The only place I willingly get up at 4:00am to go work out at. Orangetheory truly has one of the best workouts out there. Really amazing coaches that push you and motivate you to help you reach your goals.

I just started coming to Orange theory in September, so about two months. And i can say it is a great atmosphere, everything is self paced but the coaches are amazing on helping to push you in an encouraging way!

OT keeps me in shape! You will get a good workout in. Having coaches and staff that are extremely friendly also helps with the motivation to go. I recommend everyone try a class.

I go here not because I have to… but because I get to! The coaches and team members do a great job inspiring everyone and setting a good tone. The workouts are great and I always see results when exercising at orange theory.

I have been a member of Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) since February 2021. I started as an elite member and have been a premier member for over a year. My job requires frequent travel to various locations across the country to support military services. Fortunately, I have found an OTF studio in almost every location I visit. I strategically book hotels between my work and the OTF studio. I appreciate how each workout at OTF is different, targeting various body parts to build strength and using heart rate monitoring to track conditioning.

During my recent stay in Augusta, I found the OTF Augusta studio about 10 minutes from my hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, even though I hadn't prebooked a class showing up 5 min before the start the coach took the time to get to know me before the workout. Although the classes I attended in the two weeks were not very full, the energy and determination of the members present were highly motivating.

My fiance canceled her membership and they still attempt to charge. Phone calls went unreturned, emails and every other method and still they are trying to charge.

Buyer beware

Update (7/20/24) still no resolution, no answer to emails that you provided.

Shame that you’re treating veterans this way.

Orange theory is disgraceful. I guess it’s time to add the company to the list on Fort Eisenhower of ones never to do business with…

we’ll notify the local news next about how often you continue to attempt to charge despite being told to stop, and filling out the paperwork.

Perhaps a lawyer is the next stop after that…

This has been going on since Jan 2024…

I love 23 hours a day. That one hour class is grueling. My fitness level has improved. I have dropped my resting heart rate to 55. I feel better than I ever have. They do a great job. The workouts are always different.

I signed up for a free class that took place on July 1st, 2023. I was told that they would give me a call to see if I’d still be interested in signing up for membership. I was never called and I got billed on 7/10 and 8/10 of $79.00 each time when I never attended the classes because I don’t have time. On 7/11 I got an email with a cancellation form that I signed and sent back, which I wanted to cancel immediately not 30 days after. Do not attend this gym nor sign papers, they will scam you. They have limited equity get on but they charge $79.00 each month to do the same exercises repeatedly. If I could give NO STARS I would…

Love this studio! It is pricey, but it is almost a personal training session each time. Don't be afraid to ask the coaches questions! Go at your own pace.

I recently brought my team to Orange Theory for a group workout session and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and expertise of the staff, especially Liliana and Carly.

Physical fitness is paramount in our line of work, and a cohesive, motivated team is just as crucial. Orange Theory delivered on both counts. Liliana was extremely flexible, adapting to our unique needs and schedule with ease. Her professionalism shone through every aspect of our session, making the experience smooth and enjoyable for the entire team.

Carly's training session was nothing short of phenomenal. She crafted a challenging yet fulfilling workout that pushed us all to our limits, testing our physical strength and team cohesion. Carly's energy and motivation were contagious, keeping our spirits high throughout the session.

The facility was top-notch, and the team-building workout at Orange Theory significantly contributed to the team's cohesion, fitness, and morale. I wholeheartedly recommend considering Orange Theory for a team or co-workers session. The unique blend of physical fitness and team-building exercises is sure to bring your team closer together, just as it did for us. Thank you, Orange Theory, for this wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back.

This is a great studio. I was in Augusta for a few days and went to the 5am classes for the 2 mornings I was in town. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming and the coach (Carly) was excellent. It is a newer studio with the new rower tablets and new treads. It was very clean and well maintained.

Been going for a while now, good workout even if you're just getting started. Takes the thinking out and they won't let you hurt yourself doing things wrong. I went from sedentary 5ft4 215lbs and in less than three months I'm about 205 and running 1.5-3 miles a session in addition to all the other stuff.

Visiting Augusta from out of town and HAD to get my workout in. As a current OTF member in SC, I was thrilled with this studio! The whole staff new we were coming and welcomed us by name! Even though we were only visiting for the day, they really made us feel like a part of their community.

The facilities were spotless, class ran on schedule, and the front desk staff were super accommodating. Coach Carly was a freaking rock star! She was super informative, easy to hear/understand the whole class, and made time to help me individually with my form even though the class was pretty full!

10/10 recommend OTF Augusta for anyone looking to burn major calories and become part of a community.

Great workout but very costly, pay attention when joining. Been charged incorrectly twice over the first month of going there and unable to cancel or get refund even when not at fault. They do a great job with the calories burned but the business side is difficult to deal with. So far spent $217 the first month and unable to cancel the $119 second month charge. Better values elsewhere in Augusta.

Edit: I was double charged for renting the heart rate monitor then charged for an additional class though I still had remaining classes. When charged on the 18th of December I called to clarify as I didn’t think I had signed up for recurring charges. I was told I would not be able to cancel over the phone and no refunds were options even on overcharges. I told the front desk I would not be back in country until the 26th but will cancel then per policy, she confirmed. They were closed on the 26th so unable to cancel then, not disclosed on phone conversation. I was able to come in and cancel and the front desk attendant said that would be all I needed. I then received an email that I would be charged for more classes that I cannot use. Again, a great workout if your schedule fits as most classes are before 5pm and nothing after 10a on weekends. If your a business does not fit those times this is an expensive lesson you do not need to learn.

I will give one star because the science is good and the front desk representatives are always nice.

However, just save your money.
• It is borderline harassment with how they contact you to sign up
• After you sign up, there is no support from a customer service perspective
• The app is always going out for this gym and they just tell you don't rely on the app, but the app is meant to be one of the perks of this membership
• There is no technical support when heart rate monitor isn't working
• Questions are not answered in a timely manner post-sign up, and if they are answered the answers are variable depending on who you talk to
• The fine print is crazy. There are fees for everything. They make it seem like they are flexible but that isn't the case
• At the Exchange Ln location in particular, all of the coaches must be new. Nothing gets explained properly and there is very little interaction in the classroom.
• They basically delayed the pause/ cancel process for me by a few weeks and then charged me for the next month saying I didn't do it in time. I had to literally cancel at a different gym because it was so arduous to do at this one.

Overall, do a HIIT workout at home for free. Or, if you really want to try OTF make sure you get your questions and answers in writing/email so that way you can quote it later when someone else tells you a different answer. Lastly, if you go to an OTF gym, just don’t go to Exchange Ln in Augusta.
