one small step at a time in the way that worked for me. I learned a lot about how my body reacts to food and exercise and I look at food differently. But, their program is not about calorie counting, fasting, or macros—though I ended up using calorie counting as a tool that worked for me. They met me where I was and pushed, pulled, taught, and coached me to a lasting change.

I finally took the plunge and did the Nutrition Kickstart. Best decision I have made in a LONG time. It is a great combination of support, education and structure to build a base of good habits. I have been a continual member of Move and Breathe yoga and fitness studio for a decade…since the first day I called to inquire about the 6:00 am Sunrise Yoga class! From the start, I felt welcomed and I met people then that I am still friends with today. Move and Breathe started off as a Mother-Daughter journey to bring health and wellness to our community and it has continued to evolve and grow into so much more. Now Lauren, her husband John and their talented staff not only provide a wide range of yoga classes and retreats but they also provide tailored small group weight training classes and nutrition counseling. They have become a complete package for healthy living. I am also a healthcare provider and I can testify to their knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and corrective strength training. They pay attention to the details and safety of all their clients. Move and Breathe has become my wellness program and my life is better because of Move and Breathe. They have made it easy to keep movement, muscle strengthening, and nutrition a consistent part of my life. I was invited to participate in the very first Sonic Nidra experience, led by Stephanie with a beautiful song bath by Jen! Every detail was thought out from the room with soft lighting and candles to yoga mats and blankets provided. The cherry on top was the soothing sounds that chimed in and offered great balance with Stephanie’s guided meditation! This was a full class on a very chilly winter Saturday evening and I can tell you that every person left super relaxed and happy! There was a break halfway through where we got to enjoy hot tea and light snacks. I just found out that they will do more of these classes and I am ready to sign up!

Move and Breathe is my home away from home! If you are looking for a supportive community for health and wellness you should try a class or 2! I have been a member for over 2 years, month after month of taking strength classes I can tell that I am getting stronger. Yoga classes-especially gentle and roll have taught me how to calm myself and manage sore muscles and anxiousness at home! The nutrition program is AMAZING! The structure is habit building each month, allowing you to focus on creating good habits. I have lost body fat and weight but also gained confidence and knowledge!

I can't say enough about Move + Breathe! I was looking for something that would keep me encouraged and accountable and THIS IS IT! After years of searching for a great fit, I have found the perfect balance between Strength, Yoga, and Fun. The coaches/instructors are excellent and know how and when to give the extra nudge to push you a bit to get you to progress further- no matter where you are.

I was a Breathe member for many years, and am SO HAPPY to be back with Lauren and John and their INCREDIBLE team of coaches. I returned after a debilitating year of multiple surgeries, surgical complications and horrible illness. To say that Lauren and John have been supportive and encouraging (and SO FUN) to work with would be a gross understatement. Every class is inspiring, invigorating and challenging. The best part? This team really CARES! They want each member to be their best version of themselves… the personal connections with Joey, Pat, Amy, Tara (both) Christie, Molly, Cheryl, Marlene, Stephanie… OMG - love them ALL is unrivaled. Expert Instructors!
My husband and I have been attending classes at Move Breathe Yoga for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always make sure you’re using the correct form—whether it’s yoga, strength training, or a fusion of both even after an injury.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Great community as well to meet amazing new friends . I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being since joining.

