What a great gym. The managers and employees are all very personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. I love the hydro massage chairs at end of workouts. Gym is clean and I appreciate that they have efficient air filters for air borne germs.
Update: I have been going to this gym for 3 years. The staff and the facilities are still excellent. I highly recommend Alan who was my trainer for a year. He is professional knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend time with
For the past five months, I have gone to Daria for stretch stretching once a week and I am EXTREMELY Happy with the service because she does a fantastic job. She is professional, personable, and able to focus on my individual needs. I enjoy the stretch and getting to talk with Daria each week. I feel much better with this weekly stretch program.

This place is great and the customer service at the door is as well. I truly love all them and their inspiration. I haven't tried their protein shakes yet but I'm sure they can make the best. No one fights over equipment and people learn and watch each other to get better workouts. Thanks guys!!!!

Been going here for about a year now this is my first review. Everything has been fairly good up until today. Checked in just after 2pm naรฏvely thinking I would be greeted by one of the gyms latest additions to their staffโฆ.middle-age lady. (White) donโt know her name. As I approached her to scan my phone and check in I said how are you doing? Literally no response so I said it a second time to make sure that she heard me and without zero eye contact she said enjoy your workout (no Iโm doing fine and how are you ) Just straight up RIGID!
Is it me or is part of your job to be friendly to the members. It is a social norm to ask how you are and then move on. Experiences like this will give your gym, bad reviews and cancelled memberships. If management is reading this, please remind some of your staff it is their job to be friendly and somewhat sociable to all its members. Not to pick and choose who they want to be friendly to . Itโs called good Customer Service

I truly enjoy the staffโs vibe! They are always down to help in any way they can! They are always on point with the greeting. Just a great vibe all around. The gym is nice. I always see the cleaning team doing their rounds and I enjoy seeing the clients interact with them and acknowledge them respectfully. Definitely a plus. I like the options available for lower body the most and how the gym is set up for different focuses. The classes seem to have a good turnout when I see them happening. I also enjoy there being a sauna in the ladies locker room. I wouldnโt know if thereโs one in the menโs but maybe lol. Things break, sure. But I will say, there are some strong clients that will overload machines and cause damage. With that being said, the turn around for the machines isnโt too bad. Now the treadmills, idk. I also enjoy meeting and speaking to club members. Itโs been a cool vibe, welcome to people of all ages, sizes, etc. Chris is the manager and he does a great job setting/maintaining morale. Check them out if you get a chance.

I love this gym. However, I came on a Sunday night 10/12 and my headphones happened to be dead. A lady kept yelling annoyingly loud through the intercom reminding us how much time we had left. Mind you, it was every 5 minutes that she kept doing this. It was VERY annoying. I left at 5:59 and she physically went upstairs to yell that we all had one minute left. Iโm sure we are all very aware how much time we have. We donโt need a constant reminder. Itโs ridiculous.

If I can leave no stars I will the facility is pretty cool the staff not so much I arrived at the facility at 10:30 to 10:40 and as I'm walking up she is locking up the door and by she I mean this black girl that works the evening shifts she wears a turban they told me her name was Alyssa she refused to let me in the door even though I had 20 minutes to complete a workout and get out the door now if the facility closest at 10:30 and not at 11:00 they have the legal obligation to have that posted either on the door or on their website none was present and once I got past her because I refuse to be intimidated or bullied by the staff members at that location I got upstairs and started my workout and they're going to tell me that my membership was expired which was nothing but some BS because they would have known my membership was expired if there wouldn't be locking up the doors before it's time for them to close there's which was retaliation and something has to be do about that girl because she is loud disrespectful and do not respect the members at this location

The One Life Fitness (OLF) here in Dunwoody, Ga is pretty awesome but the real Rock Star is the Early AM manager Camera! She really holds it down in the morning! Camera always have a smile and is very personable, friendly and is always on time to open up the club for us "5 AM-mer's". Actually, she's there early so we can get our workouts on! I don't know how she does it but she's the best!
Always has a bright, energetic & infectious smile and a friendly greeting. Camera get's my vote for the 2025 employee of the year!

Aug 27 2025 showers have a lot of DNA in them at 6am.....smh. That should be the cleanest time. This old lady lays out by the Jacuzzi daily and plays a loud music over a speaker. Nobody want to hear that or see all those damn wrinkles. Time to find a new gym. This is becoming the new project gym.

