Next Age Fitness is a great place to go for a challenging and efficient workout! I’ve had over 35 sessions with Tammy and she encourages me to raise the bar even higher each week. It is satisfying to see myself getting stronger and stronger over time. Definitely give this a try!

The best (most effective), hardest (omg!) 20 minutes of my week. Tammy makes it so easy to get my "bone density training" workout squeezed into my week that there are literally no excuses for not doing it! I love getting to see the progress I make every week.

I have been working with Tammy at Next Age Fitness using the ARXFit machines for just over a year. She offers the β€œsuper slow” high intensity training method for those that want it. Love the quick workouts with only a small time commitment each week. I have noticed improved posture and tone & others have noticed too. So glad I found Tammy & Next Age Fitness.

Tammy with Next Age Fitness got me back on track! After falling ill a few years back with an autoimmune disease, I was afraid to get back to the gym, afraid I would hurt myself. 5 months in, I am confident in my ability to work out, under the supervision and with the support of Tammy.

I have done the absolute bare minimum. I show up, I work for the 20 minutes I am working on the machines, and then I go home. I changed NOTHING else. I didn’t add cardio, I don’t eat better, I didn’t stop drinking alcohol, and I traveled. And I still managed to increase my muscle mass and lose fat. I highly recommend, especially if you have even the slightest inclination to try harder than I have. I would imagine the results would be extraordinary.

Strength training is important but it isn’t always easy for me to prioritize and find time. 20 mins a week is enough to maintain and increase strength and muscle mass! All I have to do is show up and Tammy takes care of the rest.

I've been working out at Next Age for about 6 months now and loving it! What is great about it is that you are only ever "competing" with your past self so it is a good workout no matter your level. Tammy is wonderful; she is knowledgeable, encouraging, and keeps track of everything, so all you have to do is show up and try your best for just 20 minutes. I like that I can look back at my progress online and I do feel stronger! It's also an easy workout to do with a mask on, so it's great if you are immunocompromised or around those who are.

I'll admit I was skeptical at first...one 20 minute workout per week? Let me tell you...those 20 minutes are the most intense minutes of my week. I feel stronger, more confident and am excited about staying fit and active as I age. It's never too late to build muscle!

I can’t say enough about Next Age Fitness!! After years of setting up gym memberships, working out for a few months, and then losing interest, I feel like I have finally found a routine that I can stick to! I’ve been using the ARX workouts for about 4-5 months now and can see so many noticeable results in my muscle tone and strength. Tammy is an amazingly encouraging coach who makes these 20 minute workouts so positive and fun. I would recommend Next Age Fitness to everyone!

It’s a hard workout even in a short time. There’s the added advantage that it’s a one person at a time workout so no crowds. Masks are worn they disinfect all the equipment and check for temperature before starting. It’s a good stress relieving workout which we all need in a time like this.

I can't say enough of my positive experience at New Age Fitness. Tammy is a knowledgeable and supportive coach . I was skeptical at first with a 20 min workout but after failing at the traditional gym and reading all these great reviews I took the leap and met with Tammy. I'm on session 12 (once per week) and it kicks my butt every time which is an awesome feeling! I see definition in my arms and legs and am getting leaner and stronger. So happy I took the leap....

Like any workout, you get out of it what you put into it. I love how the machines work, you can use maximum effort on every rep with no safety concern on the ARX system. The workout is major compound movements 8 reps slowly and only 1 set. For each move, you are essentially pushing or pulling against a wench, so you can push or pull as hard as possible on every rep. The best part is that a computer track every instant of every rep you do. I can go to a web page and compare my first workout against my latest workout to see my progress. I've done around 10 workouts now, and I can see that my max on leg press has gone up around 50%. That's kind of amazing. I'll admit that some of that is just learning how to use the machine, but a big chunk is real gains in strength. I'm not completely convinced that I need the full 7 days to recover, maybe 5 or 6 would be better. When you look at the pricing, you have to compare it to a personal trainer instead of a basic gym membership. Each workout is essentially a personal training session.

Next age fitness is a total body workout in as little as 30 minutes. Imagine getting a week worth of workouts in just 2 thirty minute workouts a week, what would you do? Next age fitness is your one stop shop for making your lifestyle change. I recommend next age fitness to everyone who wants and need a one on one personal trainer.

Tammy is extremely knowledgeable and motivating and ALWAYS on time for my appointments which is fabulous!! Adaptive resistance may sound like it is too quick to be worthwhile but it uses more muscles and pushes me harder then any other resistance training that i have previously done. Anyone can give it a free try as she loves to show you what it can do for you without any obligation whatsoever. This is a one on one experience between you, your coach and the machine!

Next Age Fitness has been perfect for me. I don't consistently have the time or motivation to get to a typical gym on a regular basis, day in and day out. But one day a week for 20 minutes (with one on one coaching!) is manageable and sustainable. And it works! Not only do the machines track your progress, but I can tell that I am much stronger in my daily life. I consider Tammy and Next Age Fitness essential to helping me stay strong and healthy, and I expect to be working out there for many years to come. I highly recommend!

Approaching my 100th workout with Next Age Fitness! For the last 9 years, I was in the gym 2-4x a week and decided to change my routine based on the research I found on the ARX technology. For the last 18 mos, the ARX methodology has been my weightlifting workout as it tracks my progress and completely fatigues the muscle like nothing I've ever experienced before (using both positive and negative force). They also have a 3-D body scan machine that is amazing and a must-do as the graph of your body can show your progress and definition. I like gauging progress this way rather than the scale. Tammy and the team are truly dedicated to helping you reach your goals!

I never thought I would look forward to working out, but when I only have to do it once a week, for 20 minutes and it has made me stronger than I have ever been, it is easy to recommend. Tammy is intent on giving you the best results for your goals!Go have a trial workout and you will see the value!

I love Next Age Fitness! It's been my go-to weekly workout for two years now. Tammy and the team are great! I love it that the workout is one on one with the trainer. It keeps me motivated and is less intimidating than the traditional gym scene. I also love how the ARX machines track my progress so I can see how my performance stacks up week-to-week and that I'm getting stronger. If you're wondering if it's right for you, give it a try, it's amazing what you can accomplish in 20 minutes!

Kind of hard to believe you could get an overall workout in 20 mins, a bit skeptical at first but the more I worked with the staff, the more I learned and am now a believer. My overall strength is back to what it used to be in two months. I'll continue for sure.

Just finished my 100th workout at Next Age Fitness... and I couldn't love it more!! The intensity provided by a 20 minute workout here means that I can build strength and stay fit in a super-time-efficient way. This is a fantastic workout that doesn't stress my back or knees AND helps me stay lean. I would highly recommend Tammy and Next Age Fitness to anyone...

I've been working out at NextAge since they opened. The staff is friendly, capable, and informed. The workout is very effective, but the time savings is really the best part. Before, I worked out six hours per week. With NextAge, I get better results in 20 minutes per week. The math speaks for itself.

I never worked out until now and discovered ARX at the Bulletproof Biohacking Conference a few years ago. It's awesome to know that the only weight training you need to do is 1x per week for 15-20 min MAX and you don't even have to go home to change out of your work clothes (def lunch-break possible). Every muscle in my body is completely fatigued in 8 reps of 4-6 different moves. It is so hard to explain but try it once and you'll see. Tammy is a great motivator and the technology used in this machine is like nothing else. True "bio-hacking" here with ARX.

I enjoyed working with Next Age Fitness. I was very impressed with how effective the once a week 20 minute work out was at building muscle. Its a great fit for someone with a busy schedule and not a lot of time to workout. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend giving them a try for yourself.
