I absolutely LOVE training here. Some of the best equipment you can ask for. The gym is always super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. They welcome anyone and everyone! Easily one of the best gyms around👏🏼

First I’d like to say, if I could give 10 stars I would. What’s not to love? There’s a machine and weights for everything you could ever want to work, 24/7 hours, a posing room(with the best lighting), showers if you need them, the vending machine that they keep stocked with the BEST snack and energy drinks. Since day 1 I have felt at home in this gym, so throw your headphones on and try it out. :)

Owen's Gym has something for everyone. Hardcore bodybuilders, powerlifters, functional training, general wellness etc.. Men and women of all ages train at OG - a very welcoming atmosphere and great vibe.

Additionally, the equipment selection sets it far apart from the competition. Bodymasters, Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Paramount, Rogers Athletic, Magnum are just a few of the old school gym equipment brands that this gym has.

I’ve been going to Owen’s Gym since they opened, and honestly, it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly, the vibe is great, and even the people who work out there are cool.
It’s always clean, never weird or intimidating, and just a solid place to get a good workout in. If you’re looking for a gym that feels comfortable and welcoming, this is the one. Highly recommend.

Owens Gym in Commerce, GA is truly my home gym. They have the perfect mix of everything powerlifting, bodybuilding, and a supportive “just get up and get healthy” environment. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced lifter, you’ll feel right at home here.
The coaches and staff treat you like family, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a place that motivates you and makes you feel welcome, this is it. Highly recommend!

Great coaches and staff: the team at Owen’s gym goes above in beyond when it comes to answering questions, and helping with form.

This gym is fantastic! The owner and staff are really passionate about training, are very welcoming and friendly. My son and I really enjoy working out at Owens Gym of Commerce! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and open 24/7, which makes it super convenient no matter our schedule. It’s super close to all the east Jackson schools. The owner friendly and welcoming, and he makes prepped meals that guy can purchase at an affordable price and they’re delicious. My wife and son and I are hooked. Also, the trainer Brian has been awesome- knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. They’ve created a great environment for both beginners and serious lifters. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid local gym!

I don't go but my teenage boys do. Our 17yr old even has
a trainer to help get him to his goal size before he goes to his first teenage body sculpting competition in Atlanta. We are all excited! My 19yr old son goes as well and he like the atmosphere.

24 Hr Gym. Google may say closed but that just means there's no on-site staff during those hours. Great gym if you want to work out! Also, it says a lot about the vibe when the power goes out.... And nobody leaves!

My favorite place to go to train, has always been OWEN'S GYM. The atmosphere, the people, and the staff have always been extremely good at crafting an environment that really makes you feel welcome and inviting to be your best self. The Commerce location, doubles down on that and raises the bar significantly.

One thing that stood out to me, was the equipment. The owner, a professional bodybuilder, clearly handpicked each piece of equipment for effective and practical use, and was very concerned with the quality his clientele and members get from a workout at his place. That level of intention says alot about how this place is managed and the mindset of turning potential, into something kinetic.

A membership at OWEN'S GYM - Commerce, would be money well spent for anyone at any level of fitness, for any goal you are looking to achieve.

Another great Owens Gym, now open in Commerce. The space is big, open and tons of equipment. Some of the best equipment you can find out there today. New staff and some trainers for every level. Had the chance to see the gym as it was opening, and very excited for this new spot here in NE-GA.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Equipment is top notch for any fitness goal. Unlike a lot of other gyms, this one supports any fitness goal you have for yourself with their encouraging staff and environment as well as with personal training tailored for each individual. I go to the Owen’s Gym of Toccoa every day and have been to this facility already multiple times and am just as pleased. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Owen’s Gym always created such a welcoming atmosphere and community. I’ve created some amazing friends in the group classes! Highly recommend!

Also, the full body scan they offer with their 1:1 coaching is amazing! It helped increase my confidence after I learned where my weight is all dispersed. I found that I have way more muscle than I thought… this has helped me tremendously on setting attainable weight loss goals and emphasizes that the scale isn’t the only form of tracking progress.