Now, they tell me they have a tracker in their towels, and I didn't return my towel on Aug 5th.
I told them if they have a tracker in the towel then they know where the towel is and that I don't have a towel. Nobody want thes
Insanity. But I will be filing a BBB complaint if they dont remove this crap from my account.
New management is taking care of business again. I hope they fix the sauna soon tho. This place was starting to decline Dec of last year and Jan of this year but I came back and I see a major difference.

2 stars. Mens bathroom showerheads are like 1 inch diameter. Most showers are 3 inch spread to 5 inch spread.
This is like these save money on water but it really does it because people take longer showers since the water pressure is so low.
Why is that important?
It's important because now everyone's hair which is very disgusting will not rinse out of the shower.
Everyone's diety soap from their bodies when they took a shower will not rinse out of the shower and is sitting in the shower when a new person enters the shower.
The water pressure seems low but it's more the one inch diameter of the shower head. Very disgusting and I reported to management last week.
Nothing done so far.
The shower heads need to be larger. If they can't afford $30 per shower head for five or six shower heads I will donate $100.
This is very disgusting. His hair in every shower and soap from the last two people that took showers because the water will not spread far enough to rinse out the floor completely. This is very unsanitary and very disgusting. I like the gym and I hope they do something about this.

I couldn't make it through the parking lot without 2 people asking me for money...and people sleeping at 3pm beside the building by the stairs. No appeal to spend time or money here. Apparently homeless go inside to shower with you from what the other reviews say. Clean it up onelife.

Listenโฆ I never thought Iโd have to defend myself in a locker room while naked from a grown man boiling ramen in the shower โ but here we are.
On 7/21/25, I had an unexpected and unsafe encounter with a homeless man who had been living out of the Onelife Fitness Perimeter location basically. Not just loitering โ Iโm talking full pantry setup, shower-cooked noodles, gallon teas, and enough supplies to open a convenience store. When I respectfully tried to use an outlet, things went left. He got aggressive and violent then swings on me, and I had to defend myself โ in nothing but a towel and slides that later came off ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ.
I wonโt lie โ I was heated. As a loyal member, professional athlete, and public figure who promotes this place, I felt like my safety had been thrown under the bus.
But the very next morning, the General Manager met with me. She was professional, apologetic, and handled business. She made it clear this will not be tolerated and the person had been permanently banned from all Onelife locations and will be issued a criminal trespass should he try to return. That right there let me know leadership was on point.
No drama, no lawsuits, no back and forth. Just grown folk accountability. Thatโs what got me to stay.
Iโm back locked in, focused on bigger goals, and the GM has my respect for stepping up when it counted. To anyone wondering โ yeah, wild things can happen at any gymโฆ but how management responds makes all the difference.
Appreciate the real ones who keep members safe and the nonsense out.
PS: Next time I throw hands, Iโd prefer to be fully clothed and not nakedโฆ just saying ๐ฏ๐!

I love this gym. It is always clean. The staff is always extremely friendly and Robert Jones my personal trainer is extremely smart and articulate. He explains every exercise to the tea, so that I can fully understand why I am doing an exercise and what the results would be. I love working with smart people that know what theyโre talking about because then they can teach me the correct way to get the results that I want. Robert Jones does that for me

I've been to more expensive gyms than Onelife but I love this Perimeter location the most. It's not too crowded early in the morning. The staffs are super friendly and the facility is clean. The swimming pool is okay, while their hot tub is huge. Their smoothies are delicious too. Just wish they have a calories estimation in the menu.

I joined OneLife last week and have worked out here 5 times. Twice, they were out of towels (that I pay extra to have) and, no matter what time of day, it's pretty crowded, very crowded any time 4:00-9:00pm. There are always plenty of treadmills available, otherwise I've had terrible luck accessing all the equipment I need.
I understand that their price structure is probably built to compete with LA Fitness et al., but I wish they would raise their prices a bit and thin this place out because it's a nice club, aesthetically. But it seems there are too many people here for both the staff to thoroughly tend to and the cleaning crew to do anything other than the minimum (the men's locker room smells exactly like you don't want it to)--it's insufferable and I will probably quit.
I did quit after two weeks, but they still charged me for the next month. What a shock.

Iโve been working out here for about a year and a half and I must say I have had a pretty excellent experience here, special shout out to the front desk team and management, Cam, Chris, Myers, Payton they have become like my second family as iโm here everyday and see them frequently.
With that being said I had an unfortunate encounter with the fitness director Oโneal, or oatmeal however itโs spelled. He handled a situation immaturely and made me feel uncomfortable, when I went and tried to speak with him he met me with a nasty attitude, which seems to be his thing. I have had also other members of the club tell me about encounters with this individual. Itโs a shame that one individual can unfortunately make the gym (my second home) feel a little less comfortable, thereโs always a way to handle things professionally & with grace.

