By far the worst location I've been to.. Half of the equipment is either broken or outdated. 4 massage chairs/beds that don't work. The men's room smells and has 2 toilets that actually work, the rest including urinals are "out of order" and have been for some time now. The showers are horrible and hardly spray any water so u'll wanna wait til u get home if u need a good shower. Whoever the Mgr is, plz get to work on addressing these issues.

The facility is nice and most staff are professional, but my guest visit on Thursday around noon was ruined by an employee named Nae. After I agreed to change out of jeans, she followed me into the locker room and repeatedly invaded my space, turning a simple policy reminder into harassment and humiliation. One employee’s behavior should not overshadow an otherwise good gym, but this experience made me reconsider joining.

Training at Planet Fitness has been a great experience, and I especially want to highlight the work of Julio, the personal trainer. His dedication, knowledge, and positive energy make every workout motivating and effective. He’s always willing to guide, correct, and push you to give your best.

I also want to recognize the manager, who keeps everything running smoothly with professionalism and a consistently friendly attitude. It’s clear that she cares about providing a great environment for everyone who comes to train.

As a suggestion, it would be awesome if the gym could upgrade some of the workout machines. While they’re still in good condition, having newer and more modern equipment would take the experience to the next level.

Several cable machines do not have attachment, so that makes it impossible to use them. Both seated row, adjustable cable, triceps pressdown, etc. This has been ongoing since I joined in December 2023. I go early in the morning to avoid the crowd, but if the machines are out of service, it does me no good. There is also a recumbent bike and more than one treadmill that have been down for months. Very poor maintenance of equipment.

Tall blk guy overnight is mean there's no one here working out overnight. He decided to throw my shoes away that were inside a locker. I was the only woman here. He asked me to step out so he could clean ladies locker room which I was taking a shower and doing my hair I had brand new flip flops on and ask him could he give me a minute to change out of shoes. I pot my shoes in a locker.He said since they were hanging outside locker he would throw them in trash. When I told him they were mines and if he could retrieve them from the trash he said no. He said He's following policy but there are locks still on lockers and clothes in locker that he did not throw away. This man has been disrespectful since I be been gere. He's a bully and trust I'm not the only one. I'm sure there will be others to complain against this man in the future.

Aparatos demasiado sucios; hay una empleada que es demasiado despota y grosera... llevan 3 dias que no abren ppr un corte de Agua, pero eso si, hacen el descuento de la mensualidad de primera mano (deberian dejar que cancelemos desde la app); en general las instalaciones y los aparatos para hacer ejercicio estan sucios y con mucho polvo y no es para menos si los empleados se la pasan durmiendo y en el telefono.

This Planet Fitness is conveniently located and the front desk staff is friendly. Overall, the staff works hard to keep the place clean and are responsive to requests. The patrons on an average day are polite and respectful to each other. Since I started coming here 4 months ago I have seen multiple maintenance issues that aren’t being addressed. I am an early morning gym goer so I haven’t met the facility manager. I have sent an email detailing the issues. It all seems like simple stuff to fix - it’s as simple as actually doing it. Examples : The cable pull station is missing 6 carabiners so all the stations can’t be used properly. There is a bench in the locker room missing bolts on one side so it is unstable. 2 of the 4 shower stalls have clogged drains and the shower handles are loose. There is a leg extension machine that is broken but no sign and nothing fixed in over a month. Overall the staff is great. The facility needs some maintenance and attention paid to upkeep to keep people safe.

**Update : this gym seems to be getting worse before it is getting better. The weight machines were fixed, but there seems to be a stop missing on the leg extension machine. The carabiners are missing from the cable pull stations again. (Staff should use the cameras to see who is taking them.) The handicap toilet in the men’s room has been out of order for 2 weeks. The water fountain has been out of order for a week. The men’s locker room showers have handles that are falling off, slow drains, and seem to always have water outside the showers making the floors slick. I am only coming to this gym because it’s convenient to my work, but definitely looking for a better maintained option.

I came tonight for the first time in probably a year or more to use the treadmill. I kid you not - I had to try more than 10 treadmills before I found one that worked properly. Who is the owner of this location? I tried to tell the staff member, but understandably she spoke no English. This is unacceptable for all the users of this gym. Fix your equipment. I've attended this location since 2021 and overall it's a solid gym. New management has done a great job with cleaning and the employees at the front desk are friendly. Larger stretching area than most other locations I've been to and its almost never crowded. Equipment is a bit outdated especially the treadmills, but has all the basics covered and a spacious free weight section with lots of benches. Switching to a different gym because they don't have barbells at PF, but otherwise I would have stayed much longer! If you're a beginner and getting into strength training this gym has plenty of equipment to build a good foundation. Highly recommend!

I go to this club when i dont feel like traveling to others this ine not my first choice and its becaues i came in and the employess was sleeping in thw black card area on massafe chair abd hryo bed. Then one day wanted to use a machine. Had ro wait because an employee was using the machine. Not sure why we pay to use sonething wr have to wait on because employee see their job as not a job.

