This was my first visit and first time doing yoga. The instructor was very helpful and took her time to explain the poses. The poses weren't easy, but I am definitely going back.

Love the lavender towels! Their schedule has a variety of classes for all times throughout the week that fit my hectic schedule and I am always greeted with a warm welcome by all of their teachers.

My review is based on a single Saturday morning visit, but I would venture to guess that my experience is similar to ones I or others would have at another time. The studio was clean and heated to a reasonable temperature. There are a couple of windows in the studio which helps offset the harsh fluorescent ceiling lights. The studio itself does not have mirrors (something I appreciate!) and there is no changing room although you could use the large single-stall bathroom.
The instructor led the class of about 10 through a pretty standard vinyasa flow. Students ranged in ages and experience levels and the instructor kept the mood light. Direction was decent, providing modifications for the range of experience-levels, and there was an assistant who circulated for adjustments and assists. I got the impression that there isn't an assistant in every class but it was really a nice perk this time.
Drop-in class on your first is free and prices aren't cheap but seem reasonable for the quality of the facility and instruction. I'd recommend it and hope to go back myself.
