I just completed a four month regimen of training three days a week with Terry Gatewood, owner/proprietor of Physique refinements. Terry is former Armed Forces bodybuilding champion for the United States military. He has a well appointed physical fitness studio and is an excellent physical trainer. He started out by having me state my goals, and then he developed custom programs to ensure that I met each goal, increasing my white resistance as I was ready to advance and also giving me more complex exercises as I mastered the basic ones.

I doubt there is a better physical trainer/motivation expert in the country. I met all my goals and believe I am in better shape than most 30 year olds even though I am 79 years old.

I knew Terry's reputation over the years to know he would inspire me to MOVE and work hard. It's his studio. It's not full of other trainers and people. It's one on one, and he is paying attention to everything you say and do. He knows how to work around any injury and still produce results. I have learned more from him than any trainer I've ever worked with regarding motivation, food, energy, pain, targeted stretching, and what it takes at home to keep my efforts at the gym on target. I would highly recommend him to anyone at any age.
