Dishonest. They charged money after offering a free class bc my sister told them after the class that she lived in Memphis. They never told her before the class that she did not qualify for the free class. They only told her after they asked if she wanted to become a member and she said she couldnβt because she was only visiting Atlanta.

While the workout was challenging, the coach & music helped the time fly by quickly. Having the heart rate monitor made it much easier to pace myself to ensure my efforts were driving results but wouldn't gas me out too soon.

Brady was very encouraging and responsive, he also recognized when I was pushing myself too much or needed a modified version of the workout. This was my first class and I was I blown away by the whole experience. I immediately wanted to sign up and come back next week !! I canβt remember the woman at the front who helped me sign up β- but she was also fantastic! Very personable and listened to me so well. Honestly impressed, even before I walked in the door someone reached out to initiate the relationship. Made me so comfortable and not ashamed where I am in my fitness journey, where Iβve been and where I want to be!!! So far, loving it.

Love OTF! I have struggled finding a workout that I love and is effective. At-home workouts were not motivating enough and I couldnβt stick to a good routine. OTF is challenging but, fun & engaging. You can cater the workout to your ability and keep track of every workout on the app. I have only completed classes with Brady and Taylor but, both were amazing and Iβve heard great things about the other coaches. I would definitely recommend to try it out!

The coaches are amazing!
Especially Unique always corrects you and she makes sure Iβm pushing myself enough which is great. Also her playlists are awesome!

I joined OT last year and really enjoyed the Elite package. When I took a break in the beginning of the year I found myself missing the challenges, encouragement, and overall atmosphere. I came back a week ago and joined the Unlimited package and Iβm already down over a pound. I love the company, the results, and the staff is always so pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Workouts are never the same and are always challenging! The coaches are encouraging and ask you to push yourself but are not in your face like a drill sergeant. This is my preferred workout because I feel like I get a full body workout everytime.

I have really enjoyed every workout being different. It takes a minute to figure out how the coaches teach during your first few sessions since it's so fast paced, but once you get the hang of it (took 2 classes) it's much easier. All of the coaches are also awesome at explaining whats going on, modifications, and happy to chat after as well. Emily has been super helpful getting us ramped up and kicking my a** in class as well! My personal preference of orders is doing rowers, then weights, then treadmill since I hate cardio, but there is a great mix for everyone no matter what you're looking for. I leave every class feeling like I just died but it's awesome, and I am already down 5 lbs in a week!

I like the variety and the commitment. I like that it is flexible as I am 62 and not athletic and the exercises can be modified for ability level. I like that the coaches advise me to make sure that my position & weight & form are correct. I like the variety of class times and a 60 minute workout. I started with a package of classes, and then registered for the 8x/month package, then I increased to the unlimited. I like that I can use Orange Theory in most places that I travel with the same package. PLEASE fix the APP to allow us to register for a class at a studio that isn't our primary location!! The thing I love about OTF is that I use it in 4 cities. The registration is painful. I don't want to make a phone call to register for class!!! You have too many APPs and none are ideal. Make 1 good APP that we can register for a studio that we visit frequently !!!!

The coaches are all very nice and extremely helpful. They give me feedback when I need to improve or make changes to my form during exercises. This helps me get the most out of my workout and prevent injuries. I also always appreciate the coaches energetic vibes and approachability! They are wonderful. I love Orangetheory! I am a return member -- I quit for a few months but really missed it in my life. It made such a positive impact on me when I did it the first time, I decided to rejoin. I fell in love all over again! The coaches are motivating, on point, and I love that there is no judgment, just opportunities for improvement. The class is always challenging, no matter your fitness level, so it keeps me engaged. Orangetheory is pretty much the only way I can stay motivated to workout so long and intensely. I can really feel the difference in my cardiovascular endurance and strength!

Orangetheory is by far one of the best workouts ever. To some it may be a little pricey but it depends on how serious you are about losing weight. If you are you can do it working out here 500 plus calories a workout.

OT is a demanding workout, the most efficient hour of the day and the workout is always different. If you have a busy schedule, not a lot of time or just really like an action packed workout, this is for you!!! It's the 1 hour of my day in which I don't have to make decisions. The workout is planned for me and I just have to work hard and sweat. You are guaranteed an intense and effective workout every time. Cheaper than therapy!

I like the coaches. Each coach I've had has been a healthy mix of motivation and allowing me to modify my workout to meet my needs. They have all gotten to know me and push me when they can see I'm not giving it all I should and encourage me when they see that I'm trying to push myself beyond my status quo. It is that positive and uplifting environment that keeps me motivated to come back and willingly put myself through this challenging workout week after week lol. All I can say is you will survive. I started here because I hate the traditional gym cardio on the hamster wheel. You can push yourself as hard as you want to or take it easy. I suggest if you are just getting started to try to do the weights the first half and then do the cardio. Ezra is great at guiding you through the workouts if you have some injuries. Bring a towel. You will sweat...a lot.
