I dropped in for a Hyrox PFT and had an awesome experience! The coaches and members were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-equipped, and really well organized. The workout was run smoothly and the community energy was incredible. Honestly an amazing gym. After almost a year off, I was looking for a gym that would get me back into shape while having fun. Probably the most welcoming gym you could have - all while making sure to push you to your limits. The coaches are great, and the focus they have on functional fitness and proper strength training is super important. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get fit and healthy. Great atmosphere and coaches. No workout is the same what makes it very interesting and you're not bored with same movement over and over. I believe the secret for anyone wanting to try it and see results is consistency and not to skip/ miss training. You won't see results right away but if you stick with it will pay off. Eating healthy is most important also. I started in August 2023 before deciding for 5 months but now love it everyday I go there. Very happy I m a member of this great fitness club.

I started my CrossFit journey with a different gym two years ago before joining No Excuses six months ago. I made the switch because of their focus on functional fitness and proper strength training, which is especially important to me as a woman 55+. This approach helps me enjoy CrossFit while minimizing the risk of injury.
Before starting CrossFit, I often woke up with joint aches and pains (menopause doesn’t help—getting older sucks! 😁). Since starting, I feel fantastic! The CrossFit community has also been a game-changer, making the experience even better.
I’ve seen people of all fitness levels thrive in CrossFit, so anyone thinking they can’t do it shouldn’t worry—it truly is for everyone looking to improve their health. My wife and I started looking for a CrossFit gym last November. We really needed a gym that a 5pm class with childcare AND felt like a place to build strength and friendships. We were super lucky to find No Excuses, this gym has been exactly what we were looking for and more. The coaching staff is very helpful and supportive of us in every class and we couldn’t be more happy to be members of the No Excuses family.

During the COVID shutdown I built a home gym and did workouts there for a while, but it wasn't the same. I missed the coaches, the friends and the friendly competition in the gym. I restarted my membership at the end of 2024 and its still THE BEST place to workout.

9 plus years training here and love it so much. They say you can't choose your family but I now disagree. People that come here say that haven't seen this type of community anywhere else. I used to have injuries from other traditional gyms/sports but the prepping here is as thought out as the WOD/workout itself. You end up having so much fun that you kinda of forget you are working out.

The atmosphere is friendly and fun but you definitely get a serious workout. If you are new to working out and nervous about getting started and not knowing what to do, do not worry because Cristine checks with you throughout the workout to make sure that you're comfortable and learning the correct posture/moves.

I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for a few months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The members are very friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home even as a newer member. The gym itself is clean, well-organized, and spacious—plenty of room for all kinds of CrossFit movements, including those that require bigger equipment like barbells for power cleans and deadlifts.
The owner is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also actively involved in the gym, personally leading the WODs, which really sets this place apart. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping members improve. He has over 100+ videos online which should help with your CrossFit journey. The equipment is in great condition, and I’ve always had what I needed for my workouts.

I’ve been a member at No Excuses since March 2023. I learned of the gym from another member who has been attending for years. I’ve tried many different workout regiments and gyms but this was my first time trying CrossFit. This has been by far the most effective at achieving my goals. Not only do I feel physically fit but I look physically fit. It’s the type of gym where everyone knows everyone. The coaches are great and the workouts are challenging. I had been looking at CrossFit for years but never joined one as it seemed a bit out of my range of high intensity routines, I am more of a hike, yoga, tennis, and gym activities person but I was always wanted to try it. I finally joined No Excuses CrossFit very close to my home, as a way to strengthen my heart health. It was way beyond my comfort zone yet well within my need to try something new and challenging. This place is awesome! The owner Brandon and his instructors are great, my fav is Chris, he is very knowledgeable and motivating to the edge. The community and the members are awesome and supportive and really welcoming. If you are a CrossFit type or not, if I can do it so can you. Try it for 3 months! There is only to gain better health and testing the limits of your endurance. You may not be a Spartan in body but if you are a Spartan at heart, go for it. So i’ll add that you should Be ready for a call from Brandon when you make an inquiry and don’t worry about the normal hard sell that typically comes with these meetings. He listened to what i was looking for and let me know what they offered; that’s it. No excuses hack; If you take the 6:30 class you may be the only one attending so one on one with a coach is invaluable for someone like me who is just starting. Been going here for a little over 3 months and I plan on continuing my fitness journey here at No Excuses CrossFit. If you are considering CrossFit at all, you need to at least check this place out. Do like I did and "Just Show Up". The instructors/ Coaches are amazing and really get to know you and help you set goals. I especially find value in the mentoring and coaching provided by Coach Kelly Farmer and Coach Brandon Brigman. They are excellent coaches very patient with newcomers. They want you to succeed. They provide scaling options for all abilities and from day one, I felt like I was welcome. The other members have embraced me like family. Excellent vibe here. The whole staff is amazing. I’m not trying to get ripped, compete in CrossFit games or anything crazy but if you want an instructor lead, whole body workout, like I was, this is your place (But if you wanna go crazy and compete- this is also your place) ! They will show you how to move correctly before you do any weights. The CrossFit classes are scheduled frequently throughout the day. If I miss morning class, I can go in the afternoon or evening.

I've been a member of No Excuses CrossFit for 3 weeks now. I used to work out at Orangetheory for many years and got tired of the same old workout. It's been a great experience so far! The instructors genuinely care about you and your fitness goals, and will help you in every way possible to achieve them. The members are extremely friendly and go out of their way to communicate with you. In the group fitness classes, the coaches are ALWAYS watching every single person and motivating them and modifying movements. I really like that form and posture are important because a lot of other gyms don't do that. I would definitely recommend this gym!