Iโve been going to Onelife Fitness Perimeter for a while now, and itโs easily one of the best gyms in the area. The facility is always clean, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and thereโs a huge variety of machines, weights, and spaces for any type of workout. This review is for the staff at this location. If youโre not a member, you need to leave your driverโs license with them. I left my id there and I had their general manager and multiple employees confirm that they had mailed the license to me. My coworker had also left her license there and she received the same confirmation. We both did not get our ids back. Also, I would always have to wait to get someone on the phone regarding the id. This is just dishonest.

This is an excellent gym with tons of space, different workout rooms, and classes included in the monthly membership at a super low price.
What takes this gym to a different level entirely is the personal training they offer. Deon Montgomery is my trainer, and in less than 5 months, he has completely changed my life. I hadnโt been to a gym in forever before I walked into OneLife Perimeter, and in less than 3 months he had in better shape than I ever thought I would be in. His energy is contagious and he genuinely cares about every client of his.

It's a nice gym and location, but the customer service line and communication are the worst. I travel often and needed to freeze my account only to have service fees and a price increase added upon unfreezing it. I emailed customer service to make arrangements to have fees removed and to make a payment and was met with the account being canceled with no reply or notification. Mind you, I was a member for years without any incidents.

I am traveling on business and decided to try another gym due to how busy the one I currently use is when I need to work out. I was given a tour when I checked into OneLife in Dunwoody and was pleasantly surprised at all they had to offer and the amenities that were offered. I decided to join and came to an agreement to pay full price for a three month membership so I didnโt have to bother with the whole year gig due to my short stay. The guy at the front counter talked to someone and they agreed to sell me a membership under those terms. The next day I show up to work out, excited to try the new place, only to be rudely welcomed by the front staff. I shrugged it off and went to ride the bike for 30 min. Worked up a sweat and needed a towel and was rudely told that I am not entitled to a towel because I am not a member. I very politely responded that I had paid 240 dollars in order to have access to the full member deal. Not interested and still rude I decided to walk away and go home. I tried to give them an opportunity to make it right by either allowing me full access at that price or refunding my money. Nothing but an automated email telling me that my concern is important. I sent receipt and member paper only to be ignored. I would suggest that if you are interested be cautious and find a place that is a little more friendly and honors a deal.

My experience at this Onelife location was by far my best compared to others Iโve been to! To start off my experience, I was met by the Assistant General Manager, Peyton. She was such a joyful sight. Her energy, enthusiasm, and overall welcoming aura made me feel so much comfort in being there! She gave me a little run down of the gym and made sure to answer any questions I had at the time. The gym it self was clean and was monitored with detail by the staff members I saw. I will be back to this location every time Iโm in town! I love the gym! Some additions I think they need though. 1. At the bottom in the black floor room, I think they need to change the setup. Make it almost like a CrossFit style or sport style setup. 2. Also at the bottom, heavier DBs. They only go to 50 down there.
Other than that, this is one of the best gyms in Atlanta!

Decent gym. Been going 2x per week for the last year buying monthly or daily passes. Theyโd always hook me up with the member buddy rate of $10/day since Iโm always there.

Warning! SIGN AT YOUR OWN RISK! I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership through email. Now, my year contract is supposed to end May 11th and they are PROHIBITING me from cancelling without paying $59, even though I put the request in on April 11th. 30 days before my May 11th billing. They are claiming that it is not 30 days before the billing cycle, because now they are choosing to bill me on the 10th of May instead of the usual 11th. Mind you, I have put in requests to cancel my membership months ago, so they were fully notified that I wanted to cancel my membership and did not want to go past the 12 months. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL of their customer service is EMAIL ONLY and it takes them DAYS TO RESPOND. I put in my request on the 11th they responded on the 15th. THIS IS A SCAM and likely fraud. If youโre have already joined, good luck getting out without paying the absurd $59 fee plus next billing cycle.
The gym itself pretty decent. They have nice machines and a pretty nice layout. I pay $40 a month for massage chairs and towel service, BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The massage chairs SMELL LIKE FEET, because they do not wash them! And the towels are hit or miss, but they're not always super clean, and you can see in the pictures I posted. Also, they do not clean the jacuzzi, so much scum and muck floating around. You also cannot bring guests. You cannot downgrade your membership.
In conclusion, the staff at OLF are not very forthcoming about the membership contract and their cancellation policy, which makes me question the ethical integrity of this business.
UPDATE: I was partially refunded for my membership, because I tried to cancel before and they said I wasn't able to... idk.. but that was nice so I updated my review.

