If you love yourself, give “You” the experience of an Assisted Stretch and Sole (Foot) session with Pamela Myers Model Fitness (PMMFIT), LLC. I loved the calming environment that is free from distractions. I am sure that the environment at Gateway Restoration Church contributed to my sense of safety and peace. The Provider’s calm demeanor also contributed to my relaxed feeling as she explained everything from beginning to end as she guided me through the breathing process for bodily movements. Among other aspects of this experience, I was especially touch when instructed to use my breath to expel stress. There is scientific research that supports this type of release that calms the neurological and healing response of the cells within the body. Please, bless yourself with this experience!
