Traveled from Albany NY to Atlanta and decided to take a class with an instructor Jaxon who shares my son’s name(spelled same way). The staff was so welcoming and even texted me prior to the class. Coach Jaxon welcomed me to the class and let me know he is from the area where my home studio is! He knows all my favorite coaches and he was trained by the first coach I ever took class with Chris Gross. The studio was clean and the class was awesome. My only recommendation is that these destination studios should have apparel that say Orangetheory ATL. Go visit this studio!!

A Community That Sweats Together!
Orangetheory West Midtown isn’t just a gym — it’s a family. This week alone I’ve worked out beside more than 30 teammates celebrating Pride, my best friend who’s lost over 100 lbs, and a 73-year-old whose power walk rivals someone half her age! The coaches are incredible — fun, motivating, and they really know how to meet you where you are and push you to your best. Every class feels like community, celebration, and progress rolled into one. 🧡💪🏽
💥 “Come for the workout, stay for the community — West Midtown OTF is pure energy!”

Love the program that Orange Theory offers. I'm 49, and I've been going for more than a year. I've lost 30 lbs. I have to say that while I like the format of the workouts, I really like how friendly and supportive the staff and the coaches are. I never feel like I ask questions. Love it!

The parking situation at this OTF is the worse. I received two $85 parking tickets at this location. Both times I was reassured by management and coaches”we got you” I will not be visiting this studio again.

From never working out to now 14 months in and no looking back—OTF West Midtown is the best blend of workout and community. And even with your typical gym turnover, they have found a way to consistently provide a great experience. Join the fun!

I've been attending classes at this OTF since November and it's become part of my weekly routine. I always loved the warm welcome when you first walk in, the coaches are high energy and the set up of the studio is one of the best! If you want a solid workout that actually works and transforms your body, check out OTF West Middy!

At first, this studio said and did all the right things. But, as soon as I signed the agreement, I was treated as if I was just another cog in their machine. The level of disorganization and chaos that goes into the start of every class, for someone who simply wants to work on a healthier lifestyle, is both intimidating and disheartening.
If you are someone who is looking to get back into working out or just trying to incorporate some level of fitness into your daily life, look elsewhere. This is not the place for you. Learn from my mistake and find another option.

DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Coaches are decent, but the entire rest of the staff leaves much to be desired. No one does their job which is whatever, but the worst part is the rudeness and them STEALING your money :( canceled my membership months ago still being charged every month!!!!! 2/10

As a longtime member of Orange Theory West Midtown, I have to say that this studio is the epitome of high-energy and excitement! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a sense of enthusiasm and passion that's contagious.
The couches are one of the unique features of this studio - they're not just comfortable, they're stylish and add to the high-energy atmosphere. Each one has their own personality and style, which makes every visit a new experience.
But it's the staff and coaches who really set Orange Theory West Midtown apart. They are the best in the business, and their knowledge, dedication, and passion are evident in every class. The head coach, Unique, is truly one-of-a-kind and brings an unparalleled level of energy and motivation to every workout.
The sense of community at Orange Theory West Midtown is also unparalleled. The members are diverse, friendly, and supportive, and there's a real sense of belonging. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you'll find a welcoming and supportive community here.
As a long-term member, I can attest that Orange Theory West Midtown is the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals and have fun while doing it. The workouts are challenging and exciting, and the coaches are always there to push you to your limits. If you're looking for a high-energy and welcoming fitness community, Orange Theory West Midtown is the place to be!

I previously went to F45 for years and decided to give OTF a try after moving from Buckhead to West Midtown. Absolutely loved it from day one and I'm sure it's mostly because of the culture and studio OTF West Midtown has. I know that no matter what class I take (Unique, Andrew, or Emil), I'm going to enjoy it and get pushed to be better. The coaches are all the best! Same for the front desk staff. They are always so nice, accommodating, and understanding. I literally love everyone there. OTF West Midtown puts a lot into creating community by doing things like member socials and giveaways as well. I also love the times offered at this location. There's always something that fits into my work schedule, which has been a problem in the past at other workout studios in ATL. 10/10 recommend!!

