About the Club

Erin and Kendall had a dream to build a yoga home where Savannah’s very best teachers could share authentically, unscripted and from their hearts. When the timing was right, this diverse group of teachers came together with a shared mission: to let the yoga speak for itself, to be but a channel for these ancient teachings, and to offer a yoga practice for EVERYbody. We are here to meet our students where they are and to offer yoga with love and light.

I have been a member of 10+ studios over the years and I am generally looking for a space that truly honors yogis choice, helps me calm my nervous system, teachers educated in the science of yoga, a good variety of 'exercise' classes vs restorative and this place has it all. The schedule allows me to get my fill of sweat from Vinyasa 2 but to truly better myself mentally in restorative and somatic yoga. I also love 'Drills for Skills' on Fridays which is a massive gap in most studios and has helped me push my practice more than I have in years. I trialed this studio while my home studio (at the time) closed for a week due to renovation and I swapped shortly after. Yoga home <3

I've been a huge fan of NYN since they opened their doors. It's a really cute and intimate space. Kendall and Erin run the most incredible, community-minded Yoga studio in Savannah with a large variety of classes for all skill levels. If you're new to Savannah, you have to check this place out.

I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and NYN ranks in the top 2 of my favorite yoga studios of all time (Mission Yoga, CHS, COVID closed). And here's why New Yoga Now is so FABULOUS:

1. Rockstar owners
2. You are beautifully received upon walking into the studio- EVERY TIME. This studio is a VIBE.
3. Instructors are encouraged to teach Hatha-Based, Mindful Vinyasa... meaning, intelligently-sequenced, WISE choreography= less injury, more mindfulness, increased presence. Using their own uniqueness and flavor, there isn't a class I don't love.
4. It stirs the soul, mind AND body... Usually a soul-stirring theme woven into the session= coaxes curiosity and inspires you to be a better human.
5. Always growing... workshops galore, curious about somatic yoga? DO IT! The incredible (and one of my favorite humans), Kendall, teaches- will blow your mind.

Thank you for being the sanctuary I first called HOME here in Savannah years ago. Much love.

New Yoga Now is amazing! They have a variety of classes and amazing instructors! They also have YTT (yoga teacher training) once a year that is one of the best training programs I have come across. Kendall and Erin are amazing owners and run the studio very well! It’s so welcoming, clean, and very charming. I highly recommend!!

Creative classes for everyBODY. Inclusive, bright, clean studio and yoga with soul and heart. I love that this studio focuses on functional movement, so my body stays strong at every age, and I don’t feel pressured to perform—just to move as my body tells me too. This is the only studio I know of in town offering Somatics and sound meditation, too. What a gem!
PS: The studio is tucked back down a gravel lane, so it’s not visible from the street, but it’s worth it!

I feel incredibly grateful to be both a volunteer and a student at this beautiful yoga studio. The space radiates calm and kindness from the moment you walk in. Each teacher brings their own unique style, yet all share a deep presence and authenticity that makes every class feel like a journey inward.
Whether you're here to find strength, softness, stillness, or community, this studio offers it all with so much heart. It's more than just a place to practice—it's a space to grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
Thanks Kendall and Erin, you are beautiful inside out 💓💓

This place is the best! The owners, Erin and Kendall are amazing and the teachers they hire are all well-trained and dedicated to their own yoga practice. New Yoga Now is also a studio that welcomes all types of yogis, which is really nice.

Extremely unprofessional I was invited to come in for a yoga session and I am pregnant so it was supposed to be like a little thing for possibly making a prenatal yoga class. I’m scheduled for Monday at 5:30 PM session. I’m like OK. I call at 3:45 to confirm that I can still go to the class and that the class is still in session, no answer. I assume OK maybe it’s okay, I’ll just go ahead and show up. They didn’t tell me anything about it being canceled or anything. OK get this. I arrive right, I can’t find where to park, so I call again, and no answer straight to voicemail. This time I find where to park I walk around. I can’t find the building. It’s pouring rain. My GPS is going haywire. I call again, straight to voicemail. I find the building after 10 minutes of walking in the rain, and it is flooded in front of the building and I go to the front door walking through the inches of rain and my shoes are soaked at this point. The door is locked. I call again, no answer, straight to voicemail. I think this was a perfect confirmation of where I do not want to go for yoga so thank you so much for everything, and being as pregnant as I am I was crying the entire time getting drenched in the rain so thank you.

I really enjoyed Kendall's Somatic Yoga class. It was the first I had heard of Tias Little who she said she trained with and being a bodyworker myself and a Yin yoga practitioner it was right up my alley. Check it out if you have a chance.

I was there for a weekend class. I loved the studio and staff. I got there early and sat in the sun on the bench by the front door (in the photos) and had a very peaceful, unforgettable few minutes. Then the owner and staff came and welcomed me.
I hope to be back someday soon!

