New weight machines, Peloton bikes, Pilates classes, and being a clean and friendly environment make this a terrific little gem of a gym! Coffee, book, and clothes shops are all nearby so it’s easy to combine a workout with a visit to any of those places. If it’s difficult to find a parking space, try the city parking lot off Spring St a block over.

Love this little gym. Lots of classes and really friendly staff. The manager Colleen & Heather are awesome instructors! You can do the classes at whatever level you can. Everyone is very supportive, including the regulars!

Outstanding gym, just upgraded all their weight machines, all brand new. Very friendly gym plenty of options to suit all your fitness needs. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent staff! I am so glad I recently joined.

Overall great and really close to home. Not as large as the Y or the other big gym in town but I like that…Not too crowded. Has all that I need and no long lines waiting on machines to open up.

I love this fitness Center for so many reasons…I’ve been going here for years now and everyone is so happy, helpful, and professional… I’ve met some very special people working there and people in classes or groups that I think of as friends..I feel like I’ve accomplished so many goals and at the same time comfortable doing the exercises and so blessed to have found this place and made so many special friends 🥰this gym has helped me physically, emotionally, and something to look forward to day to day!! I just can’t say enough about this place and all the people that make it the special place it is ❤️❤️❤️