Joining Move & Breathe has changed my life. I have been going for over a year now, attending yoga, strength training and working with a Nutrition Coach. I have tried several eating plans and workouts/gyms over the years, this is the first time it has stuck. I’ve thought a lot about why it is different this time and the answers are why I’m posting this review. It starts with the first time you walk through the doors. Lauren, John and their entire team make you feel at home, like you’ve just walked into a place you’ve been to a thousand times and they are so happy you are there. It’s genuine and intentional at the same time and has created a culture of caring and support among all of their members and is affectionately referred to as their “community”. It’s part of their magic formula and it’s contagious. Next is the amazing classes they offer. All of the instructors are really good and truly embrace the community culture that makes it so special. They know you by name, they’re approachable and they truly care about your success. Personally for me, the yoga and roll classes have been life changing. I’ve learned to manage my stress, move my body better and most importantly I’ve been able to get rid of pain in my body that was just something I had accepted I would be living with for the rest of my life. I hurt all the time and just felt old (I’m only 55!). If you feel old, no matter how old you are, you can change that feeling and instead feel strong, flexible and healthy.I used to get massages every 2 weeks to manage the pain, I haven’t needed one in over 4 months! I avoided yoga in the past because I thought I needed to be able to do all of the yoga poses to do yoga. That is not true, yoga is for EVERYBODY and one of the very few regrets I have in my life is that I did not start yoga sooner. Last but not least is my Nutrition Coach, Christie. Yes we work on nutrition planning like you would expect, but the biggest reason I am where I am is because of the M&B approach. Christie taught me to work on building 1 habit at a time, taking things slow and celebrating wins. I have always had a “new years resolution” approach to making life changes, changing everything all at once and wanting immediate results. That’s not ever going to work but it didn’t stop me from trying over and over again. Working on building 1 habit at a time, setting realistic expectations around results, not being in a hurry and realizing this is a journey that will last a lifetime with an accountability partner that was truly invested in my success changed everything. The habits I’ve built are now just routine, I can miss a workout or not have a balanced meal and I don’t feel like I’ve fallen off the wagon and just give up, it’s just an event and I get right back to my routine. The beginning of this was hard work and having Christie there to get me through it is what got me to where I am today and I am forever grateful for her and the entire M&B family.

I had such a great experience with Tara and her accountability and nutrition coaching! Before beginning, I wasn’t able to get on a consistent schedule with daily movement and meal timing. I kept letting excuses, stress and a crazy schedule dictate my day, which made for poor sleep and low energy. Now I am able to plan out my week to incorporate movement, even on days when I can’t get to the gym. This has helped tremendously in my energy levels. Tara also refined my food choices to stay full longer without crashes. One surprise outcome of our weekly meetings was the mental clarity and confidence I gained that came from her ability to help me move through some roadblocks I had put up. My weight went down, I gained muscle and energy, and I was able to sleep better. I kept thinking I was already doing all the right things, but there were so many areas she helped me tweak to see actual results. I can’t recommend this program enough! MOVE+breathe’s nutrition accountability coaching has been more than I could have ever asked for. I walked in the gymio with a history of difficulty in nutrition/body image and years of cyclical striving to find a new mindset and confidence in my own skin and ability to nourish and steward my temple well. The most transformative part of the program was the incredible shift from the deficit, restricting mindset I had carried for so long to an abundance, empowering mindset in all things nutrition and overall health. The wholistic look at health renewed my trust in myself to take care of my body from a place of freedom and joy, not dread and punishment. Working with Tara (my nutritionist) was a tremendous help at move+breathe. I thought I knew all there was to know about nutrition, but I learned SO much more. I have wanted to write an updated review for Move&Breathe for a while but have struggled because my words seemed inadequate to describe everything I have gained by making the decision to walk through their doors. I started with a focus on getting back in shape with yoga and strength training. What I found was a whole lot more, I found community and people who really care about your health. This is not just a business for Lauren and John, it is a passion to help others achieve the best, healthiest version of themselves. The next thing I needed to truly achieve my best version of myself was to clean up my nutrition. January of 2023 they started Nutrition Coaching and that final piece fell into place for me, I started with a nutrition challenge and then continued with coaching with Christie. I lost 17lbs and 6% body fat and have maintained that while building muscle mass. Progress not perfection is a mindset I have come to embrace. As a woman in her 50's new challenges pop up but I know that all I have to do is ask and someone will help me to figure out what changes I can make, be it in my workouts or nutrition, to best support a healthy body. They don’t give you a diet, they help you change your habits and your mindset. At M&B you will not only benefit from amazing strength coaches, yoga instructors and nutrition coaches but you will find yourself surrounded by a community filled with people with similar goals, sharing ideas and supporting one another. If you are reading this and you are looking for a change, come in and check it out! Lauren will sit down with you and help you come up with the best plan for YOU. The only regret you might have is not walking through their doors sooner. The absolute best investment I have ever made to become a happier and healthier person.

