Amazing experience! I got a Myofascia release (MFR) treatment yesterday and Eddy worked the roller on my quads and hamstrings and it was incredible how I felt looser and it started to relieve the pain in my knees and lower back! This is life changing!!!

I highly recommend Eddie for Pilates training, especially if you’re looking to try something new and effective as part of your fitness routine. While working with Eddie on Pilates and keeping up with my own active lifestyle, I started to feel some soreness in my shoulder and one of my knees.

When I mentioned it to Eddie, he introduced me to his other service—MFR (Myofascial Release). I decided to give it a try, and after just one session, I felt real relief—not just in my shoulder and knee, but surprisingly in my hip, where he uncovered a pain point I didn’t even know I had.

Thanks to his expert work, I’m now moving pain-free and feeling stronger. I’ve continued with weekly Pilates sessions and have been able to get back to all the other workouts I enjoy. Eddie is knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. Highly recommended!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience working with Eddie in his Pilates program. A coworker recommended him after doing his group classes, so I gave the one-on-one sessions a try. Honestly, I didn’t know much about Pilates—just the pictures with all the big equipment—but it’s been a great experience.

Eddie’s been a solid guide, making everything approachable and adapting it to fit my needs. He’s got a great attitude, a deep knowledge of fitness, and knows how to challenge your body in ways that are actually helpful.

I’ve stuck with the individual sessions and really feel like I’m getting something out of it. Definitely worth giving Eddie a shot—you might surprise yourself and learn something new along the way.

I am happy to report I'm in cancer survivorship, but after intense radiation and hormone depletion therapies I developed intense and daily shoulder and lower back pain. I explored treatment with a sports medicine doctor and ongoing physical therapy, to no avail. After much research, I discovered Eddy, who has changed my life through the practice of pilates and his MFR treatment. It truly has been that dramatic! I have been under his care for 2 1/2 months now coming twice a week for pilates classes and have had one MFR treatment during this timeframe. My pain, for the first time in over a year has been eliminated I'm happy to report!! Eddy is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He is focused at each session. He has educated me to become part of my healing, and his therapy goes way beyond the physical body. Eddy has been put on this earth for a reason. He is truly a healer!

I’ve been seeing Eddy for five years for Pilates and Myofascial Release. I always look forward to my Pilates sessions as Eddy makes it fun, and challenges me to be better and stronger. Growing up playing sports competitively for most of my life and not taking time to stretch or take care of minor injuries can add up and takes it toll. There were certain moves that were difficult or painful to do.
After spending time with Eddy under his Pilates instruction and MFR sessions, I have gained so much more flexibility and comfort in my movements. It is training, not for training sake, but to have everyday functional performance.
Highly recommend Eddy for his knowledge and training abilities, but also because he is a great listener and takes the time needed to curate the sessions to your own body's needs.

I would use every positive word in the dictionary to describe Eddy and Pilates classes and MRF therapy.

As I continue my budding career as an amateur professional hockey player (i.e. beer leaguer) in my mid 30s, I have been nursing a variety of injuries - in particular hip/back/groin pain. Most of the traditional doctors have suggested surgery to fix the problem. In an effort to exhaust all my options, I decided to give Pilates and MFR a try. Eddy has been a godsend in this regard. He understands my ailments better than my doctors, has developed an exercise plan tailored to my needs, and I have developed ultimate trust in him and his therapy. Eddy is well studied and continues his education as to how to relieve my symptoms.

On a personal level, Eddy is a great human being. His classes are always a joy to attend as Eddy is a beacon of positive energy. He is encouraging and supportive, while keeping the atmosphere light. During a difficult time for my family, Eddy was supportive of me and my wife (also a client!) as a friend, rather than a business owner. All in all, Eddy is an exceptional human being that everyone would benefit in knowing.

I would strongly recommend Pileddys for any person considering Pilates, and I would recommend for everyone to consider Pilates. Core strength and flexibility has been an instrumental benefit for me as an 30 year old looking to make the NHL some day.

I had been seeing Eddy for Pilates for a few months when I tore my ACL skiing. He recommended a session of MFR (myofascial release) to help with my recovery. I saw him both before and after my ACL surgery and believe the MFR helped me to heal faster and easier. Even now, almost 2 years after the injury, I continue to see him for a session
every few months to keep my fascia healthy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the names and functions of all the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the body and how they interact, as well as chakra and energy sources. I always feel amazing after a session and notice an instant and sustained benefit. Eddy is personable and warm and instantly puts everyone he meets at ease. I highly recommend him for MFR and Pilates.

I was dealing with 5 months of lower back pain when I came to Eddy. I had tried deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustment and acupuncture but nothing provided lasting relief. In just one MFR session I had a huge emotional and physical release. I've been going to Pileddy's at least once a week for the past 3 years (man, time flies when you're having fun!) Eddy helped me heal the diastasis recti I had after my three pregnancies and has helped me have much better core strength and technique so that my back doesn't hurt when doing daily tasks like giving my daughter a bath and picking up and carrying the kids. And the best part is Eddy is a great conversationalist who keeps me laughing and entertained even when I'm working hard and sweating in the studio. Pileddys is a charming studio behind a private residence off LaVista Road in Atlanta.The owner, Eddy, creates workouts for his clients based on their goals and challenges. Once a week, I work out with another client who lives in the neighborhood. Once a week, I work privately with Eddy, who is helping me strengthen my balance, my core, and my posture. He notices when my tabletop is collapsing, when my abs aren't engaged, and when I really need to lengthen my spine for the full benefit of the move. His prices are fair, his expertise of Pilates and how the body works is top-notch, and his sense of humor keeps me grounded. I highly recommend working with Eddy.

My wife and I have been happy clients of Eddy for 15 years, beginning in at a Pilates studio in Los Angeles, and now 3x per week via Zoom and FaceTime.

Eddy is the greatest. He has an incredible knowledge of the human body and knows just how to tailor the lessons to address our specific needs of the day.

I am now 75 and have led a very active life (running, golf, racketball. . .). When I started with Eddy, my body was a mess -- especially my lower back and hips. Because of Eddy's conscientious guidance and education, I think my body is in better all-round shape than ever.

Eddy also is a great entertainer. In every session, he regales us with interesting stories. We look forward eagerly to every session, not just because we know our bodies will feel better afterwards, but because we know we will have enjoyed a fun hour with a friend.

I've had on and off lower back pain for 25 years due to the birth of my second child. Physical therapy would always help, but sure enough something simple would happen - like picking something up off the floor, or just getting out of a car - and the pain would be back as would another round of physical therapy. I thought my 40 years of yoga would have protected me from this but no. My last therapist recommended Pilates. So very glad I found Eddy! By the end of my first virtual visit I had the knowledge and skills to not hurt myself again. It's only been a few months and I'm now walking everyday. I can easily get up and down from any seat or the floor. Eddy not only focuses on recovery, I'm on my way to strength building so I'll be better in my 60s than I was in my 40s or 50s! The classes are always different so I never get bored. Eddy always pays close attention to ensure I'm not hurting myself and getting the most out of the movement. Aside from the exercises, Eddy's knowledge of the body and muscles is excellent and really helpful when I have questions or get stuck. I certainly have a much better understanding of how my body works and moves.