Great studio! Was a little hard for me to find the first time, but I kind of like that it is tucked away like a little gem. I took Jessie’s class and had a great time. Her energy is very authentic and fun. I had a great sweat and was challenged while also being invited to listen to my own body’s needs.

Excellent place to practice. I had an overnight stop in Savannah and found this place right down the road. Was able to get in an early morning, yoga session with some great yogis

Lauren was very helpful (thank you for calling me about leaving my yoga mat). The facility also has a very nice shower to wash up after.

I stayed in Savannah for about a month and one of the highlights of my trip was being able to walk over to this studio. The staff and instructors are engaging and friendly. The classes are excellent and range from relaxing Yin Yoga classes to energetic Vinyasa. I truly enjoyed sharing my practice with this studio and would recommend it to any yogi in the Savannah area!

Great studio, clean and everything you need and mats are free! Great staff too. I also left a pair of sunnies there in my rush to the airport and they totally helped me out. This is the go to spot in SAV for me. I see a lot of studios all over the country, this one is a gem.

I have had an awesome experience every single class I've gone to here. From Vinyasa to Resotritive, to community class with a new instructor stretching his wings, every single one has been amazing. The studio has the best energy. They have great prices. Everything was just wonderful. It's a little hard to find as it's kinda down an alley behind another building, so just give yourself some extra driving time.

I spent 2 months living in Savannah this spring and New Yoga Now (NYN) was such a highlight to my stay. I attended several classes over the course of my stint in the city and it never disappointed.
Whether it be a hot class or a soft/meditative yin class, the studio and teachers brought so much love and peacefulness to the studio. Each teacher was warm and welcoming. They helped me focus and grow in my own practice. Classes were even filled with such wonderful fellow yogis.
When I return to Savannah, even if for a weekend, a stop at NYN will be number one on my itinerary.
Thank you building such a beautiful space to practice!

I went to the class on Friday with Michelle at the JW Marriott on the riverfront and it was beautiful, relaxing, and definitely worthwhile. Challenging for me and I work out twice a day, but she made it easy for me to adjust so it was not intimidating. I liked it so much I went to their studio today and and had a class with Betsy at 8:30 and It was awesome. Im rehabilitating from an injury and this is a great workout, a comfortable atmosphere, and I feel like I had a great workout but I left feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvinated. Thank you very much Michelle and Betsy.

I am so glad I took Erin’s Vin II today. I love her sequences! She gives clear, direct cues but at the same time they seem just like gentle reminders. Her classes give me the freedom to modify if I need to or go further that day. When I’m done with her class I feel calm, but strong!!

PS. Erin is one of the many reasons I got into yoga & became a yoga instructor!! Her classes are great and I I would recommend to all

I'm a yoga teacher from NYC new to savannah and eager to get back into my yoga practice. I was fortunate enough to connect with Erin and discover her charming studio. It's an intimate setting, beautiful, bright and clean I especially appreciated all the covid safety precautions. Erin is a knowledgeable teacher with creative and challenging sequences. I left her class feeling both accomplished and zen which carried me the rest of the day and into a peaceful night's sleep. Thank Erin and New Yoga Now-you are a great addition to the area!

The team at New Yoga Now has never failed to show up for their students and community. I have enjoyed practicing with this community from day one and have watched the classes and staff grow into the best yoga studio in Savannah. New Yoga Now offers anatomically sound classes with a special floor surface that challenges your balance while keeping your joints happy. They also offer virtual classes with quality demoing and sound. Check their classes out today, you will be happy you did.

I could not say better things about this yoga studio! I have been taking classes with them for about a year and a half and really enjoy the variety of classes they offer, as well as the knowledge and experience the instructors radiate during their class. They have managed the studio in nothing short of amazing ways during COVID-19, including offering live streams for those who would prefer to practice at home. They have helped me work through lower back issues I've experienced for years, and I am thrilled to say through taking their classes I have almost completely eradicated my pain. Once you start attending, you won't want to stop!

I moved to Savannah last year, and had a hard time finding a yoga studio that really resonated with me. New Yoga Now is the 6th studio I’ve tried, and I love it. The instructors have different styles/approaches, but the classes are quite good and I enjoy the variety. The heated vinyasa classes are rigorous (challenging but still breath-to-movement), while classes like mindful vinyasa are slower but still push you. I like that there is free parking available, and the location works well for me. Overall, I highly recommend this studio.

All the teachers are wonderful! I never feel pressured to push too much if my body isn’t doing exactly what we are being guided to do. Love being in Betsy’s class on Sunday because it feels like a true spiritual experience along with the physical. Thank you!

This is an exceptional studio geared to all levels. The teachers are all extremely knowledgeable and able to offer classes that could accommodate any yogi. I love the padding on the flooring in the studio—my wrists can’t take the full pressure anymore.