This place is the real deal. Combining yoga, rolling/stretching, and strength classes in one studio with various timings to suit your schedule is a winner. You can get stronger and destress all in one place. Add to that the fantastic team of instructors, coaches, and owners who meet you where you are and encourage you every step of the way. I truly believe Move and Breathe is the place us Seniors want to be. This neighborhood Studio is like having a positive family environment. Their professionalism and caring attitude has assisted me in improving my nutrition values; which in doing so, has improved my overall health and lessened my medication use for my breathing issues and arthritis. Tara has really pushed me in this area of improvement. Some of the instructors I’m excited about include Joey who is so patient, while encouraging us to challenge ourselves. Stephanie is an artist and yoga teacher. Her voice is so calm. I like it because I also suffer from Cognitive decline. It has helped me remain calm, and follow guidance without trying to see what others are doing. Now, what I like most about Lauren is she even has a Skelton of a body where she shows and demonstrates what parts of your body we are working on. Then there is my Strength Coach Pat. I don’t care how many individuals are in your class, he remembers your individual concerns and in the mist of teaching the entire class he will call your name and advise what you should do differently while reaching the same results. (You should see my new found muscles) lol Actually, all the instructors to include John and Christie know me personally and are so committed to all of us learning HOW TO BECOME A STUDENT OF OUR OWN BODIES. Most of all seniors, we know a lot of our friends have moved to other locations or left our world as we know it. So come out and enjoy this Fabulous new opportunity in meeting new folks and all age groups. I had done HIIT workouts regularly for over seven years
At 51 my body and soul couldn’t do another high intensity workout. I didn’t have it in me. After doing a lot of research and I learning that I did not need to be over exercising to be physically fit. After passing by Move + Breathe several times I decided to explore it more. I joined after my one day trial!

I had come to a point where I just didn’t know what to do…I have tried Keto and yoga at home and had lost a bunch of weight, but gained it all back. Driving by one day there were balloons tied to the railing, curiosity got me looking up Move+breathe. I took a step out of my comfort zone and decided to give it a try, so I purchased a drop in class…then I committed to a 10 day pack to see if I would stick it out. Well, here I am now with a membership taking yoga, core and burn classes and working with Tara on my nutrition goals.
Having the community and the staff beside me on my journey to wellness has been a game changer for me. While the progress is not a quick fix, it is steady and building a foundation for my future.
The tools available are fabulous, the coaches and staff are fabulous and approachable. You will find folks, just like you, struggling with many different things but the best part is you don’t have to do it alone.
I am grateful for the balloons that fateful day…they have lifted me to a better place, a place I’d never expect I’d be. Thank you, Lauren, Joey, Tara and the entire crew at Move+breathe, you have made me feel welcome and most importantly that I can do this!

I joined the studio a little over a year ago after a friend invited me to join her. I’m so glad I did!! I’ve aways been a keep to myself and get the workout done type of person at a gym. I found that I was missing camaraderie and challenging myself to take my fitness to another level. I have found the yoga instructors, coaches and people to be the most sincere, helpful and positive people ever! I will never be a “first class athlete” but I’ve learned I can be STRONG and healthy. I also joined the nutrition coaching and I LOVE it!! NEVER once have felt like I needed to be the same as the person next to me. I've been a part of the MOVE+breathe community since the very beginning and have always loved & appreciated this amazing place but recently had an injury that made me appreciate Lauren, John & the whole community even more. I injured my back at the end of May (had a herniated disc pushing a nerve - worst pain I have ever had) - the love & support of this community is like no other! There were phone calls, emails, texts, visits <3. The very best part is that I was able to get back to the yoga side of the house much sooner than expected and there is not a doubt in my mind that I healed MUCH more quickly due to my regular practice at MOVE+breathe (yoga as well as strength training). The fact that there are classes for EVERYONE helped me return sooner - I started back slowly in gentle classes, worked my way back to flow classes and am about to start back on the strength side where I know the coach will help me modify to accommodate my body's limitations. I feel LOVED & SAFE at MOVE+breathe. I don't know any other yoga studio or gym that is like this one, Lauren & John have truly created an amazing place!

