Great studio in the heart of East Atlanta! You’ll find mostly authentic offerings that align with yoga. I just don’t prefer heated yoga spaces.

Nectar has such a warm and welcoming environment. I was nervous to try a new studio after moving to the area, but I immediately fell in love after my first class. Their classes offer a strenuous physical workout while also incorporating breath work and self reflection. So happy to have this studio in my new neighborhood!

There are too many things I love about Nectar Yoga to list here but I appreciate that this studio offers so many different types of classes- traditional hot yoga, Pilates/yoga blends, relaxation and stretch… there’s always the perfect option to regulate your nervous system! I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in

Just took a wonderful hot yoga class by Safia. I am newer to the traditional side of yoga practice and she made the whole class feel so comfortable and loved. Her words spoken in between flows were exceptional: this particular class fell on the day of a full moon and she made it all about accepting love and light from it. I will be back!

Nectar Hot Flow - perfectly titled: flowy, hot and sweaty, yet deliciously rejuvenating.
Deep Stretch - again perfectly titled: will stretch you deep into your body, mind, and soul to reawaken ALL of you.

This is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. I loved it as Sacred Thread, I love it more as Nectar. If you are looking for a studio that values the tradition and mindfulness aspects of yoga, rather than being just a workout class… this is the one for you. Every time I go back to NC and try another studio I am reminded how lucky I am to call this one my home. The emphasis on breath, meditation, and philosophy of yoga is really a treat. There’s a wide range of class offerings, from the slow-moving savory “Gentle and Restorative” which I lovingly call “nap class” to a new range of Pilates and Pilates yoga fusion I’m excited to try. My standard class is the Nectar Hot Flow which is a wonderful sampling of what the studio has to offer all in one class. The classes are also capped at a smaller group than some other studios making it a much more individual experience. If you’re a repeat yogi, the teachers will quickly learn your name and connect with you on a personal level which is really special. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Love Love Love this studio. All the teachers are warm and welcoming! My favorite part the fact that its no judgement zone where yogis from all ends of the spectrum can feel comfortable practicing. They give lots of options during difficult poses and also care about injuries!

Best yoga studio in Atlanta!!! Nectar offers a variety of yoga classes and each teacher brings something unique to the space. They honor the roots of the practice. There are also so many cool, diverse events.
The community Nectar has cultivated is really what sets them apart. It is a true third space where you can make genuine connections while you practice.

I love this studio so much! I’ve been practicing yoga for the last 9 years and have been a member of various studios throughout those years around the city. Nectar’s physical space embodies old atlanta charm and the people that makeup the community are truly special. The teachers here have a rooted understanding of yoga’s principles and values and lead through a sacred space.

Caroline is a fantastic instructor! Her class was balanced and easy to follow. She helped students demo the poses and really took the time to be attentive to everyone. I can’t wait to come back! She had my body feeling so on cloud 9 I felt like I wanted to go bouncing around the room!

I love this yoga studio in East Atlanta Village! This used to be Sacred Thread and had an ownership change in December 2023.
Danielle is an amazing, dynamite teacher. She is so inspirational and guides you through a spiritual experience disguised as a yoga class. Kat and Stephie’s classes are also really fantastic. They are passionate about yoga, great at cueing, play good music, and also bring in a bit of mindfulness.
There is a sense of community at this yoga studio that I haven’t experienced at other studios. The teachers and students are really friendly and the studio hosts a lot of workshops, full moon circles, cacao ceremonies, etc.
Most classes are heated to 90ish degrees, which is hot, but not as hot as bikram. There is a Foundational Flow class (that is not heated) that explains the nuances of poses. It’s a good class for new students, and I also get a lot out of it, even though I’ve been practicing yoga for a while.
The space has a lot of charm and character. The exposed brick is beautiful. There’s free parking in the back, and that is where the door is. I forgot my yoga mat one day and they let me use one of the studio’s mats for free.
Really amazing, positive energy here.

Definitely one of the MUST TRY studios in Atlanta. Impeccable vibes, lovely space, variety of class types, and the best instructors. My personal faves are Tiana and James but there are so many great teachers honestly you can't go wrong. Highly Recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this class. I fell out of taking yoga classes because every class I seemed to go to was a POWER yoga class that I honestly didn't always feel up to (especially since I go to the gym 4X per week). But Nectar is different! Don't get me wrong, the class is challenging, but I find it rejuvenating! This feels like something I can do post-gym to nourish my body, not deplete it!

My favorite yoga studio in Atlanta owned by two of the most amazing in the world! Beautiful paced and challenging classes that are accessible to everyone at every level. There is a beautiful sense of community and a very diverse lineup of teachers and students and no matter where you are at in your yoga practice, there will be somewhere there to meet you and encourage you along.

I've been to many yoga studios through class pass and this is truly the BEST yoga studio I've come across! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. There's always the option to try more advanced poses or take it easier. They also offer a unique variety of workshops that I've enjoyed! I especially love Stephie's classes, her classes always offer a wonderful flow paired with mindfulness you can't get anywhere else--and her cues for form are better than many PT's I've met!