Notified a staff member of a car parked illegally in a handicap space. Another staff member folding towels in a pink hoodie Interjected (called herself Alexis but sheโs probably lying) and SCREAMED at me for suggesting the property enforces the ADA. Yikes. I didnโt join a gym to be verbally harassed by employees over trying to help.
Itโs a shame that the gym considers any of this as acceptable. Especially since I got called and threatened by the manager following the interaction. As a disabled combat veteran, I cannot support this activity. Will be cancelling membership right away.

The gym itself is fine. But the staff is RUDE. I came in for a quick morning workout. I didnโt have the app on my phone yet and asked if I could provide my phone number to check in. Brown, curly haired female at the front desk said No and to take out my phone and download the app. I let her know I was in a pretty big hurry because itโs the morning and Iโm trying to get to work and asked if I could check in for now with my phone number and add the app later. She continued to argue with me and literally would not let me enter the gym to workout without downloading the app that minute.
She was RUDE and argumentative. What kind of gym doesnโt let their member check in and workout? Choose one of the other gyms in the area that is more member friendly.

I came in today to, unfortunately, cancel the membership and he was kind. Quite honestly, he provided the best member experience that I have ever received. I joined Onelife Perimeter last Sunday(Aug 25) and have worked out twice so far at this location. While I could still find equipment and weights on Sunday, I had a really hard time finding equipment yesterday. The sheer amount of people hogging on to the weights, benches and other equipment is beyond frustrating. If are lucky enough to get a bench to workout on, it'll be drenched in sweat and people don't bother cleaning after themselves. I did not see any Onelife cleaning staff anywhere both the times that I used this facility. This needs to be dealt with on priority, specially with ringworm epidemic going around in ATL. The whole facility smells exactly how you don't want it to smell like; sweat and musty (its even worse in the locker room). I won't mind if they raise the prices as long as the place thins out a bit. If it goes on like this, I'll just end up cancelling my membership.

Been going to this gym for three years and never had an issue. The employees are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but today on my exit of the gym I noticed one of the employees was visibly sick. Heโs usually very talkative and happy go lucky but his energy was low, he was wearing a mask, his eyes were sunken in and he looked exhausted. As a gym why are you making employees come in when theyโre under the weather? A gym member would be expected to say home under those circumstances but not your staff who keep the place together? It was sad to see and goes against what a gym is REALLY for, HEALTH! Iโm not sure if theyโre understaffed or what the reason is but a manager should be stepping up when an employee is THAT sick. Hopefully someone hears about this and they do better because itโs unfair to the employees and the members who are going to the gym and could possibly get sick. Do better.

Very Bad customer service. This gym doesnโt care about their members. For months I didnโt attend, due illness and hardships, and the gyn continued to make money off of me. I didn't complain. Then when i switched credit cards and they couldnโt charge me they hit me up with a bunch of fees, as if they're a credit card company that I OWE. I tried to speak with management about resolving my account, but they're never there. Finally i speak to one, and she told me to email them and they will resolve it and remove the fees so that i can reinstate my account. I emailed them, and they refused to remove the fees. I find it disgusting and poor customer service because why is your solution to someone being late on a membership, that they barely even use, to charge them MORE money? I used to go to the Windermere location which was truly awesome but I recently moved to Dunwoody and I started going to this location. One of the reasons why I chose Onelife was for the variety of group fitness classes. This location has dropped down to ZERO group fitness classes as of November 1st which is a shame because thatโs something they promote a lot and half the reason Iโm a member. Not sure whatโs going on but this location sure feels like a scam with no group fitness classes at all. Iโve even notified management via email and theyโve done absolutely nothing, even made it worse by taking away the few classes they already had. Donโt sign up for Onelife and definitely donโt recommend this location.
UPDATE: Yes, they have [limited] classesโฆ6 classes max a day with only one or two in the morning (6am or 9am) and three/four strictly at 5:30-6:30. I even emailed some manager with specific classes but she couldnโt even reply to acknowledge my request. I cancelled and join the local YMCA as they have way more group fitness classes and times. The Y puts this place to shame as they have Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Cycle-everything this โhigh endโ gym should have.

