Oconee Gymnastics & Cheer is an amazing place for kids to learn, grow, and have fun. The coaches are patient and encouraging, and the facility has everything from gymnastics to a great ninja program. My daughter came to this gym after a horrible experience at her previous gym. We were in a bad spot, and they welcomed my daughter with open arms and gave her a home. She just retired from gymnastics to move on to cheerleading, but we will always be grateful to OGC and Coach Kat. All of the coaches were uplifting and positive regardless of skill level. All of the girls were supported and cared for, and we will miss this gym tremendously.

I want to shout out to OGC! Our girls Alyssa and Madison have been there for YEARS! They have participated in gymnastics, Ninja and now Team. OGC has the MOST loving coaches, friendly, and experienced that we have seen. We have been at other gyms and OGC is our home! The way Coach Kat loves on our children, and always has a smile makes going to OGC the only place to be! WE LOVE OGC!!!!

I'm so glad I heard about this place about a year ago. My daughter loves it here. It's a great place to channel her energy, and also OGC exhibits the genuine love of Christ our Creator. Lastly, Coach Alana is so great with the toddler aged girls. All the kids really.

After leaving OGC years ago because of move, went to another gym for 3 years, PRAISE GOD we returned to OGC. Coach Kat and her team and gym are professional at what they offer. I’m not sure who runs this place but it’s completely unorganized. We moved to another state and they told me to email them to unenroll my child. I did that twice and my card is still being charged. I have had to call my bank to report them. No one from there has called or responded to any of my emails. It’s also nearly impossible to get them on the phone.

My daughter has been attending classes here for about 5 months and she looks forward to Saturday mornings all week long. Coach Skylar is fantastic with her class which is mostly 4-5 year olds I would guess. She's is super energetic and does a great job keeping the kids engaged while teaching them. OGC is like a family. We started our, at that time, 3 year old daughter there August 2020. Tumble Tots with Coach Kat. We took a hiatus after her little sister was born because it was hard for me to make the drive and juggle toddler and newborn. So she only had about 4 classes. But we started back in the summer with Camp, where her coaches Jake and Rachel who were just so kind. Coach Amanda was always there to answer questions. Everyday I saw her encouraging kids and making suggestions like "bring a water tomorrow" and the next day she would actually follow up and ask if they had. You could just tell she really cared. Coach Karen was my lifesaver during camp. My 4 year old has never been to school/daycare and this was her first camp environment ever, first time working in a peer group environment since last year at OGC. If it weren't for Karen we couldn't have made it through the week. The effort she put into helping me really meant the world.

Currently we are in the preschool jumping/climbing class with Coach Rosie and loving it. My daughter is definitely learning a strong foundation for flexibly, strength, balance, tumbling etc. in a fun manner. We also just started Ballet with OGC and loving it as well. Coach Kat wastes no time, they are learning fundamental ballet technique and practicing choreography.

OGC feels more like a family than a business. Coach Kat and all the other Coaches always have a smile on their face and willing to offer feedback, positive or constructive. They want the children to have fun but also develop the technique with a self-confidence, poise and accuracy they (and you, as a parent :) can be proud of. Overall, OGC is super friendly, professional and offers an encouraging positive environment for both children and parents.

Me & my 8 month old son had our first class today for OGC’s Tumble Tots & I couldn’t be more thrilled! Idk why I waited so long to start this! We met the owner, Coach Kat, & she was amazing & so welcoming! My son was the only one there today that wasn’t walking yet, but she made sure to make us feel included & that we were having fun! For us, we don’t have carpet at home & all my son wants to do is CLIMB everything & crawl everywhere! This place is absolutely perfect to get them out of the house, get them some exercise & socialized. I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you for what you do & provide OGC! We are big fans!

i started at ogc a long time ago. then it was a great gym. then the owner, katina buffa started having arguments with a lot of our coaches. in the last year i was there, katina ran off 3 coaches in like 6 months. katina was never the nicest to me either, once she told me this, “corinne, this is your gymnastics and you get to decide how you do it. right now, you are doing it very badly.” various comments like this came from katina towards my teammates and i. i don’t want to start a ruckus. i don’t want people going after me. i don’t want ogc going after me. ogc just wasn’t very fun anymore. from showing up to meets without coaches to katina. in the last time i was there, we had two main coaches that we actually trusted. (katina would bring in coaches we weren’t really familiar with) like i said, i don’t want people getting mad at me or telling me to keep my mouth shut. i just want incoming families to know that you can explore your options a bit more:). i really don’t mean to be rude! i loved ogc for a while! but yeah i guess i just had to put that out there... :)

Very fun environment, but the instructor became grumpy and the billing is very difficult to terminate. They will continue to charge your credit card forever and it is difficult to get them to stop.

Great facility with wonderful people working there. We held our child's third birthday there in March and all staff that we dealt with, from front office to owner, were delightful. We and several parents who attended left thinking of signing up for classes as the professionalism and courteousness of everyone made our kids happy and us feel that they were safe. Highly rcommend! One review mentioned issues with front office staff-we worked with Ansley and she was very helpful, planning a very nice party for our daughter. It was obvious that she really cared about how everything went and that we were happy.

Very rude Front Office/Accounts Manager, Ansley. We signed up for a class last week because they don't offer a try-out type of enrollment. We attended 1 class only as we will not be available to finish out the month and have requested some type of refund. First, I called the number listed over 5 times with no answer, within their designated office hours; Finally get a response after emailing the company. No Refunds. Called office, Ansley picks up and is very quick to speak over me without allowing me to speak or ask questions. Very rude employee which shows how this company is run. NOT a very well run company. Very disorganized and rude employees.
