Attending classes with Melissa has been an absolute joy! From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely excited to improve. Her energy is contagious, and she has a special way of explaining movements so they feel achievable yet challenging.
The studio itself is bright, inviting, and perfectly maintained—a true reflection of the care and positivity she brings to every class. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, she meets you right where you are and gently pushes you toward your goals. I always leave feeling stronger, balanced, and uplifted.
I can’t recommend Melissa and Pilates Fit enough. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with heart, this is it!

I love working with Melissa at Pilates Fit! She is very knowledgeable and pleasant, and she tailors sessions specifically for my level. She prepares a workout plan before each session, so time is used very efficiently. I have already gained strength and stability in the two months since I started. I highly recommend Pilates Fit!

I honestly can’t say enough good things. Melissa is awesome! She is so kind, knowledgeable and encouraging and makes you feel totally comfortable. The studio is super clean and the equipment is excellent. Pilates has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week and I normally hate exercise.

I don’t know how I stumbled on this trainer but I’m sure glad I did! As a beginner I was nervous to attend big classes due to the fact I’m not very coordinated and felt my positioning would be all wrong. Melissa is so much fun and makes sure I’m in right alignment and her prices are the same as most group classes and this is 1x1 training! . Highly recommend ! I’m a lifer!

Really enjoying one-on-one pilates training with Melissa. She keeps things challenging with different equipment like TRX straps and weights. Melissa always has a well thought-out plan for our sessions. Pilates with Melissa has really helped alleviate my hip pain and improve my posture.

I highly recommend Melissa’s Pilates classes! She is very knowledgeable and experienced in Pilates and many other forms of exercise. A private lesson is so much better than a group class, you really get so much more for your money! Melissa really listens to your comments and concerns and tailors each workout to meet your needs and goals. She is very kind and patient never pushy or demanding . I really enjoy my classes- the equipment is awesome, so much variety in using different apparatus! I have definitely seen improvement in my posture and overall strength in just a few months, I consider finding Melissa a huge blessing!

I recently began pilates classes at Pilates Fit with Melissa. She is an excellent instructor and prepares each class individually. The exercises are diverse and are on different machines, equipment and the mat.
She is attentive to my form with each exercise and suggests adjustments when needed.
She also reminds me to breath correctly and to keep my shoulders down and relaxed.
She is an excellent classic pilates instructor. I am thankful to have found her and to know her. 5* experience.

Melissa is amazing, she’s that rare combination of knowledgable and approachable. She puts intention, thought (from years of experience) and heart (from being a genuinely caring person) into planning your session and each class is a balanced mix of variety and focus. During my session I stay warm but I never feel rushed. Melissa maintains a keen attention on proper form so that you can be sure you are avoiding injury and maximizing the benefit of your workout. She also values your feedback and eventually you will find that you have learned enough from her interactive teaching that you have gained insight on what the movements are supposed to feel like. The studio space is welcoming, immaculate and well-equipped. Her scheduling style is flexible enough to be human but organized enough to hold you accountable which is great because consistency is key! I appreciate her courtesy text reminders the day before each class :) In just 6 weeks, my physical power and flexibility have improved and my relationship with myself has both softened and strengthened. I highly recommended reaching out to Melissa and giving Pilates a try, you’ll be grateful!
