Real Basic Training. We operate Platoon style physical training runs outside. For hundreds of years, armed forces have used basic training to prepare for war. We do it for fitness, fellowship and fun.
This is not a boutique fitness fad. Our workouts originated on Parris Island and The Citadel.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

My husband is a very active person and has been going to Peachtree Road Bootcamp for many many years. I have always been active mostly with dance classes and dance team throughout my school days and college, but I've never been much of a runner. I've never enjoyed running and tried to avoid doing it at all costs. After moving to Atlanta, my husband invited me to come to boot camp. I was definitely nervous at first because I thought I wouldn't be able to hang with the group. He assured me that there are all levels of runners at boot camp from beginners to elite runners. My first day at boot camp was challenging but very rewarding. I was happy that I finished the workout and even enjoyed it! The workouts are a combination of running and body exercises. I've gotten better at running and have learned to not dread it. I even completed my first 5k and reached my goal of Running the whole race and finishing under 30 minutes. Thanks Chip for provinding a great group workout that makes waking up early totally worth it!

The Instructor has been leading this workout group for over 10 years and has 30+ years of competitive running and elite fitness experience. The workouts will take you from whatever your current level of fitness is - to the best shape you have ever been in - all you have to do is show up and join in. Oh...did I mention it's an incredible deal for the dough, and you just happen to be working out with some of the who's who of Atlanta!

This takes group fitness to a new level. Your not stuck in a box, a sweaty room, no overly faky hype instructor on a mic...just you, and 20 other people running through the streets of buckhead. Make it as hard or as moderate or as easy as you want. The only workout where sub 40min 10k runners and people walking with there coffee can come together.
