Ale Pinheiro has been a certified Pilates Teacher for over 15 years, and a Pilates personal trainer for close to 10. Her pilates studio in East Cobb carries the latest in equipment and works with clients from all walks of life. Ale follows Joseph Pilates’ vision, while at the same time, customizing movement to each client's needs.
Her goal is simple: help people feel fantastic, all the time!
