Emily was personally selected by Romana to become a Level 4 Instructor, and it's easy to see why. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and always pays close attention to the individual needs and abilities of her students. Additionally, her warm and welcoming personality creates a relaxing and positive environment for everyone in her classes. With her clear and concise instructions, even beginners like myself find it easy to follow along. Practicing Pilates with Emily has given me a newfound sense of confidence.
Emily's studio is located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, surrounded by many great brunch restaurants and walking paths. Despite being a one-person studio, her space is equipped with everything one needs for a fulfilling Pilates workout. The group mat classes are intentionally kept small in size, which fosters a sense of community and allows for personalized attention. The prices are reasonable, making it an ideal place to try out Pilates. I personally did the three private classes special and fell in love with the practice. This studio is a hidden gem!

Emily is professional and overall amazing Pilates trainer with personal touch that works for everyone. She has a reformer and is moving in additional equipment for tower and mat classes. Group and individual classes available on flexible schedule. Make sure to call in advance for best experience. If you have back pain or other issues, make sure to start Pilates as soon as possible! The exercise schedule is built around recovery, flexibility and core strength.

Core Matters is a terrific holistic approach to health, exercise, sensible eating in a small group fitness environment. The instructors are excellent and ensure each workout is fun, with appropriate self-paced approach for each person. If you have previous health issue they also provide modifications for each workout and are very familiar with working around injuries. You can sign up for a free week trial to see if it works for you too.

CoreMatters is different from most programs, It is about all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy the workouts in a small group atmosphere. You definitely get personalized attention. There are also all kinds of workshops and a Balanced Habits program which has taught me a doable, functional, healthy eating program and is a lifestyle change NOT a diet. I have seen great results - lowered blood pressure, weight loss, and significant loss of inches, particularly in my mid section.

I have found Ann-Marie Giglio to be an extraordinary physical trainer and a professional fitness consultant with tremendous versatility, intelligence, and dedication. She has great knowledge of biomechanics of the body and neurological rehabilitation. Her pleasant and positive mannerism makes the workout fun and encouraging. The classes at Core Matters are small and personal, and always interesting. We are learning continuously how to listen to our bodies as we perform the many exercises and are learning new information all the time. Anne Marie and her staff are always making sure we are using correct form, and if anything needs tweaked for our personal strengths or weaknesses there is always an answer for us. Love it!!

Core truly does Matter with Ann-Marie. I am in my 60's and have spent most of my years drinking cabbage soup, taking shots or pills, or trying to follow the latest diet fad. Little did I know that dieting is not the answer! Ann-Marie is the most supportive and non-judgmental person I know. Her knowledge of how "we work" in order to BURN fat, is amazing. Her "method of madness" is not that, at all. Quite the opposite! It's real, it works, and it makes sense. By balancing your meals with proteins, fats and carbs, your body realizes that you mean business, and begins to burn fat. Food (and how to eat it), coupled with exercise, specifically designed for YOU, is sensible, rewarding and cleansing. No matter what your needs are, for good health, Core Matters will help you attain your goals.