I have been a member of this gym chain for almost 15 years. I started working out at Atlanta Fitness Windermere (before one life acquired that chain).
Over the few years of ownership at one life Windermere, things were going fine. They kept a very clean environment and had a good selection of equipment, and although the gym was a bit overcrowded at times - I really enjoyed working out at this location.
Fast forward to now - I have just moved into the Brookhaven area and started to workout at One Life Perimiter. Safe to say that these two locations are WILDLY different. This gymโs equipment is rarely where it should be, causing you to walk around the gym looking for a cable attachment, barbell clamp, etc.
This particular location also has a hard time keeping the place clean. Today during my workout, I noticed that there was a condom wrapper sitting on the floor next to the barbell racks upstairs. I am extremely disappointed as a long term customer of this gym chain, and I am now considering finding a new gym.

I go to this gym very frequently and always have a good workout. I like coming here because itโs such a large gym and thereโs a lot of options. However, every time I visit there is a female manager that works at the front desk and alway tends to be rude and give me an attitude. It makes me feel unwelcome, which makes me not want to visit the gym anymore. Itโs taken me a long time to work up the courage to actively go to the gym, so this deterrent makes me feel discouraged.

I went for two years and the environment has severely declined. From my items being stolen while working out, the basketball court is routinely trashed and not swept, saunas smell like mildew, water dispensers serve lukewarm water, equipment (stair master specifically) always needs repairing. A LOT of high schoolers/young kids (how my phone was stolen), and the staff is pretty useless. I love OneLife and the layouts of this location is beautiful, but the upkeep is poor and unsatisfactory.

Cancelled, yet received a bill a couple months later with a โcredit card return fee.โ My credit card info has not changed since cancelling and is and has been functioning fine, no changed card number, nowhere near the credit limit, etc. I emailed them informing them of their error and requesting they charge the card on file as they have been for years - they ignored the content and simply replied telling me to pay ASAP or there would be more fees. I belong to several high end gyms in my area. One Life has the best equipment of all. Noise level is contained and the place is spotless. Most of all the front desk staff, Chris, Dalia, CJ, Miles and Ted great me warmly when I walk in asking if I need a towel. As Im leaving they give a โHave a great rest of your day!โ My other gyms donโt compare with the staff at this facility. Yoga instructor Asha is warm kind and a terrific instructor. I must applaud the owners who instilled the best practices to the staff at OL because it shows!
Best of all the price point is affordable and a value for all you get w a basic membership. The trainers are bent on giving the best workout possible in the 30 minute appointment. I wish my other gyms were this good as they are closer to where I live!!

Me and my wife just moved here a few days ago for work and wanted to continue bodypump so we came here. Our 2nd day there, a Chinese woman attacked my wife for closing the door during a 6am class. She was in a car accident so she needs the ballet bar for lunges, and has OCD/ anxiety about people watching behind her in gym classes. No one intervened to help my wife during this time, and my wife ended up crying through the entire class. She had a panic attack and no longer feels comfortable there. Please do better.

I would give them a ZERO start rating if I could. I canceled my membership in person on August 2nd 2023 and called again to make sure this was noted. At that time, no one informed me of any procedure needed to ensure that the membership was canceled. I started getting harassed with phone calls of a "balance" on my account. When I informed them that i had asked for a cancellation both in person and over the phone, I was threatened ABC financial that my balance would be sent to collections.
They tell you when you sign your contract that you can cancel at any time once you've been a member for at least a year, but they intentionally make their cancellation process extremely illusive so that you have no idea how to end the contract until they can bill you for additional months and claim that you are delinquent. I was a loyal member for 3 years with them and am extremely disappointed. They're no better than crunch fitness with their shady business tactics. Do not sign up

Overall, I really like this gym and I'm glad I switched from LA Fitness in Dunwoody/Perimeter. I love that the gym has platforms and bumper plates, and it's such a huge & beautiful space. I'd argue that the staff does a fairly good job of keeping it fairly clean. I'm actually pretty impressed with how relatively nice the locker rooms/restrooms are kept up, as compared to other gyms. (There is, however, fairly often one or more bathroom stalls that makes you think YIKES! or BARF!) I will also say that it's not uncommon for a lot of the hand sanitizer, paper towel, or wet-wipe dispensers in the actual workout space to be empty, which can be frustrating and force you to get some extra steps in as you hunt around. It's a very popular gym, especially amongst people who are serious gym-rats, so during peak hours it can get pretty busy & crowded. You might finding yourself waiting in line 15+ minutes for a squat rack, bench, leg press, etc., so just beware! Also noteworthy, is that you may find yourself circling round & round looking for a parking spot or just electing to park far away in the parking lot during peak hours. While there are a ton of treadmills, stair-masters, ellipticals, etc., it's also not uncommon for one or more of them to be having issues (whether there's a sign on it or not).

