I have been taking classes at Pinnacle for about 4 months now, and the results I am seeing are tremendous. Over the past 5 years, I have been to numerous gyms and centers, but I could never find the right place for me. I was either not seeing the results, or I was not motivated to continue going. Rae, Ariele, and the entire team at Pinnacle have changed that for me. I am able to get through a HIIT workout motivational energy and without feeling like my life is about to end. The strength days are very well structured with routines that push me to my limits all the while making me want to continue and do more. I actually smile at the end of the workouts and enjoy everything I have done and all the work I put into it. The team at Pinnacle helps keep me accountable, and what makes me feel at ease is how approachable they are whenever you have a question or concern. I was a little intimidated by the group setting of the workouts at first, but everyone that comes to Pinnacle is so friendly and extremely motivating. Rather than feeling like I am in a competition like I would at the gym or other workout centers, I feel like I am part of a team that is all working towards the same goal. Needless to say, I have found my home where I plan on making a transition for my life and health. Finally, I can say I am excited to work out!

Being brand new to Smyrna, I was very eager to find a gym for my husband and I. Pinnacle is a fantastic gym with knowledgeable instructors and welcoming atmosphere that surrounds everyone in the studio. We have felt right at home!! Rae and Ariele create workouts that are challenging, but doable for all workout levels. Before we start, they make sure everyone is warming up, understanding the flow of movement and doing the exercises correctly! Throughout the workout, Rae and Ariele continue to coach us through each exercise. Their encouragement and energy is contagious. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to take the leap and start a group fitness hiit class, or to those that are seasoned veterans. This gym is awesome, very friendly and set up to meet the needs of everyone; you definitely won't be disappointed!

Awesome facility with group strength and HIIT workouts. Since being a member I have gained strength and endurance. Every time I come, I am challenged with a different workout. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fitness Center. Consistency will yield results.

My journey with Pinnacle Fitness began in May of 2018. I started out doing private sessions with Rae during which he really encouraged me to try his group classes. I’ve been doing the group classes consistently for over a year and I would say I’m addicted. The workouts are different from anything I’ve ever experienced at a “chain”-gym. They are varied and certainly never boring. Rae is a former teacher and it clearly shows through his clear explanations every single time he explains an exercise/movement/posture.
Pinnacle Fitness has given me a new energy and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I cannot speak highly enough of my trainer Paige at Pinnacle. After having two babies in two years—I knew I needed a lifestyle change to get back on track. I am so thankful to Paige and the help she’s provided me over the last 12 weeks. I’ve seen a serious difference in my weight, appearance and in how my clothes fit. Paige from the start was motivating, understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. We never did the same work out twice and she made sure to teach me a variety of exercises. She always kept me motivated as well. She is a gem! Thank you Paige!

Words can't express how grateful I am to have found amazing people that are helpful and caring. Paige is my personal trainer, and she has pushed me to work so hard, i have a long way to go but so far for this first month i have seen results in my body, and i got a few compliments to keep up the good work from friends and family. I always had stomach issues, and David, my nutritionist has helped ease this discomfort through proper health habits. I will continue to work with the smyrna location to achieve my final goal. Thank you for the progress that i am seeing, and thank you for the motivation that keeps me going. You guys are amazing.

I always enjoy working out with Rae. I love working out at 5am and this is the best 5am workout in Cobb county. Rae makes sure we have a good warm up and jamming music because it's so early. The workout is never the same they know how to change it up and keep it challenging. This gym is so convenient, 10mins away from my house. THE BEST!!!! Best fitness facility in Smyrna! Usually at gyms I get bored doing the same routine and stop going, but at Pinnacle the classes here are never the same so I'm always challenged in a new exercise. The instructors are great and motivating, and the members are welcoming creating fun and encouraging atmosphere to get fit. Definitely recommend Pinnacle Fitness Center!

I have been using Pinnacle Fitness for personal training since June. Working with Rae two days per week and working out a meal plan, I have lost 44 pounds. My doctor and I are pleased!
Rae has worked out a program that suits my level of fitness. We never seem to do the same exercise twice.

My buddies at Pinnacle Fitness Center are a god send. Rae Stampley keeps me in shape for flag football season.
My footwork, balance and speed all improved drastically after working out with him for 2-3 months doing personal training sessions. I felt like I was 23 again.
I have yet to take advantage of their patented nutrition planning, but that and the workouts are my next step.
I more than recommend them!

Initially I was looking for a HIIT fitness class to get back into shape quickly and stumbled upon Pinnacle Fitness Center in Smyrna. I met with Alex Antyuhin. We talked for an extended period time and she got a good understanding for what I was looking for in a fitness plan. She recommended personal training to jump start my fitness routine and learn fundamentals. Alex was great from the start. She took her time to explain and plan my workouts. Throughout the personal training sessions Alex was professional and knowledgeable. My fitness goals weren't to lose weight so we did a lot of strength workouts and I did my own cardio on my off days. I have never worked with a personal trainer before and this is a great first time experience. I have already recommended her to a couple of people. Overall, great experience. Great personal training. Loved it.

