onlYoga is an unheated community yoga studio specializing in creative vinyasa and ashtanga. We are the only studio in Atlanta teaching Dharma Yoga as taught by Sri Dharma Mittra. We are focused on your personal growth based on the classical 8 limbed system of Yoga. We also are the only studio in midtown offering aerial yoga!
We don't have mirrors in our studio so that your focus can be turned inward. There's no pressure to fit in, no competition, just come as you are! We have classes for every level and think of ourselves as a yoga school, not just a place to exercise. All are welcome.
We offer a classical Yoga Teacher Training in 8 weekend meetings in the Fall and Spring.

I’ve been practicing at OnlYoga for over a year, and it’s become such a grounding part of my Midtown routine. It’s walkable, tucked into Colony Square, and feels like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the city.
Anne Marie, the lead teacher and owner, is such a joy to learn from. Her Ashtanga and Dharma classes are my favorites. They’re rooted in tradition but never feel rigid—she brings a sense of laughter and encouragement that makes everyone feel welcome.
What sets this studio apart isn’t just the incredible classes—it’s the hands-on care and attention that Anne Marie bring to every class. The adjustments, refinements, and modifications have been a game changer for me. Postures I once thought were out of reach have become part of my practice, and I’ve learned to move past the fear of trying or failing. It’s such an empowering feeling to grow and surprise yourself.
The slightly longer class times are a bonus too; they give me the extra space to fully settle into my practice and leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the day.
Shoutout to the community too! This is the kind of studio where you’ll find yourself chatting with people after class and building connections that go beyond just saying hi on the mat. Showing up consistently is the key to feeling the full magic of this place—it’s not just about the yoga, but also about the relationships and energy that makes this studio special.

In short I highly recommend Anne Marie’s classes but personally have not had a good experience with Natalia - I like how the practice is more traditional and the space looks clean and smells nice comparing to heated studios - which almost has a sweaty smell to me. I think Anne Marie is a great, patient instructor and I would like to keep attending her class.
Meanwhile I am not very likely to attend Natalia’s class again as I had a negative experience. I walked in 1 min late because it’s my first class here and I miscalculated the transit time, and if she decided to not let me in it would be fine for me. She did open the door for me which I appreciate, but she immediately asked to me keep quiet in a way that sounds a bit irritated, and then towards the end of the session she stared directly at me and said she would not open the door for late people again because it disturbs people. And she sounded very irritated again. And while I agreed partially and was feeling guilty about being late, it does not sit right with me. There’s a white person who’s late too if I heard correctly, and she’s sitting there too, but Natalia was only directly looking at me. Also I was only 1 min late but it looked like the session started for a while, so I wondered if she started early. Lastly while I will do my best to be on time, life happens, and it was also my first class and I’m not familiar with the route. We should be more compassionate and watch our energy especially since yoga can be a spiritual activity as well. I immediately asked myself if I felt comfortable attending her sessions again and my body is saying no. Also she did not try to correct anyone and just kept going, and I think it’s very obviously that some of us are doing it wrong. In similar situations I got corrections from Anne Marie.

onlYoga has been a true home where I can grow. They offer a unique variety of classes and workshops that can work for anyone, at any stage on their path. Dharma yoga can be especially hard to find, and I was happy to reconnect with it here. Anne Marie offers a space that displays the beautiful connection and community available at such an authentic studio.

onlYoga offers a real community and space for exploration within your yoga and spiritual practice. The studio is a place for a consistent yoga education - no matter how advanced your practice is. The people are so friendly and kind and Anne Marie is incredibly knowledgable and talented. This is a beautiful place to grow your practice and find friends.

Not one of the disco hot yoga studios that’re popping up everywhere. This is a beautiful, boutique studio which invokes a strong sense of community and keeps the tradition intact. 100% would recommend.

I began going to Onlyoga immediately after moving to Atlanta. I wanted to keep up with my yoga practice and meet some people in my new city. So I acquired a two-week trial membership, to give the place a try.
Well now, six months later, the experience goes beyond my expectations. Onlyoga is a community of yoga enthusiasts of all levels in the heart of midtown. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. Groups are reduced, so students get the attention they need in every posture of the practice. Thanks to the student membership I can attend classes in different disciplines and expand my knowledge of yoga, from Ashtanga to Dharma, Aerial yoga...
I really recommend Onlyoga to everyone curious about yoga regardless of their level or previous experience.

