First off the personal training is subpar. My trainer would routinely show up an hour late or even cancel. Also beware of this company. If you try and cancel services (even if they agreed with you) they will put you into collections.

5 Stars! Awesome group of trainers. Had a great experience with Michael in El Paso. Very knowledgeable and professional. All of the trainers that I met, including the company owners, are passionate about what they do and about helping people. Highly recommended...

I am currently taking personal training with Nuvision. Christian, my trainer, is sincere and genuinely concerned with me achieving and keeping my goals. As do all of the staff members. It is definitely THE best personal trainers I've ever worked with.

I give Nuvision 5 Stars because I have no hesitation in recommending them as Personal Trainers. The professionalism and passion for what they do is second to none. If motivation ,flexibility, knowledge, results and a personal approach is what you are looking for in a PT, then Nuvision is for you.

I have had a great experience with Nuvision and will recommend it to all of my friends. The trainers are great and knowledgeable. What really impressed me from other experiences that I have had, is that my trainers listen to me. They know exactly what my goals are and together we developed a plan just for me. Theres is a lot of communications, and are always willing to work with my schedule. But, most importantly for me, I see results!!!!

Absolutely the worst group of unethical people I have ever had to deal with in my life. I signed up originally with a pushy sales man named Rocco who quickly traded me to a new trainer, who traded me again. After settling in with a trainer that I genuinely liked, the new "manager" began to pressure me to up my contract. I signed it and was now paying $280.00 a month. At the time of signing a new 6 month agreement, I asked him very explicitly about terms for cancellation. I was told then that all I had to do was call and let them know. At the end of 6 months I financially could not afford it anymore. I called and spoke with the "manager" who promptly told me that I would need to write a letter to corporate and send it certified. I asked about just calling like I was told, and he said he doesn't even have a # to corporate. Began laughing and told me to let him know if I ever find one. Two seconds later after googling it I had the number. I called and left a message. I called the next day and left a message. I called that afternoon and finally got Vicki. Vicki apologies about the whole situation and says she will talk to him. But also I had to mail the letter to them certified 30 days before the next pull. I tell her I will put it in the mail the next day. A family emergency popped up and my attention went else where. I realize the day and overnight the letter to them UPS. I will give them that despite the fact I sent it over night, UPS failed to deliver it in overnight. I provided them with the receipt reflecting the package was to be there the next morning. They say they are going to give me credit for it. I am told that my refunds will be going out soon. A month goes by, but I have no refund. I call and was told by Vicki that checks print on the 16th. It would go out on the 16th. That was over a month ago. I call today and talk to a Will. He tells me that they sent me a check and it is very strange that I don't have it. I asked if he had looked at his bank account to see if it had posted yet. He said he would do that but then gave me the check number as if that would make it appear in my hands. Then he tells me that I should have that $39.00 check. I ask about the rest of my money and was promptly told that I was not entitled to the rest of the money. I had messed up due to my late UPS. I told him what Vicki had told me. He repeated that I was wrong. There is no talking to these greedy, unethical vultures. Taking my claim to the BBB. They seem to answer those.

As much as I liked my trainer, the corporation is so very typical of this industry. When my travel schedule made it necessary for me to cancel, I gave 28 days notice of cancellation (certified mail, as required), missing their deadline by 2 days and I ended up being charged an entire additional month of training PLUS a $39 "price guarantee" fee. Yes, this was in the contract, but I am so disturbed when these corporate entities devoid of any human soul have absolutely no ability to see beyond the black print on the paper. I had brought seven new clients to them, all of whom have been informed of my mistreatment. Someone at the help who knows the value of a good reputation would have thanked me for my business and for referring my friends and waived those fees.
