Please consider another studio if you have back problems. Jessica will under no circumstances let you reschedule with less then 24 hours notice. I had terrible back pain over the weekend and went to Dr. Monday morning who advised to postpone that nights Pilate class. Jessica would not reschedule me without using up one of my sessions. As a new client and new to Pilates in general I am very disappointed with the lack of regard for people with back problems!

Pilates By Jessica was a spur of the moment decision, but I am so happy about it. I have always had issues with my back, flexibility and overall core strength. In the last few month my flexibility has increased tenfold and core strength has improved tremendously. Jessica and KJ are very attentive during and after class and are willing to answer questions and correct your form. The small size of classes makes it feel like you are getting a private lesson. Highly recommend it for anyone with back issues and who wants to improve flexibility and core strength.

I have been attending Pilates by Jessica for seven months now after attending Pilates at another studio for nearly two years. Since attending Jessica's I have found that my technique, strength, and flexibility have significantly increases even with some significant knee and arthritis issues. This was made possible by Jessica working meticulously in correcting many of the bad habits I had developed and insuring that I knew what each exercise was suppose to accomplish. She continues to be focused on moving our class through various levels of difficulty but only after we have mastered the prerequisites to the level.

At "Pilates by Jessica" you will receive the attention and care of a knowledgeable and caring instructor. Jessica is great at providing you the cues and instructions you need to perform each and every exercise properly. She demonstrates great patience and is happy to guide you along the proper movements and educate you on which muscles should be activated during each exercise.

I started attending pilate classes at "Pilates by Jessica" in October 2013. During this time both my core strength and flexibility has increased. Pilates was recommended by my doctor because I was having knee issues. By strengthening my core the pressure on my knee was reduced, and thus I have less knee pain. My posture is much better and I am walking with more confidence. If you want to learn to do pilate's the correct way then "Pilates by Jessica" is the place for you.

"Love my pilates! My favorite part of my week is going to Pilates twice a week. There's always variety, and the exercises challenge me. Jessica always watches and corrects my form to make sure I get the most from the exercises. My flexibility and fitness improve each time I go. Whether you are male, female, young or old, Pilates (reformer) suits for you. NOT intense workout that can hurt you but you feel enough soreness. Jessica will FIND your core muscle that has been hidden for years...