Strong โGloboGymโ vibes so be prepared for that kind of feel but this gym has something for everyone. Love all the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength cardio and strength equipment. The only thing itโs missing is a Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Glute Drive - they could add 3 and they would all be used. Also offers group cycle, hot yoga, half court basketball, and functional training. The semi-outdoor mezzanine is cool too. Accessing this area of Atlanta is a nightmare during rush hour and the large parking lot will be packed to prepare accordingly. Overall highly recommended.

I love this gym. But I did not know there was hot yoga classes I went to one and it was regular with no change in room temperature. It is a shame I wasnโt informed. I would like staff to be more acknowledgeable and encourage people about things they can do at the gym.
Besides that, they are clean. I would think they could be cleaner and more organized. Some people do not help and I believe cleaning and being organized is part duty of the client as well. Maybe some educational encouragement around this area is needed here as well.

Good luck cancelling your membership here without blowing a gasket. You'd think it would be easy to cancel a $35 month to month gym membership! IT'S NOT. Called today, told them I wanted to cancel effective end of Apr. Was told my cancellation would be effective beginning end of May and that I'd be charged for May next week. They require a 30 day notice on cancellation. Not sure where or if this is written down in whatever I presumable signed when I signed up but it's a total racket. We're talking about a month to month membership, not an apartment rental.
The real kicker is that they send you a nice notice telling you that your cancellation is contingent upon you making your next payment. This is not a payment for service already received, we're talking about service that they're forcing me to pay for that I can't even use. If I don't pay the final, extra month they'll just keep my membership going until I pay or they send me to collections. UN-F$%k!ng BELIEVABLE!!! So basically I HAVE TO PAY THEM TO GET OUT OF MY month to month MEMBERSHIP after 3+ years of loyal membership. It's not the money, it's the principle.
They bill through ABC Financial. Google "ABC Financial Scam", they're almost universally despised.
Also, all the stuff in the other reviews about general decline, disrepair, disorganization...that's true too.

Worked out here for over two years and absolutely loved it! Is clean, well maintained and the staff was always friendly and very attentive. Cycling clases with Kayla and Yoga with Julia were a huge plus.
Leaving cus I moved and other gyms are more convenient for me, but I wish I could stay here. I know Iโm gonna miss it. :(

A member recommended me this place, and my first-time experience was fantastic. The guy who showed me the gym and told me about the membership was so kind, polite, and very friendly. Today I called to enroll asking for him but he is not there so they couldnโt do it by phone because any manager was available. I drove to the place and somebody with not a good welcoming attitude at all was enrolling me thru the membership and he changed the prices, he was talking about a lot of extra fees I didnโt know. I was trying to go to a Yoga Class and because of it I missed and now I am very disappointed with the service, he did turn off the entire experience in a bad way and I am no longer signing up for it. So bad!

First off the facilities and overall cleanliness are up to standard and should be five stars. The staff is great- helpful, personable etc. I have tried to put off going into Karen mode but I have to say- Iโve never seen a gym so full of lazy people. Weights are constantly left on the wrong racks or laying aroundโฆ people loading up the leg press and then just walking away. It blows my mind. Not sure what the best method is to enforce the โre-racking weightโ policy but I recommend trying something.
(Update 1 year later) Unfortunately continuing to decline. The staff still personable etc. but I used to see other staff cleaning up and mopping- now almost never. The upstairs is always a chaotic mess. Weights strewn about, benches ripped. This is a very popular location so I understand it is busy, but they need to listen to the constant reviews regarding this otherwise business will decline. I always saw the former GM Sean pacing the floor making sure everything was looking neat and in order. New management seems almost careless. Whoever owns this location ought to recognize the value in paying to keep a good GM around. Business 101.

However, Cancellation processed is ridiculous. I moved and needed to cancel my membership. You are unable to cancel on the website (on mobile), you have to call ABC Financial. Upon calling, it is a 30 cancellation window for them to review your choice to cancel. Where you have to continue to pay the gym fee's, even if you are unable to use them.
Customer service was great, but this policy is outdated and a way to get members to continue pay during an unnecessary waiting period. Be prepared to pay an additional 2 months of fees after you want to cancel.