Breathe offers a range of yoga classes and all of the instructors are amazing! From the first day you walk through the door they greet you and get to know you. Lauren has truly created the most welcoming community I have ever joined. Make sure you try the Roll classes using Yoga Tune Up balls - I don’t know anyone who would not benefit from this practice. The knowledge Lauren has to share is invaluable and her passion for sharing her practice with others is inspiring.

I've had a great experience with adding the Health & Nutrition Coaching component to my routine. My coach and I sat down to look at my day to day schedule and built a strategy on how and when to meal prep in order to make it successful for me. We took in to account my family's schedule and taste preference so it fits in easily and is sustainable. We set personal health goals and by taking a truly individualized approach, I have already seen results in various areas of my life. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for a while now, and my dad suggested I enroll in a yoga studio as a way of addressing and combatting the struggles with my mental health. At first, I was a bit hesitant to go into an environment where I didn't know anyone. However, MOVE + Breathe quickly made me feel at home. All of the instructors were so inviting, kind, and helpful.
I have been going to MOVE + Breathe for about 9(ish) months now, and I honestly never want to try another studio because I love this one so much. They train you, they pay attention to details, they care about you being there to train, connect and whatever your motives are, for me it is to strengthen my mind, body and heal. MOVE+breathe has been such a blessing to me from the minute I walked in their front door! I first tried the New Yogi Special during a brief leave of absence from work after a close family member suddenly passed, and it was exactly what I needed to de-stress during those couple of weeks. The sense of community and comfort that Lauren and her team provide is truly wonderful! I have never been able to love yoga prior to MOVE+breathe, but I am now a convert! The focus on "being a student of your body" and connecting to your breath is so helpful. I am a big fan of the "roll" classes which are truly like a massage and wonderful dose of self-care each week. Read any of the reviews and you find out how great Lauren and John are. When I have done any type of group fitness, the instructors can really make or break it. All of the instructors here are fantastic whether it’s yoga or move classes. I could go on about how much yoga has helped my flexibility, sleep, breathing and so on. I could talk about the move classes have made me stronger, in shape, thinner and so on. However, there is so much more to this place. It is special and it took me a while to figure out. It is the community they have built. Go to 6 am sunrise and at 5:50, it is loud with everyone catching up. At 6 am it is quiet, however with lots of encouragement and occasional laughs. At 7, people are wrapping up, catching up and still providing that encouragement. Between Move classes there is encouragement between the classes.
Success makes it worth it! Community will make it last. There is a reason that they have so many OGs still there practically everyday.

This place is a gem! I have been searching for a yoga home for quite a while and was not able to find a place that combined a great yoga class that challenged me and also helped me feel calm and peaceful afterward. The classes I have taken here with Lauren, Jackie and Joey have been exactly what I was looking for, and everyone has been very nice and welcoming. I recently also started working out on the move side, taking the small group strength training classes.The classes have been challenging but John has been great about breaking the exercises down and helping me make adjustments to my form. Working out with a small group allows you to get the individual attention to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly but you also get to have a sense of community. I would definitely recommend giving this great little studio a try!

I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment! I have been a yoga student for many years (that's my comfort zone). I've always been hesitant and never truly motivated to 'lift weights' or strength train. When the new MOVE+breathe facility opened, I decided to give it a shot and try a strength training class.
A few months later, that class has become one of my very favorite things and has changed my mental and physical strength substantially in a short amount of time.
Each class is intentionally planned to keep you engaged and challenged but always 'comfortable'. It is truly about YOU..meeting you where you are in the moment and building from there.

