I've been at this gym for a little over a year, and I couldn't recommend it more! I came for the workouts and stay for the people. Shay is a fantastic trainer, and I have gained so much strength by coming here and staying consistent. I didn't have a weight loss goal when I started, but I'm down 40 lbs just by working out 3-5 times a week for 35 minutes! If you're wanting to get in shape with a great group of people, Musclethru is the best!

I love the efficiency of Shay’s workouts at MuscleThru. It’s a half hour, full body workout that combines weights, plyometrics, and cardio. All of the movements can be scaled and Shay is great about making sure each athlete is appropriately challenged. He has great energy and is so passionate each and every class. I've done personal one on one training, meal preps, dieting tricks and your typical gym memberships, which I never use. This is a quick 30 minutes full workout class. The coaches are committed to your fitness success and push you to limits you didn't think you had. I love this place! This is the perfect gym for me. The coach is a high-energy motivator; the workouts are constantly fresh and varied and, even though the coach pushes me to give my all, I can scale my effort and intensity level to fit how I feel (and move) that particular day. I battled injuries doing CrossFit for years, and MSCLTHRU has replaced the problematic parts of CF (for me) with lower impact movements, manageable weights, and a strong focus on core strength and lateral movements.

My daughter's classmates Mom recommended Muscle Thru to me to try out. I'd been looking for a boot camp class since moving from NY. My old class in NY was usually about a little over an hour long, so I wasn't sure a 35min class was going to do the job for me. BOY was I wrong! This class is just as intense has my hour long class and it gets the job done every time! Each class is completely different from the last which is perfect for keeping your body guessing. I started with the 10 for $10 just to try it out and I will definitely be getting a membership. This place is great, the trainers and super motivating as well as the other members! I love this place, this is my 5th year. Been a fitness flunkies my whole life and finally found something short but effective (30 min) in a workout that changes every day. Covid has kept me home since March 15, 2020, but I haven't missed a beat and am working out at home, no equipment, with workouts that are posted by my amazing trainers. These guys care, and they are the real deal. I wish I could give them 1000 stars!!!!

This gym is the best! I’ve been a member for the past year and a half and this place keeps getting better. Coach Shay, T, Mallory and Shab will beat you up with a work out but keep you motivated the entire time. If you are looking for results look no further because if you put in the time and effort here you will be amazed at that you see. I have been training with this group for some years. There is a core group that’s been here the entire time. I must say that there is an unspoken bond amongst us with our fearless leaders. While the original purpose was to work out and become fit/healthy, there are added benefits to being a member of this organization. I have been working out at MuscleThru for just over 2 years. The staff is so welcoming and truly care about each and every member. (greeting you by name) They have done an amazing job navigating through the pandemic. They offer online zoom classes, online workouts and in person classes. Muscle Thru does a great job maintaining a clean environment. They are continually changing the workouts to make sure all members are challenged. I don’t remember every repeating a workout. I go every weekday at 5am. I have improved my running times, gained muscle and am skinnier and stronger than I was 20 years ago. I look forward to going every morning.

I’ve been going to Buford Fit Body Boot Camp for two years now. It works. Period. I've lost 46 pounds and am stronger, faster, and lighter at age 55 than I was at age 30.
There are loads of reasons WHY it works for different people but here’s why it worked so well for me:
1. It’s fast. 30 minutes and you’re done. That’s it.
2. There are something like 12 sessions a day. Zero excuse to not find one. And you can do them at home via Zoom if you prefer.
3. You don’t have to think. Just show up or log in and do the workout the coaches designed and go as hard as you can. At your speed.
4. It’s full body, full motion, strength and cardio. All in one.
5. The coaches are pretty cool and make the whole thing very fun.
6. There are optional classes and programs on nutrition, stretching, etc. that are easy to follow and deliver great results.

And I have PHENOMENAL COACHES (Coach Shay and Coach T) who PLAN workouts to deliver RESULTS, ENCOURAGE AND MOTIVATE on a daily basis! I joined Buford Fit Body over 2 years ago now. Best decision I made to continue my weight loss journey and being the best version of me. I joined worried if I could handle the exercises, I was over 300 pounds when I started. I have lost over 80 pounds to date. The workouts are amazing and fast paced. No time to be bored. I started at the 4pm class but soon found myself with my work schedule having to go at different times which scared me because I am a creature of habit and routine. Every class I have been to as been amazing, everyone is welcoming and encouraging with each other. Coach Shay and T are wonderful coaches and motivators. Always willing to provide modifications for exercises that may be too challenging at the time or because of injured body parts. I now go at 515am and it gets my day off to an amazing start!!

Where do I begin? I have always heard of Boot Camp but was to timid to try it out. Not sure why? Last August there was a back to school special and my neighbor begged me to go with her. I decided to give it a shot! That was the best decision I ever made. Everyone was very welcoming and encouraging. No one was there to judge you. The facility is top notch, trainers Shay & T are amazing! The workouts are never the same. I gained so much by joining FBBC I was at my highest weight ever and at my lowest point. Best decision I have made was joining Buford Fit Body. It’s no fluff you get in and work hard...add a little fun mixed in with some awesome folks of all ages and fitness levels and leave feeling great about yourself. I recently completed the 8 week challenge and lost 18lbs and 6% body fat; everyone whether they were in the challenge or not was so supportive and made me feel really proud of myself. The meal plan was effortless it helped me change bad habits that had kept me from being healthy for years. If your stuck on repeat each day looking for excuses to sabotage (ie I have too much work, the house needs cleaning, the kids have this and that) then give Shay and T’s program a chance.