This place is really welcoming and motivating. The moment I walked in there, I got a positive feeling. I only been here to build muscles and improve cardio health for more personal record breaking. The group classes are motivational. The coaches and other members are there to cheer you on and help you get up when you feel like giving up on the intensity of the exercise. I thought about CrossFit for probably a year. I finally got up the courage to check it out a few months ago, and I’m so glad I found No Excuses! The workouts are never easy. The gym offers a bunch of class times that can fit your busy schedule. They also have knowledgeable coaches that are ready to answer all your questions about form, eating, and workouts. The equipment are also well kept! Because of COVID, the gym has implemented many steps to protect the athletes and coaches. Everyone has their own box and a set of cleaning supplies to use to wipe down after their workouts.
The environment is super energetic and supportive. You can expect the whole class to cheer you on during your workouts which is super nice if you just started your fitness journey! Everyone is super friendly and inviting!

The facility never disappoints when it comes to cleanliness and the weights are always well organized. After many years of travel and poor diet, I needed to make a change. I found NoExcuse 18 months ago and I feel so much better, in cardio, strength and overall well being. I walked in totally new to CrossFit. I’d workout at a basic gym before and had no clue what I was doing and after a month or so just stop going. I repeated that process over a few times. I knew I wanted to build muscle and get stronger and be active but I couldn’t do it alone. No Excuses Crossfit helped with all of that for the pass 10 months now! Brandon did a one on one with me to help teach and show the technique of the movements and to see exactly where I was. Then I started going to the classes which I thought would be totally intimidating but the other members are so welcoming and encouraging! They push and cheer until the last person finishes the WOD!
The couches are amazing and educated! They help you and push you to do your very best! The workouts are always changing and always challenging you.
My daughter also loves coming and playing in the kids room with the other kiddos while we workout!
I’d hands down recommend No Excuses CrossFit gym to anyone who’s looking to start CrossFit or who’s been doing it for years. Come join this great gym and awesome community!!

I joined this gym after a 3 year break from CrossFit, and it’s been a hard process for me to get into a solid workout rhythm again. One of the best CrossFit gyms you could go to. All of the coaches are really welcoming and push you to be the best you can be. The members are really great people and help you feel welcomed and that you belong there. The programming is also done very well and will help you reach your fitness goals and will push you even further. I would highly recommend No Excuses CrossFit gym.

I had visited No Excuses several times over the past few years for competitions so when I was looking for a new CrossFit gym in January, I wanted to give them a try. The owner, Brandon, was very welcoming and asked me to come in and work out with him and the 12:30 class. The class was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. The coaching and programming are second to none. When COVID struck, Brandon and team took immediate action to keep the community they built strong. They loaned out equipment for free when other gyms charged rental fees and they had zoom classes to augment their online programming. When we were able to get back into the gym, Brandon and team took their responsibility very seriously, creating workout spaces for each athlete and cleaning gear constantly.
I have a feeling I will be at NE CF for years to come.

I love No Excused CrossFit! The atmosphere is fun and friendly - after my first class I knew everyone’s names and I get positive reinforcement every class. The coaches are fabulous as well - they’re challenging but make sure that you have the right form to avoid injury. I highly recommend NEC for all fitness levels.

I love this gym because they have made me love working out again! They promotes a very positive and encouraging workout environment. I have been to so many different CrossFit gyms, in the last 8 years, that I have lost count. Without a doubt, No Excuses is the best managed, most professional CrossFit gym I’ve ever been in. With CUSTOM programming, made specifically for the gym and its members, it’s difficult (if not impossible) to find a gym and staff with this much experience, in the world of CrossFit!

I have been a member of NoExcuses Crossfit since April 2018 after the encouragement of a good friend who is also one of this gym’s coaches. It was a little daunting to do Crossfit at first as I thought I would never get back into shape after taking a break from running but little by little my fitness is coming back. I didn’t realize how much I missed the feeling you get after exercising. I have some health challenges (weight, knees, and especially my heart) but the coaches always give me options to modify the movements so I can complete them without injury or too much stress. Bottom line, do what you can and keep coming back as over time, you may just surprise yourself with how much you can do! I am very happy I joined!

I walked through the door at No Excuses Crossfit in August 2013 because I was bored with every other gym out there and not motivated to work out as often as needed. I had no idea how much my life would change by making that decision. I have met a great group of people that I enjoy challenging myself with during every workout. The facilities are great, the community is very supportive and the coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping everyone attain their fitness goals.

5 Star Crossfit location!!
I've been going to No Excuses for just about a year and a half now and I've really enjoyed getting to know the coaches and all the every day people and athletes who train there. I look forward to coming in the mornings to get my day started. I feel more limber and stronger than ever. They really care about my goals both in and out of the gym. I thought our 6am crew was crazy, but now they have a 5am class too!!!

I've been doing CrossFIt at No Excuses for 3 years now and I absolutely love it here! The coaches are top notch and members are very supportive and friendly. The programming is moderate to hard but ALWAYS offers modifications. No Excuses Crossfit has a HUGE workout space, which is hard to find around this area. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a CrossFit around town. I would also highly recommend this gym to anyone who is new to CrossFit all together. No Excuses Crossfit has the friendliest staff/members that want to teach you the movements and help you achieve your goals!