I have been a member at Breathe for several years and recently had a total hip replacement. I know that my recovery was much easier and faster due to my participation in classes at Breathe. Movement is medicine. That’s one of the first things I remember Lauren explaining to me. I’m a male in his late 30’s whose dealt with nerve pain/damage for over 10+ years. It’s stopped me from doing so many things I’ve loved and churned through more money than I care to calculate with doctors.
I’ve tried so many different medical and non medical options but no one ever mentioned Yoga as a possibility. However, one day a colleague did and I was put in touch with Lauren, one of the owners at Breathe and she was amazing and encouraging from our first interaction. Not only is she, and all the other instructors, very knowledgeable, she made me feel comfortable. I wouldn’t normally mention my age/gender but with yoga I feel like there is still a stigma around men doing it. This truly put me out of my comfort zone, which I wanted, but Lauren made it feel like home instantly (as well as the other instructors and overall community).
The nerve damage I have is contained mostly to the entire left side of my body and I explained this to Lauren when I started and she said she could totally help me. The nerve damage is so bad it hurt to play golf, type, carry my kids, throw a ball with my son, etc. I decided to jump in and I will not look back.
This week marks close to 6 weeks since I’ve taken any of my nerve pain meds (I was taking 3 giant pills a day). I also just played my first pain free round of golf in over 10 years! I will not sit here typing this promising that Lauren and the team can always fix everything, we do have doctors for many things and reasons. However, I will tell you that unequivocally I feel that sticking with yoga has truly transformed how I live and feel (mental and physical) and is a major factor in my day to day pain level and overall quality of life.
I’m so grateful for Lauren, her husband John, and all the other instructors and community at Breathe. I never in a million years thought I’d be writing a review on how Yoga changed my life but here I am :)
Go see Lauren and team. I promise you won’t regret it. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Today I went back to Breathe Yoga Studio for a LIVE yoga lesson and I REALLY enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the live streaming can not give the energy of the teacher and the students. It is great that streaming lessons are offered and I will continue to attend them as well, but I plan to be back in the studio once a week. We were only 6 students together with Lauren Smith Reese. Our space was clearly defined with tape on the floor and I was not close to anybody at any time. Lauren cleaned the floor immediately after the class was done and no equipment and supplies were shared. I brought my yoga mat and I dedicated this mat to be used in the studio only. At home I'm using a different mat. I always have my hand sanitizer with me and I'm careful to sanitize my hands after the lesson. I'm happy to be able to support Breathe Yoga again with a regular membership and to do both; in studio lessons and streaming at home. I bought a cute shirt as well as yoga tune up therapy balls and a gorgeous ball so I have my own equipment. I hope some may find my feedback helpful. Working as a Massage Therapist I love and need to do this type of self care. Strengthening the immune system in times of Covid 19 is essential.

You know the saying “You can’t go home again?” Well, it’s not true because I’m back home at Breathe Yoga Atlanta even though I now live 450 miles away. I had practiced at BYA before moving several years ago. When everything had to shut down due to COVID-19, Lauren transitioned the studio to a live stream and on demand format, thus I could once again practice with this warm and welcoming community. I love Breathe Yoga and couldn't imagine taking an on-line yoga class but surprisingly I love them. The instructors are intentional and instructional in every class they teach. I cannot say enough great things about my experience, practice, friends, and community at Breathe Yoga Atlanta. This is a special place, I only wish I had joined years ago. Lauren and Peggy have created a studio where beginner to advanced levels can train together in a variety of classes, all while learning to become a student of our own body. It is truly a place to thrive. The instructors are excellent, and I appreciate learning something new in every class. I like the workshops offered for concentrated experiences and learning opportunities. Breathe Yoga is a clean, welcoming space, and I just love everything about it: the people, the classes, the app, atmosphere, swag & merchandise...and last but not least, I’d give more stars if I could because Breathe Yoga makes my life better. Breathe Yoga makes me happy!!

Breathe Yoga Atlanta is a “Treasure” In Forsyth County! This is my first experience of practicing Yoga and my experience at Breathe has gone above and beyond my expectations for Yoga!
The studio is a special place that has an atmosphere of warmth, kindness and community...a reflection of the owner Lauren Reese. Breathe Yoga offers a variety of classes at different times for not only the experienced Yogi, but also beginners like me! The class instructors are very knowledgeable, experienced and each has their personal style to add to the variety of classes!
I have been a member for a month and have already seen results with my flexibility, strength and balance and also have improved being present and mindful. My fiancé also just signed up for classes and he enjoys the practice. It is something fun and healthy we can do together!