I had a issue twice getting out the shower and slip almost bust my head and i woyld have sue this place. Its easy to put mats outside the shower.

I've always had a great experience at this location. The staff greets me with a smile and sends me out with a smile each and every time. The bathroom is always exceedingly clean. The facility is in good working order at all times. What I have come to expect was elevated even further lately. I've started personal training sessions with Kenn and she is a ray of sunshine! She's knowledgeable, encouraging and meets every client where they are at. I look forward to seeing her each time nd learning what she has in store for me to meet my health goals. I was at this location today & the staff at the front desk, 2 guys, one of them was named Chris as I remember, said some gay slurs about my friends & I to the other guy at the front desk laughing, and we heard him clearly! This facility is nice but lately I have noticed men using the mirror in the bathroom and the one in the locker room for grooming. There is this particular young man who is doing this every time I'm there. This fellow uses the mirror in the locker room as if he's in his mirror at home. He sits on the counter and cuts his hair and line it up which requires him to be very close to see what he is doing. He's mostly half dressed as if he's in his own bathroom. I know a few members may shave for work but no one needs to see this person each time they come to the gym doing the same thing. Also leaving clothes in a locker. I have gone there, opened a locker door and see clothing and or other stuff in it. There use to be a gentleman late night sleeping either on a bench in the locker room or on a piece of equipment. Just not what I want to see when I'm at the gym.

This Planet Fitness location is 5 five star, I'm only giving this low rating to reach out to Planet Fitness ownership, please say something to Fiesta Plaza management, when they do these fairs and circus they take all of your parking away, I think this is ridiculous

I haven't been to this location in about 5 years...I was in the area/decided to stop by to work out. Some of the equipment I was surprised to see (they don't have at the 2 locations near my house). I will say the stretching area was filthy(very dusty, and there were clumps of hair everywhere on the floor).

Let me first start out by saying that I absolutely love planet fitness with the massage chairs hydro machines and decent equipment however that is where I draw the line I am extremely disappointed because I have been a member since October of 2022 and they have been charging me $40 for the black card membership instead of $24.99 which is what was agreed upon. I am tired of getting screwed out of extra money. I have attempted to discontinue my membership however I keep getting told that I have to come in in order to do so. I have moved several hours away and there is a planet fitness up near me yet they have refused to transfer it. I will be contacting corporate because this is absolutely insane. All of my information is updated on the app yet I still continue to be charged more than what was agreed upon. I will never get another membership from this place even though the staff where I live is extremely friendly!!!!!!

Never had a problem when I used this gym BUUUT when I tried canceling my membership they told me I had to write a letter to them to cancel because I moved to another state. Went to a Planet Fitness in my new state. They told me they were lying and had me transfer the membership there and they canceled it for me.

They keep billing you after cancelling. I cancelled by sending a letter. I received a call confirming it was cancelled and billing would stop and they still billed me. I just called and the claim I have wait for 3 days to speak to the General Manager after already speaking to him last month. Ridiculous. Never will I join Planet Fitness again

Can get really crowded so sometimes you have to wait for equipment. Equipment is often broken and some of the people in the gym are really weird but the staff is always super nice. Could use some more cleaning and refilling of hand sanitizers.

This is hands down one of the worst locations. The manager named Edgar absolutely just sits on his phone and don't even great customers coming in. He usually just laughing and talking to the women employees. It's sad you come in and everyone is just on the phone having a good time getting free money. Only person I have seen do the job with consistency is Joshua. The manager CJ is good but this Edgar person must be replaced. The bathrooms are never cleaned white he is there. He doesn't make the female on weekends clean up because the gym looks terrible in evenings and weekends. The employee Ken which is a female only talks andlaughs All day and rarely does anything unless CJ informs her. They nit pic and follow people around. This location is horrible it needs better management immediately!!!!the women who work weekends aren't friendly. Only good time is early days during week. If you see Joshua and CJ then you will be fine but anyone else and it's trash service. All of the employees just sit at the desk sitting on counter on phone. It's so ghetto here SMH

My only bad situation happened today around 1 P.M. A young male was sitting on this exercise machine for over 25 minutes. This older gentleman kept waiting but finally ask the gentleman in a polite way if he was almost done. The young man snapped back and said no and continued using his phone. Then a staff member came over and after listening to the older gentleman's concern he told him that he couldn't do anything because the machines didn't have a time restriction even if he was just sitting and using his phone. To top it off as the young man was leaving the staff member gave him a fist pump for his inconsiderate behavior. CRH, RET USN

My son was in there last week around 10pm. He is a type 1 diabetic and was off by himself in the stretching area. Anyway, an employee must have been watching him via camera and approached him and asked him to stire his back in a locker. He responded with I am a diabetic, and this bag is my medical bag. It contained insulin pens, snacks, and emergency aids for highs and lows. She repeated asking him to put in a locker. He asked if she would like to see what’s in the bag, and she responded “put the bag up please”. It’s been hard enough dealing with this deadly disease without having to deal with this kind of ignorance. Planet Fitness needs to have exceptions for permanent medical conditions.
