My daughter has been coming here for Kindergym and it’s been amazing. They even upgraded the facility with new floor and furniture!! This has been a newnan staple for years but they genuinely care about the kids who wish to have a gymnastics education. Glad they are taking care of the facility more and progress towards better accommodations!

Terrible parking, they clearly take more students on then they can accomdate. Also the parent viewing area is tiny, hot and you have to fight over window space to be able to see your child during class.

We have been taking our daughter here for a while now and she loved it at first. Over the last year, it has gone downhill. The waiting room is a joke and if you ask the staff anything they answer with a very poor attitude because you just interrupted the TikTok video they were watching. The staff is very uninformative and communication is terrible. We are leaving this facility and going to a new one which is way more attentive to EVERY child and have even enlightened me that my daughter was being taught an incorrect form of gymnastics that could have potentially injured her. Wouldn't recommend using this facility at this time.

We have been going there for years and have seen an amazing progress with our children. Facility is older but some confuse old for dirty. We take the latest classes of the day due to our schedule and notice that the gym gets cleaned daily.
Our kids love most instructors they’ve had so far and they have learned so much.

My daughter enjoys coming here and seems to learn a lot. However, the positives stop there. The facility is consistently filthy, inside and out, bathrooms included. Serious renovations are needed along with basic cleaning. Waiting/viewing area is small, doesn't have enough chairs, and it's very run down like the rest of the facility.

Administrators never engage the parents or kids. We never have any idea the schedule/curriculum for the gymnasts for each session and never receive feedback on how our daughter is progressing. The coaches seem solid which is another positive, but often lack enthusiasm which is so important for young gymnasts. At the end of the session, they host a recital that PARENTS have to buy tickets for. After already paying a lot for the sessions, we are expected to pay again to watch our daughter for around 30 minutes. The only "difference" is they let you watch from the gym area in folding chairs instead of staying in the waiting area.

For the amount we pay, the overall quality is unacceptable. They collect a lot of money for a business who can't even keep the place clean or make renovations since the 90s. If there were other local alternatives, I would certainly look into them. Hopefully management hears the feedback and makes the very simple changes to create a better environment for gymnasts and parents.

Great gymnastics place for children, we have an 18month old and she loves it. I'm not sure how their facilities are for older kid ranges, but they seem to have all the equipment in there. 30 bucks a class, for an hour long class, and way more value then that I feel. We spend 20/person going to the movies and don't get any training or physical activity in.

Really disappointed with the overall experience. I went to multiple classes to give it a fair chance but could not look past a stack of problems that this place has. Very dirty, trash inside and out that remained for weeks, all mats ripped and equipment worn out to where I was concerned with the overall safety. Bathrooms are in bad shape -and overall the facility is very run down. Instructor didn’t engage very much with the students. No explanations on what they were learning and lack of variety in the classes. Overall I felt like I was paying for my child to have playtime in a dirty and unsafe environment.

So stopped going there. My money is better spend somewhere else

This place is a hidden gem. We registered our 5yo ASD kid in the Lvl 1 class. To say we were worried since it would be her first time doing any kind of sport is an understatement. But this place welcomed her and her coach is just amazing. The whole staff is. Her love for gymnastics took us by surprise. They work with her at her speed and how comfortable she is. When her coach was out one week it threw our kid out of routine. However, the coaches that knew her did their best to make her comfortable and transition well with the sub. And being able to witness that and see that they treated my child with patience and understanding brought me to tears. She looks forward to her class every week. Thank you NSG.

We have had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and extremely accomodating. We have had 3 coaches so far and all 3 were helpful, knowledgeable and great with our daughter. Even the ones that haven't coached her are always available for questions and take time to explain different things to us.
As long as she has an interest, we will continue to be part of the NSG family.

My daughter went to kindergym at 3 with Ms. Nicole which started her love of tumbling that led to cheernastics. We have moved on to bigger competition cheer since but I accredit her love for tumbling to Ms. Nicole. She's an amazingly sweet person who really cares and loves on your baby.

All 3 of my children have attended and loved it! We have done parent and tot, kindergym, and level classes. All adore Ms Nicole and my youngest may never leave her class. He will only go to be with her! My middle child has many delays and her experience was very therapeutic and all her coaches were wonderful and accommodating.

My daughter started gymnastics with Ms. Nicole at a year old. Ms. Nicole is very passionate about being a coach. She is hands down the BEST coach! She is patient, kind, and loving. My child attended this facility for one session. The “coach” wasn’t very professional at all as she held private conversations during “demonstrations” , instead of focusing on the children. The workers and help only seemed to focus on the children of the owners/workers of the facility instead of treating everyone equally. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
