Started pole fitness because I absolutely HATE THE GYM and Pink Poles has welcomed me with open arms! Finesse and Sage are great pole instructors especially for those of us who are completing new to pole ! Looking forward to continuing my journey here .

I signed up for the Freshman Series, which was supposed to be complete beginners doing 6 weeks of classes.

The social media posts don't say that the class is double booked, so you really only get half the class to practice since someone else needs to share the pole and take turns.

The class doesn't stand alone, we were told that the series won't be useful if we aren't taking more drop-in classes throughout thd week so we shouldn't expect to learn much in the 6 weeks (almost $200 wasted).

The pace is FAST, they start beginners with pole tricks instead of slowly ramping up it felt advanced. They seemed surprised that it was the first class for some of us and expected us to have previous knowledge in a beginner series.

The instructors were kind and they know their stuff. They just can't get to everyone because of the large class sizes. Some of the other people in class tried to instruct me since no one ever corrected me or helped me do better. It felt like I was there watching an online pole class with no personal interaction at all.

I asked if I could transfer my fee towards my first private lesson so I could get more help. The owner let me know that the money would go to the instructor for private lessons but I've already paid the studio for the series and it's not transferable or refundable. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to feel like it wasn't wasted. I can afford the private lessons, but I would just rather go to a studio that has space and a more structured beginner class.

It was intimidating, I left and cried in my car because I felt really bad about myself and my body. That's the opposite of why I went there. I've just had 2 babies in under 3 years and I just wanted to feel sexy and be around women who like their body while we all learn something fun and build strength (pole is hard work!).

I love black businesses, and I really hope this one just raises their prices so they can make the classes smaller and still make their coins. I'm rooting for them, I just don't want anyone else to waste their money because my husband thought he was helping my self-esteem with this gift of classes, I didn't want to go back and feel that way again. I only made it through one class.

I booked the 9:15 slot but as I was getting ready I checked my portal and they for some reason moved me to the 8:15 class with no notice or email

As I proceeded to call nobody answered I called 7 times no answers

Then my sister was put on a wait list day of and I alrdy paid for her secure spot in class

Every encounter I’ve had with Pink Poles has been phenomenal. Back in 2022, I booked a party for my 21st birthday and it was such a fun experience! More recently, I purchased a pole and decided to take some in-person lessons to learn how to pole dance.

I texted Tia one day, and she immediately gave me a call to answer all of my questions. I chose to go with one-on-one lessons with Jane, and Tia guided me through the entire process and connected me with her. Jane also responded promptly, and scheduling was super easy.

My customer service experience so far has been nothing short of impressive. I’ll come back with an update after my lessons!

Class cancelled without Notice. No Refund.

I booked and paid for a Saturday 3:15 PM class through Eventbrite. While en route to the class, I called and was informed that there was no class at that time. I was advised to request a refund once I returned home. I did so by emailing the studio using "contact organizer" on Eventbrite. I followed up a few times.

I did not want to leave a review, but given the amount of time that has passed with no response or refund (over 2 months), and after seeing that others have experienced the same issue, I felt it would be helpful to share my experience.

I’m a traveling instructor and brought my workshops to this studio! The staff was lovely, the students were amazing, and the studio itself is gorgeous. Black and pink are my two favorite colors and literally EVERYTHING in the studio is one of those. Pink aerial poles, pink lyras, pink slings, pink mats, I’m obsessed!!! I will be coming back :)

My friends and I traveled to Atl from FL for a friend’s bachelorette’s party. We ran into an unexpected situation at our air bnb which caused us to be over 30 mins late for our pole dancing class. When we arrived the door was locked and seen a sign that if you’re more than 10 mins late the class would have to be cancelled. It was fine because we were the ones who were late and it was not fault of Pink Poles. We stayed in the parking lot to talk and figure out our next move. An employee came out and asked if we wanted to join their pole class at 8p that evening. We absolutely wanted to join but didn’t want to pay any extra since we already paid for a class and didn’t get to attend. The lady made a phone call and then came back to us and said we were good to join. The pole class was funnnnn. We def were sore when we woke up the next morning lol. Thank you Pink Poles.

There are some very talented/skilled instructors here. Whether you just want to learn a quick beginner friendly sexy dance, add this to or use this as your fitness routine, learn a few technical moves and tricks, or learn to pole from beginning until, or even possibly become an instructor, they have you covered. There are plenty of classes, and they offer series. I've come here for a few $10 Tuesday classes, a couple of Freshmen series, and an aerial class. I've had the pleasure of learning from Jane, Sage, and Trouble. All amazingly talented women.