Really like the mgmt here and location so I'll give them five stars. Clientele, however, is hit or miss. Had a couple situations on some equipment with some ghetto types being hostile and rude. Some sitting on the equipment or walking away and coming back angry because someone else is using it. They are not for rest nor are they your property! Common sense!
Sauna is not working now, which is a downer. Doesn't seem to have the amount of space of some other locations.

Iโve gone to OneLife for years now and have been to many different locations around the area. I feel like the equipment is always broken here and there seems to be no urgency to get it fixed. Machines, cables, and benches are always broken and it sucks when I get off work and itโs already busy but I canโt use what I want to use because itโs broken or somebody is on it but I have to wait since thereโs only so many things that work. The sauna is always down so good luck if you ever want to use that. I understand that things break in a gym but I donโt understand why it takes so long for things to get fixed or replaced. Also I donโt understand how everything is so unorganized with weights everywhere and cable accessories everywhere. Starting to wonder what the workers do besides stand around and socialize at the front desk. Seriously has declined within the last year. Sad to see.

I have been a member over 2+ now. The gym has been declining big time! Equipment not working and impossible to find a yoga mat! Itโs not clean anymore and customer service has changed too. I called many times to cancel my membership and it is impossible to do so! They use 3rd party company who is also making it hard to cancel! I called my bank to take them off and that helped; however, the gym keeps recruiting balance with late fees! They keep calling me for the new method of payment and no one wants to help me cancel it. Itโs been a nightmare! Before you sign up I would suggest to look at other gyms and make sure that they have legit cancellation policy in place! Do NOT go here you will regret it!

I would actually give this gym a zero star if I could not because the gym is not good but because there is no safety for your property. My car was parked right in front of the gym (keeping in mind this is the gym parking lot) and yet someone managed to vandalize my car and tried to break in. There are cameras all over the parking lot which can help identify the person who did that, but this gym staff does not care and will not do anything to help you get that footage. They will ask you to get it from the security company and that the plaza is responsible. When you ask about where/how can I contact them, they will stop replying to your emails or have a clear answer on where to get it from when asked in person. I reached out to the General manager (Camera Williams) of this gym and the reply I received was that they cannot retrieve the footage and the plaza is responsible and wished me luck on finding the culprit? I already filed a police report but need footage which can help the police find the culprit but the staff will do anything than to help you. They clearly don't care about their customers! If you don't want want your car to be broken into, I'd suggest to look for a gym where they can provide safety for their customer's property. There has been a few car break in cases in the gym parking lot in the past 5 months but the staff simply does not care.

The gym experience has rapidly declined over the most recent months.
Cleanliness - the gym is always in disarray regardless of the time of day you come. Weights are rarely racked and equipment is scattered around the gym. Working out becomes a scavenger hunt. The baseboards and mirrors are always covered in spit and sweat (mirrors) and dust in the corners. You can clearly tell the gym isnโt regularly cleaned. The new GMs response to these issues is that they donโt have enough staff to keep up with it right now When the previous GM, Sean was at this location this was never an issue. You would frequently see him walking throughout the gym to ensure this wasnโt an issue.
Equipment: the maintenance of the equipment leaves much to be desired. Seats are torn, platforms are separating, benches are wobbly, machines are left I repaired for weeks/months at a time and the sauna leaves much to be desired. Your annual fee is supposed to go to gym upgrades however in the past 4 years Iโve been a member not much has changed.
Staff: The staff that they do maintain are great. However there seems to be a lot of turnover which leads me to believe the pay and/or leadership isnโt great.
Overall, I would recommend trying some other gyms in the area. As well as avoiding busy times as there isnโt much equipment when the gym is busy. Myself and other loyal members have moved to different gyms in the area

Out of the years been here the mens sauna work maybe 5 months, door broke most of the time. 2 times I came and thw hot tubs was a cold tub. Lol smh. And it's not clean. Either a water bug or roach don't know what it's called down here because it look like a big Roaches, but the guy who step on it in the locker room called it a water bug,but whatever it is it was in the locker room floor.