I absolutely love this yoga studio! The classes are great and Anne Marie is a wonderful person. Natalia's classes are excellent for working on flexibility and the aerial yoga classes are so much fun (thanks to Amber's constant smile). But the best part about this studio is the connection you make with classmates and instructors. I'm new to the city and coming to this studio has been an incredible experience. ♥️♥️♥️

I've been attending classes at onlYoga for almost over a year, and what brought me back each time was the strong sense of community and palpable energy amongst the teachers and students. I don't think any other studio offers a Dharma practice nearby, and I was looking for something equally as challenging as meditative and aligned with the principles of yoga.

I don't have a lot of experience with yoga. However, Anne-Marie and all of her staff teachers are amazing, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I've gone to multiple different locations since I started yoga and this one is by far my favorite in every way.

I took Ashtanga 2/3. Solid instruction by Ann Marie. Friendly classmates and a welcoming space!
Heads up that parking is $30 and validation **might or might not** be available at the food court concierge/security. Winn Park is a 5min walk and offers some free parking.

I feel so lucky to live close to the new OnlYoga location in Colony Square. I always leave class feeling physically and spiritually fulfilled. Anne Marie is a seasoned instructor who really cares about her students. Her teaching style is strong and encouraging but also gentle and compassionate. Even if you have no prior yoga experience, Anne Marie will meet you where you are and help guide you to the next level. I started with little experience (and still consider myself a beginner) but I never feel out of place. This is also because she fosters a community of acceptance and understanding. I also really appreciate that the class rates are affordable and that she provides the mats, towels, and blocks (you just have to bring yourself).

Anne Marie is truly a gem. She gives the best cues for each student to get the most out of their practice. Likely the highest quality yoga you will find in Atlanta.

Really the best place in the world to do yoga! I have been to many studios, and the atmosphere here is the best by far. Ever since I started in August 2018, I've been a regular. You will not regret becoming a part of this community!

For a relaxing class... It was like 90 degrees. Really hot. Teacher was super new and prompts were distracting with constantly moving up right and left. Not really my vibe.

I adore the Onlyoga space and instructors. It's a studio apartment in Midtown Atlanta with a lovely City view and magnificent maple tree outside. There are no mirrors, and I find that is creating in me a very technical and acute yoga practice. The teachers are each highly capable, sensitive and wise yogis. I feel comfortable here. I feel welcome here. I am very happy to practice here.

I had never practiced ashtanga before I tried this studio and my first class was the uncued primary series on Saturday morning which was nuts...but still so good. New folks- definitely read the class descriptions because while you can certainly get through any of them, if you're new to ashtanga it's nice to start with the basics classes.
I LOVE Marie. All of the instructors are wonderful and skilled and very hands on, but Marie is just super. Her classes border on torture for your abs and shoulders but I keep going back. She's tough but you feel great at the end of the class.
So now I've learned to love ashtanga and I think they've spoiled me here for other studios. Everyone is just so sweet and welcoming. Glad I found them!

Loved this place. I think our instructors name was Laura and she was fantastic. She was helpful and challenging at the same time.
This place is in a high rise and midtown and you would never know it existed. It's kind of a cool loft/apartment. They have big windows at the front of the unit looking into a big tree, down onto Peachtree.
Definitely one of my favorite yoga joints in town. Will definitely go back.
That's my word and I'm sticking to it.

I started practicing yoga a couple of years ago. OnlYoga was the first studio I ever practiced at. I went to four other studios after my initial class package to get a feel for my options. I cam back to OnlYoga and have been there for the past year. I have grown in my practice more than I could have hoped in the last year. I have come to love the Ashtanga practice. There is a great community here of both teachers and students. If you want to grow in your practice, learn the proper technique, and challenge yourself, then you should be at OnlYoga.

Visiting Atlanta for a few months, I discovered Only Yoga. The staff helped me find the best deal for my schedule. I am new to Ashtanga yoga and showed up for the advance class by mistake. I was welcomed and guided by instructor Jon Meredith along with the advanced students. I feel great and inspired.