Ah Pink Poles… what can I say.. besides obviously being the catalyst that changed my life for the better. The best sisterhood I ever experienced (even after TWO sorority’s). The reason behind my confidence and security as a women. Pink Poles you are EVERYTHING to me. I purchased a ticket for their 3/1/25 class at 3:15. When we arrived, we were told by a person removing the poles, that they weren't having any more classes. We called the number on the door.

The person who answered said they didn't have access to the Eventbrite page to give refunds. And that they emailed me that morning to advise that I should to try to get a refund from Eventbrite directly.

The person was not apologetic. And in fact tried to make it sound like I was silly for purchasing a ticket through Eventbrite, because "nobody books us from there".

I run an Eventbrite page, and NOBODY should be selling tickets to an event in your company's name without your consent.

Who is checking email at 7 am on a Saturday? How do you know you have tickets sold, but no ability to shut down the event or refund me?

It's irresponsible, and borderline fraudulent.

Receptionist was very rude, nasty, and demeaning. She treated me like I didn't know how to speak English. I treated her with respect. I never asked for a refund or anything out of pocket. Customer service was terrible. I wish this could've been a different experience. Never going back again. I would do 2 stars but i dont believe in really hurting a businesses ratings like that and yall dont have a survey to fill out. ive been poling for almost 2 years and idk if its that 10$ tuesday or what but no. My friend wanted to try pole so i brought her to their class and although it is beginner friendly, anyone can twerk. Thats mostly all we did while other instructors sat along the wall and watched. It was a very large group so everything was rushed, she thought of things as she went. I thought it was odd to do a forward shoulder roll but not give them a little fireman spin at least. If that was my first class, i wouldnt come back so i hope you all can improve because the aesthetics are cute. The concept it adorable, the building is hard to find and parking is could be better. Kind of disappointing

Best pole studio I have ever been to and I’ve traveled to New York, Houston, Georgia, and Miami. It feels like such a family environment every single time I visit. This is such a fun place for pole fitness! The instructors are really fun and knowledgeable. There’s something for everyone! Savanna’s gravity and glide classes on Wednesday teach wonderful and graceful edge work with heels for more intermediate and advanced pole students. Tsunami the pole disaster will get you strong with rookie poles conditioning class. In series with Sade where she teaches proper positioning, grip and technique for all sorts of pole moves. If you want to work on flexibility like I me, I highly recommend Lavender Flame’s Serene flex class. If you want something more sensual, I would say classes like Logan’s seduction, Lola’s sultry stream or Sage’s body language classes are empowering and sexy classes that connect the student to their body through dance. All the instructors have been kind, helpful and knowledgeable to me including the instructors for $10 Turn up Tuesday classes which are SO fun! There are so many classes I can’t wait to try more!

Absolutely one of the best investments I’ve made on myself! I got tired of going to a traditional gym doing the same workouts and decided to try pole at Pink Pole. I’m now a proud member and have been for over a year! The atmosphere is unmatched! It’s a great workout and has helped with my confidence, flexibility, and my mental. It’s my safe space. The instructors are amazing especially Jane. The owner Tia is so welcoming, supportive, and kind. She really takes time to speak to and care about all of the students there.

Initially I was skeptical because 1. I can’t dance and 2. Just trying something new is always intimidating but trust and believe when I say if you’re considering it, DO IT! I went here tonight hoping to have an amazing experience & it was everything but!

For starters once we arrived there were already 8+ women there celebrating a birthday, so we were already thrown off.

Secondly, our appointment time was @9:30pm, we didn't get started until 10pm. Why? Because the instructor was too busy kekeing & haha'ing with the other ladies & TAKING SHOTS!

Finally, we were the first to arrive during our appointed time, but we were pushed to the back, 1st due to the fact that the instructor wanted to play around with her friends, and second because it was simply too over crowded. There were 10+ ladies there and only 9 poles. we were the last to learn any pole choreo. When we FINALLY got a chance to get on the pole we literally only got MAYBE 5 minutes to learn anything during the whole time we were there. We were there from 9:30-10:45 , u do the math.

This experience was the definition of u get what u pay for. The class was only $10 & it showed. It wasn't about the money, no I didn't ask for a refund. I was genuinely excited for my first pole class and had been looking forward to it all day only to be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Save your money and your time, if you're looking for a fun pole experience this is NOT THE PLACE. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional, u will mostly be sitting around looking doing nothing, it's just not worth it.