For anyone looking for a great personal trainer near Smyrna, Alex is the best. She has the expertise, knowledge and professionalism you want in a fitness coach. She’s a stickler on form to keep you from getting hurt and explains why you are doing certain exercises and what the benefit is. Go to Alex with goals and she’ll put together a roadmap to accomplish them. Can’t say enough about her as a trainer.

I love Pinnacle! They really know how to set you up to reach your goals through personal fitness and nutrition. Alex is a great trainer and spends time explaining the why behind what you are doing each session. She also is awesome at making in session corrections to make sure you are maximizing your workout to great results. Great trainer, great facility equals results - go for it! I started doing consistent personal training about a month ago with Alex. She is amazing! She really tailors the workouts to your needs. Her knowledge of kinesiology and fitness is top level. I have already begun to see results. I’m also involved in other activities such as tennis, and she has incorporated movements to help me with my speed and coordination on the court. That is an example of how she really listens to you as a client and makes sure you are getting the max out of your time with her. Alex also has a great, fun personality and gives so much energy to your workouts! You won’t be disappointed if you put the work in. Pinnacle fitness as a whole is really a great facility/team.

I'm on my second week at Pinnacle Fitness and I LOVE it! The classes are small, workouts challenging and different each day, and the instructors are amazing at motivating you. Pinnacle Fitness - Smyrna is awesome! In my opinion, Rae is the best trainer around. He gets 100% out of you but does it without being pushy and annoying. Follow his fitness leadership and you’ll get the results you’re looking for (and more). Rae has helped me drop 60+ pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By the way, the new location is amazing! Super clean, very convenient, with plenty of space. They have more than enough class options and they really have a great community vibe. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fitness - Smyrna!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I needed some motivation to get in shape and Pinnacle Fitness has been perfect! I was paying for LA Fitness every month and I never went! I started looking for a personal trainer in the Smyrna area and Pinnacle Fitness had some great reviews. Ray is a great trainer. He pushes you and motivates you to be better than what u did the day before. He focuses on form and it's truly an important piece to your workout. I've been going for about 3 months now and I can definitely see my progress. And ofcourse the packages are affordable.

This is the best class I've attended in a long time! It's so convenient living in Smyrna and Rae is a great trainer teaching the correct form in all exercises (something other classes have not been good at in the past for me personally). I've been attending about 6-7 weeks now and have not done the same routine twice which is my favorite part! Keep up the good work Rae!

Look no further for an incredible workout, understanding trainer, great facility, and good people. Rae is patient with all who attend his classes as he truly values form and safety over pushing people too hard or fast. Don't get me wrong - he will push you to go beyond what you thought you could do but only when he is convinced you are physically prepared to do so. So much can be said for the passion Rae brings into each and every class and the attention given to each person. He is in it for the person he is training and that is evident. I started looking for a bootcamp close to home in Smyrna after my baby was born.
The $15 groupon for 3 classes was a great way to see if I liked the center. I was able to experience 3 classes that showcased various workouts tied to cardio and strength training. The facility is clean, the workouts are always fresh, the location is awesome and Rae is wonderful! He stresses form over speed, which makes me feel safe and confident in my workouts. It really is the best deal in Smyrna for quality workouts.

Before trying Pinnacle Fitness, I was starting to consider myself a professional Grouponer. I had tried several exercise studios while looking for a group exercise option in the smyrna/marrietta area, after not being satisfied with the classes at LA Fitness. I found that while many studios gave a good burn, the instructors lacked creativity and interpersonal skills, and I quickly got bored. All that changed when I came to Rae's classes at the Smyrna Pinnacle Fitness location. He is an awesome instructor and motivator with great interpersonal skills, but most importantly, he gives a variety of pre-planned workouts so that you never get bored. If you have failed at being self motivated, this is definitely the place for you. It is worth the investment in yourself. As a self proclaimed group exercise aficionado, I give Pinnacle Fitness an excited thumbs up!

I started going to Pinnacle Fitness Center to lose a few pounds; well maybe a little more than a few. I knew that it was going to be a challenge, but I also knew this is what my body needed to transform. I have to admit I was apprehensive at first, because I was not used to working out, but the Pinnacle Fitness Center coaches encouraged me everyday. After my body got over the first few weeks of "shock" I began seeing a significant change in my strength and stamina. Now I'm hooked.
Rae and David are awesome fitness trainers. They are some of the top fitness experts in the Atlanta. I highly recommend them. After a few weeks I'm sure that you will be hooked too!