OTF West Midtown Atlanta is hands down the best studio in ATL. I started visiting several of the studios in metro Atlanta the summer of 2020. I had become displeased with my local studio, had planned to cancel my OTF membership and had set up a Peloton to arrive after I returned from vacation. In the meantime, I needed to keep working out consistently in preparation for my vacation, so I started frequenting various studios throughout metro Atlanta that were enroute between work and home. I work south past the city and live in Cobb county north of Atlanta, so that gave me lots of options. I discovered that I really enjoyed the energy, the great playlists, the broad diversity of members and instructors at many of studios I was visiting (I was not going to be forced to give up OTF!). My workout experience is very much driven by the playlist. I found that a few instructors stood out. They consistently had great playlists and positive energy (I mean ALL the time). Unique was one of those instructors. I started going to her class at Howell Mill anytime I could and when I found out she would be the Head Coach at the new West Midtown studio, I could not wait to check it out. I was blown away!! Yes, the studio was new and gorgeous, but it is the personnel that really shine. I have been going there since the doors opened. YES, I drive 40 minutes from my house (EVERY Saturday and Sunday and sometimes through the week) to get there when there is an OTF studio 5 minutes away and 15 minutes away!! And this is why- the front desk/sales staff are outstanding. They are professional, warm, friendly, and go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating- ALL of them with no exceptions. The coaches are amazing. I went there expecting Unique to be my favorite (because she is a BOSS), but they are all equally fire. Shout out to Andrew and Emel!! I know that I’m going to get high, positive energy and a banging playlist every time partnered with constant attention to form and technique. To be clear, I go for the gains and if it’s fun (great music!) and I’m getting great coaching the gains are going to come because I’m literally trying to go whenever I can.
But the thing that really sets OTF West Midtown apart is the community they have created. A community that celebrates not only PR’s, but birthdays, graduations, wedding engagements, Pride, Latin History Month, Black History Month, etc. It is a community where everyone is seen and celebrated so when there are member socials and 90-minute classes they are packed and lit. We show up to be together, but we also show up to support OTF West Midtown. They are THE best!

I really enjoyed my time when I went to OTF, I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. If you don’t know really much about working out. This is the place for that, they will guide you. Also, as an athlete who is about to play on the college level, I enjoyed the intensity the instructors brought. Overall 10/10!

I’m really disappointed in this location, especially because I recently moved to midtown and this is the closet & most convenient OTF for me. I don’t know if this location overbooked the 17:45 June 1st session or let a guest in w/o first confirming their reservation - however I had to cut my (reserved) session short.
I’ve been a member at OTF since 2015 and I’ve never had this happen before.
Per my physical therapist I have to take it easy on my right knee for a bit, so I bike instead of run - I’ve done so since 2021. I make this clear every time that I use the bike in place of the treadmill. At this particular location, I was placed on treadmill one for the first part of 2G. The individual at the front desk said he understood that although he’d technically be placing me on tread one I’d be on the bike instead (so as to not put anyone else on tread one). Ten minutes into the workout I realized he mistakenly put someone on treadmill one - which I thought might not be a problem because I would just go to an open station. I looked up and realized that not only was every treadmill station occupied, every rower/floor station was as well.
So after confirming w/ the instructor if every station was in fact full, I asked where am I supposed to go/what am I supposed to do once the room switches? To which his response was “oh well why are you on the bike?” Which caught me entirely off guard: (1) the bike and alternative machines are available for guests, like myself, with orthopedic issues….it’s why they are there; (2) it felt like a ‘well it’s a you problem now’ type of response. After I explained I use the bike instead of the treadmill because of my knee, I asked again what I should do once the room switches. He simply said “Yeah, I’m not sure” and continued on w/ class.
After that I stopped biking to confirm w/ the individual at the front desk to see he in fact put me in first station. Wanted to make sure I didn’t mishear the station number and placement. He confirmed he did but then also realized that every station was booked, leaving me with no where to go after the first half. He apologized for that, and I went to finish out the first half. Before the first half ended though, the instructor came back to tell me that treadmill 13 opened up (the guest went to come bike half way through the first half) and I could go there if I wanted. Completely missing the point and made clear that he was not listening to me in the first place and still would not have fixed the overarching issue - I would not have a spot on the rower or floor for the second half of 2G.
It was apparent that the instructor, especially, could care less. So, with no other option but to possibly stay on the bike for the second half, I left. I also left because there are only 2 bikes, and there may very well have been other guests who needed to use the bike in lieu of the treadmill. I don’t pay OTF just to spin for 60 minutes. I’d go to a spin class if that was my goal.
I called again today to speak to a manager, who was not available. Whoever I did speak said they’ve never overbooked before and they aren’t sure what happened but they’re sorry. So, I hope yesterday wasn’t intentional, since something like this ‘never’ happens…
So, one of my reserved OTF class wasted by NO fault of my own and basically got a “I’m not sure what you want me to do about it” type of response.
Which all in all, I’m more so just disappointed in the poor customer service - especially from the instructor.

I genuinely love this place! My partner and I have unlimited and prioritize coming at least four times a week. The holy combination of this and Sweathouz (right next door) is a Godsend lol! We’ve not only seen results and an evolution in out fitness, but in our self care are well.
The culture is amazing and probably why I say it’s the best location in town! OTF has never been low energy, but compared to other locations this one has a lot more diversity both in age of attendees and race. This is further represented in the music selection (which we all know is KEY in any workout) consisting of EDM, Hip Hop, Hits, and Chill (for the post workout wind down).
Staff is just as amazing and diverse. The Head Coach Unique is a rockstar and OTF veteran that really knows how to build community, help you be your best self, and have fun! The entire coaching staff is a dream though (currently Adrienne, Andrew, and Emel) and I try to go to each of their classes for variety. Lastly the front desk team who are always personable and accommodating - making sure you get ready for the class, parking validated, and often times a good laugh before getting started.
Can’t recommend this place enough along with Sweathouz next door!