Came yesterday for a “beginner” class, my homegirl treated me to the class because I recently been dealing with the death of my best friend within the past week and she wanted to distract me away from everything I had going on, so we came to the pole class. Upon walking in everything was beautiful, and we were greeted at the door, upon entering or 915 class we had “Sage” as our instructor. Her entrance was very cold, although she asked us all to introduce ourselves and say our names there was nothing else. Once we start getting into the routine, that’s when I did realize that this does not seem like a beginner friendly class, there was no walk through on how to do any spins/dips/turns around the pole. There was also another group who seem to be an intermediate group that kept switching off from us, and showing us to clear difference in our “skills”. Which also didn’t boost any confidence in the room for the beginners, especially when we were clapping for the intermediate ladies and we didn’t receive a single ounce of encouragement until everyone confidence diminished at the end, including mine. Granted, my friend that brought me was fairly experienced on the pole, I was not and Sage’s cold demeanor along with the fact that every time we tried to perform as “beginners” by ourselves, we were extremely confused as expected. I just personally don’t feel like it was choreography meant for a “beginner” type class, nor should we have been so separated from “intermediate”. The routine is was strictly just shown and walked through a couple of times and we were made to do it. By the time we had to do it by ourselves we’d forgot the routine and she was just sitting calling out the moves while the other intermediate ladies watched us struggle. I forgot part of the dance and was just told to “don’t stop”. I just feel like “Sage” was not the best instructor for how well she dances on the pole in my personal opinion and I wouldn’t return to a class by her specifically. I could tell another woman in the class was just as frustrated since she walked out before the instructor could film and perform her part of the dance. It did make it seem like she would not return, I would come back just got with the same instructor but overall great concept.

This studio is great! Came to Atlanta for the weekend and decided to take a pole class with Lavender Flame. It was definitely the highlight of my trip and I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in town! Her choreography was hot and just the right difficulty. We came from out of town to take a low flow class and it was amazing! Lavender Flame made sure everyone was comfortable and provided alternative moves if needed. The choreo was so fun and exactly what we were looking for.
Only complaint is that the class felt too full. We had to rotate 3 groups during the class which significantly lessened our time working on and running through the whole routine. So each person’s time on the pole was 1/3 of the full class. Would have much rather gotten more time to be able to run through the choreo.

One of the best decisions I ever made was walking through the doors of Pink Poles!! I was new to the state 2 years ago and searching for a place that I could make some friends while staying fit. Little did I know I would have gained a whole family and achieved the best shape of my life now at 30!
My first class I walked in so quiet and nervous, and its so funny looking back at that girl vs the confident woman I am now. I owe a HUGE part of who I am to my pole sisters and the amazing PPS team.

We went to the wrong location that was specified on Google. The owner KNOWS about there being a location discrepancy and DID NOT inform us until after we placed a phone call asking if we were at the right location. Even if you are aware, you need to let your customers know that prior to booking or change the location. The owner is also NOT accommodating with this "10 minute grace period" because there were customers outside of the establishment that met the grace period but were not allowed inside. Once we arrived, the owner was nowhere to be found and instead had her employee talk to us via phone on speaker phone while her employee was scrolling through Instagram. When we were about to ask a question, she responded saying "HELLO?" in a rude manner. There was also no clear communication on getting our money back. She did not provide an opportunity for a class credit or to reschedule the class. There were people waiting outside she could have easily accommodated and created a new class for the future. She also placed a call to security when we were not showing signs of being confrontational. DO NOT TRUST THE OWNER WITH YOUR MONEY. She will use the location mishap as a tactic to steal your money she has known for years and has done nothing about it. Then she does not follow through on her grace period. She also have customers pay through CashApp which leaves no receipt or form of a legitimate paper trail. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION.

I did Sage $10 Tuesday class and it was such a great class. Everything about Pink Pole Studio made it a stress free first time. From the time I walked in and checked in with the friendly ladies at the desk who were very informative about the other things classes happening at the studio to the way Sage broke everything in the routine and even helped those who needed a bit more help. The girls were professional, patient with our group when we had the directions wrong. We learned a cute portion of a dance. They had money to throw on me as the bride. We left feeling sexy and confident. My only complaint is that the class wasn’t longer. We will definitely be back! Definitely recommend to any other brides looking for a fun pole experience.

Me and my friend booked a $10 Tuesday class with Harmony, I was on time but he wasn’t. Instead of telling him “oh well, better luck next time”, they were able to transfer the both of us to the next class with JaneDo without hesitation. The routines were cute and beginner friendly. The ladies decided to take a pole dance class, for one of our girl's day events, scheduled to celebrate our girlfriend's birthday. The class was so fun. The Pynk is def an experience of a lifetime. Not only does it provide a fun alternative to the gym.. it also gives you a whole nother family you didn’t think you needed.