[When I visited Atlanta, I was able to visit the gym in person. Luckily, I was able to speak to the GM who made one call - about 2 minutes - and my account was canceled and the excess payments were refunded. Without issue.
While I wish this could have been the same demeanor of their billing company - that was not my experience. Unfortunately, the gym is tied to to any 3rd parties they insist to offer their services - and their billing company is a nightmare. Make sure you deal with your account issues AT the gym! ]
I was a member of OneLife Perimeter for about six months before the pandemic. During the pandemic, I paused my membership as I moved away. Ultimately, I contacted the company that manages the billing (ABC Fitness Solutions) to cancel my membership since I was no longer in Atlanta. Needless to say, that was a frustrating enough experience. On May 26th, when asking about visiting Atlanta if I could restart my membership, their response was:
"Your membership was cancelled effective May 26, 2021. Please contact your health club to discuss how to reinstate your membership.โ
That was the last communication until today when I noticed that I was charged on May 27th and again on June 25th. I tried calling Customer Service and was told they could only help via email. ABC Fitness Solutions is incompetent and jerkoffs literally unable to keep their excuses straight. Obviously, I have no clue why they are still billing me, and instead of refunding and calling it a day, they are blaming me and refusing.

This gym is pretty fantastic, BUT, be super careful if you're deciding to sign up for their personal training sessions. Here are my notes
- They have two options, 1 hr sessions and 1/2 hr session. You're better off finding external help.
- When I signed up, I was pretty clear that I wanted only ONE month of training. I'd decide if I wanted to buy additional packages. So when I was signing up, I was told that I'll only be charged $300 some dollars for a single month. The guy completely left off the table that it's a 3 MONTH COMMITMENT. So now, that $300 is $900. If I spent the same amount on external help, I'd get more bang for the buck.
- When I tried to get a refund for the additional $300 that was charged, the GM said that they don't do refunds and "I'd have to buy out my remaining contract". The contract that they under informed me into signing. You see my point? Do you see the difference between $300 and $900?
- READ THE FINE PRINT. The staff will say absolutely ANYTHING to get you to sign on the dotted line. And then they'll hit you with the "You're the one who signed." argument.

I really enjoy this gym. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the trainers leave you alone, and the variety of machines and training areas is great. I was about to go back LA fitness after a stint at Crunch followed by 8 months of Orange Theory but for the price I choose this as gym and I'm happy I did. There is a sauna, a whirlpool and even an outdoor area that I use A LOT.
I took off a star because the ala carte amenities are a joke. I understand the child care and tanning but the other things should be included.
UPDATE: I came back post pandemic (signed up online) because they had a kids club, they no longer have kids club and I am stuck in the contract. Also there are now broken machines that need to removed from the workout floor or replaced instead of stashed in corners. The rest of my review aged well.

For one the men sauna was out for months. No compensation for it one of the main reasons I got the membership in the first place. Now the doors is broken so now it don't shut all the way. And on top of that the front entrance door is broken too. Things dont be clean i seen a bug walking across the locker room floors. Roaches. But thats a down south thing they say. On top of that i am getting charge $9 more dollars then what i sign up for. People at this location don't know they job well at all. Talk to me about something and gave me something different. I would never tell anyone to sign up for here. Talking about friendly then fake boxer trainer I almost had to show him what a real fighting was, and the guy at the front desk for being dumb enough to come to me to tell me what he said. Clearly he was scared to say it using you like a pawnto tell me,but of course I daid something to him,but that was months ago have not seen him really since, but then again i dont go much. Caught in a contact. Dont waste y'all money. So to top that off they fix the sauna door for about 3 months amd its been broke again for the last 2. And the hot tub was a cold tub for the last week. Iโve been working out at the gym for almost a year now and Iโm used to being greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Even upon leaving, someone from the counter would say have a good day. However, that has changed. I walked in one Sunday morning and a tall guy had a mouth full of food in his mouth. I said good morning twice - he barely spoke. The lady on the computer was dry as well. As I was leaving, no one said have a good day- it was very dry. Other than that, I love working out at this gym and the equipment.

My husband and I have been working out here for 3 years. We love the gym (location, equipment, layout, people). What's really disappointing is the lag time on equipment that is out of order. When you have a limited number of certain highly used pieces of equipment and they're broken for months, it's unacceptable. The cleanliness upstairs is also unfortunate. I have personally picked up trash and dirty paper towels several times in the last few weeks. Strewn about all around the smith machines. The sauna in the mens locker room has been out of order for months, and the front door has had caution tape on it for months as well. What gives? I understand perhaps there is a labor shortage or goods are unavailable, but maybe we should receive a discounted membership due to not being able to use equipment and cleaning up others messes.