You will NOT regret coming to this yoga studio! Owners Lauren and Peggy are wonderful. The teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable. I started my yoga journey here seven years ago, having never been on a mat before, and kept coming back because of the warm, smiling faces of the people here and the strong sense of community this places offers. Long story short....3 years ago I suffered from a severe training accident which left me immobilized and strapped to a hospital bed for nearly 6 months. I lost total use of my legs from the hips down. The rehabilitation journey has proven to be one of the most intense and challenging moments of my life. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. DAILY I must do mobility drills and other exercises just to maintain normal function. I tell you that to say this....I recently attended a Yoga Tune Up class with Lauren. Within 30 minutes I had more flexibility and better mobility than I’ve had in over 3 YEARS!!!.....I don’t just give Lauren & Breathe Yoga 5 Stars....I give them ALL THE ⭐️’s!! I went to my first yoga class yesterday and loved it. I am NOT flexible, some call me clutsy. But this beginner class was wonderful. The instructor, Christie, explained the poses and what they were doing for your body. She also showed modifications, if you are having difficulty maintaining the poses. I have a lot to work on, but this was a great stress reliever.
The studio is clean and welcoming. Also, you may borrow mats and their equipment if you don't have one of your own. I highly recommend Breathe Yoga!!!!

Breathe Yoga Atlanta is simply a life changing experience. I came to Breathe already practicing yoga, already meditating, already a mover. And my life has still been transformed by my experience at Breathe. Lauren and Peggy have created a beautiful, welcoming community. I came to strengthen my core and I stayed. I was hooked from my first class! I like it so much I went through Lauren's yoga teacher training and am now lucky enough to teach at Breathe. Absolutely love Breathe! I was very hesitant to try yoga, especially after an injury from a car accident, but every teacher at Breathe has been so helpful and accommodating to make sure I am in proper alignment and safe from re-injuring myself. I have tried so many of the classes, including Yoga Tune Up (so great for my tight muscles!), Hot Yoga, and Restorative. I love the true full body aspect of yoga— mind, body, spirit! It allows me to get a great workout in and have a break from the everyday chaos of life. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Sunrise yoga is the best way to start my day! I leave class in a positive mood, energized for the day.
When I can't make it to Sunrise, there are great classes mid-morning & in the evening. All the instructors are very welcoming and make class challenging, meaningful and fun.

I love this yoga studio! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio offers a wide variety of classes that are great for any level. They have classes as early as 6 AM and as late as 7 PM so it is easy to fit in a class even with a busy schedule. The studio is always very clean and they offer a lot of different prop options and those are always clean as well. I've learned a lot about how my body works because the instructors are great about explaining what muscle you are using with each exercise.

As an avid cyclist I first came to Breath Yoga to improve my core strength. Having never been in a Yoga studio before I had no idea what to expect. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I started practicing at Breathe a year ago. I thought I was going to help with stretching and flexibility as I'm so tight from years of running. What I found,though, was a way to approach a busy lifestyle filled with what could be stresses from work, family, etc. I am truly in my happy place whenever I walk into Breathe, and the 75 minutes I spend there have a tremendous ROI. This is my second home! All the teachers are very knowledgeable and caring. Large variety of classes are offered but some of my favorites are Sunrise Yoga and any Yoga for Everybody class. Everyone who practices here is very friendly and encouraging. The owners, Lauren and Peggy, are two incredible ladies with a passion for yoga and for their students' to become strong and grow in their practice. Definitely worth visiting!

My Yoga Home! Breathe has great teachers all of whom bring unique insights into their classes. I especially enjoy taking Lauren's classes because she is such a knowledgable and enthusiastic teacher. Each of her classes includes some focus on a specific area of the body and/or yoga practice (e.g. hip stabilization or arm balances). If one takes several of her classes over the period of a week or so, one will get a great balanced and overall (body) workout. In her classes she can either help you find your edge, or simply relax and loosen up. Lastly, she always includes an uplifting message which makes you always feel better after her class.

This studio is my home away from home. The space itself is beautifully decorated and has a warm energy to it. The instructors are fantastic. Students can choose from a variety of instructional styles and classes. The clientele is friendly and the overall experience is comfortable in the best way possible. I feel like I get exactly what I need out of my practice whether I'm looking to push myself physically or focus on restoring my energy. It's also the type of studio where students can ask questions about specific poses or take modifications without worry or self-consciousness. I can't say enough good things about it!

I have been searching for the right fit for my practice for the better part of a year as I had "fallen off" for a few years.
