Love this place. You can get a good workout and then go and relax in the tanning bed afterward. And the best part is it is affordable. There is no reason why anyone who wanted to go can afford it.

Definitely my favorite gym in Douglas. The staff are friendly. Other gym goers don't stare you down. There are plenty of machines to go around including treadmills and ellipticals. Large, roomy, clean, variety of machines.

I know some of you insanely nasty people like you lay in other people's sweat but when you are done can you wipe the tanning bed off. And it takes more than one spray and one wipe over people. You can go home and gross it up all you want but keep it at home. Thank you

The good: It's a great gym. It has weights. It also has damn good machines!
The bad: It's pretty filthy. Maintenance and general upkeep doesn't seem to be priority. Just grab a cleaning cloth and wipe down any of the machines; it'll turn the cloth a dingy brown. Men's bathroom floor looks like it hadn't been mopped in years.
The plates are chaoticly disorganized too lol
In all honesty, it's a fantastic gym. Has more that what anyone could ask for and it STILL has room for improvement. Just needs a little cleaning.

A happy atmosphere, judgement free zone, everybody is there to get into shape, and if your lucky, you'll make some friends and you can end up helping out each other. I highly recommend Peak Physique if your in the Douglas/Coffee County area.

In the mornings it's normally less people .later in the evening it's more but u can still workout. It's only 24.95 to join and you don't have to have a checking account. Pay for the months you workout 💪🏾

$25 a month. 24 hour access. Nice hot tanning beds. Judgement free comfortable work out zone. Loads of equipment and activities. Clean and well maintained establishment. Staff are super supportive and very knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend peak!!!

Great gym! Clean, equipment is upkept. They have showers, tanning beds, cardio, weights, room for classes or a quiet workout. You can't beat the price at 19.95 a month with no contract
