I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for about 7 months now and this location is very convenient for me. I live about 5 minutes away, open 24/5, state of the art fitness equipment, no judgement zone. I have the black card, but only used one other location. Can’t beat the monthly fee. Staff are always friendly.

This location I feel has flipped recently! I feel like the employees have a nice flow in their answers now its not um this or that, they are all in an upbeat mood. This gym is okay however, they added exercise machines that I can’t use and deleted the only leg/cardio machine that I could tolerate. I loved the cybex machine! Very sad and wonder why??? Now they have other machines that I can’t use. Very unhappy. That machine was great for fragile knees. Not happy at all!

I’m really disappointed in the equipment change. They reduced the number of treadmills despite the treadmills always being full and they got rid of the ab machines, one of the rowing machines, and the good treadmills. Instead they have like 10 stairmasters for some reasons. And they didn’t increase the cable machines even though they are always full.

This gym is closed more than any other gyms I’ve ever had. Every month they’re closed for either a day or couple days. They do this every month and lie. I pay over $30 dollars for this crap. The gym is very small, bathrooms smell so bad some days it’s crazy, two of the shower drains don’t work, the treadmills cup holding spots are sticky nasty, the equipment is very old, they run out of napkins or towels in bathroom and nobody ever fills them up we gotta wait for the next day, they got like 3 people in the front doing absolutely nothing but stare at you, the trash in bathroom containers are so full some days it’s falling out but nobody bats an eye there, there’s a few machines here that are making noises and are broken. Basically it’s a trash place and I regret signing a black card membership here. If you wanna come here and sign up you should know these things. Go to LA Fitness trust me pay extra even if you have to it will be worth it unlike here.

For a cheaper option not a bad gym. Unless you like the elliptical options the rest of the machines are packed. Good luck doing the thirty minutes express workout as people plant themselves in the machine for several reps and don't follow the directions. Plenty of cleaning supplies for you to wipe down the machines.

Can we get new shower heads please that don't leak from collar? Can we have a shower head at all? Its been broke off for 4 months so far. 2.5 years later still the same drain flies everywhere, on you, your clothes, and towel. Showers and changing rooms are full of nasty Drain Flies. They do not care to fill traps with water to prevent them, or put traps out to catch the ones flying all over showers and dressing rooms. Instead workers stand at desk laughing every signle day instead of sucking these up with a vacuum or fly swatter and "doing work".
Only good thing is water is usually warm/hot at least and equipment is in good condition.

The staff is great and the cleanliness of the gym is great as well. The problem with this gym is the layout and space. It's basically a long narrow hallway packed with equipment. There's not much room to walk around the free weight section and the machines are tightly cramped. This might possibly be one of, if not, the worst equipment layouts I've seen in a Planet Fitness gym. When the gym is busy, it's nearly impossible to workout in the free weight section and lat pull down area.

I don't understand why they didn't separate the free weight section away from the cardio, there's barely any room in the free weight area. The owner of the gym needs to reconfigure the layout of the gym. I really wish they could move into a bigger space so they could better configure the equipment layout. I'm honestly surprised Planet Fitness even allowed such a poorly designed layout. Again the staff and cleanliness is great. Just the layout is terrible and it's cramped. I hope the gym takes this constructive criticism into consideration and fixes this issue. If the gym ever changes and fixes the cramped layout, I'll update this review to reflect it.

Fairly decent place to work out. Evenings are packed during the week but there are plenty of machines. There are plenty of people who hog the machines and texts forever in between sets and there is no consequences. And there has been several machines that have been broken (PF360 area) that have been a month or more and still broken.

I’ve been to many planet fitness locations but for some reason this one always smells so bad. Like even when they clean it smells way too strongly of feces and chemicals. Hi I have a very bad experience with the heat in the gym and the ac not turned on on a lower temperature I don’t even how many complaints I had at the front desk they could not do anything because they are locked it with the password in and they can’t change it one day the corporate or a manager called me regarding that issue and I told them the issue that I am boiling thru my workouts in the gym and from that day everything was fine and now it’s been acting the issue I am very disappointed in there management and there work not very professional we all need a good service if you pay them and grow there business I am soo tired of this problem 🥵🥵very hot and frustrated.😞😞

The worst Gym ever the worst customer service they rip you off they add hidden fees to your account plus hidden late fees, which it cannot be late because they take an automatic draft from your account. I tried everything in my power to join this gym, they wouldn't allow it. Their business model seems to be modeled by scam artists. You either have to give them direct access to your entire life savings, or open a separate checking account just to pay them safely and knowingly. I tried to pay be cash, check, credit card... I even offered to initiate a direct transfer monthly payment from my side... but I will not under any circumstances give them free rain to pull money from my nest egg. The basic scam is thst you cancel, but they continue to charge you. They demand you come in person to cancel, funny I never had to do this with Netflix. They usually just don't send the paperwork in anyway. Another danger of giving these untrustworthy people your routing numbers, their cyber security is undoubtedly garbage. The reason they make you come in to cancel, to attempt to shame you into staying and so that they can control the paper trail... don't fall for it, use certified post if you use this gym, and definitely you'll have to open another checking account. The reason they won't accept credit card, like every other modern business, is thst it gives YOU control over authorization and significantly more power and safety to challenge any charge, if they allow it then their predatory tactics are no longer cost effective, the scam only works with a checking account in other words. I've been dealing with gyms 20 years, you can't trust these people... particularly those with associations to ABC Financials, which is most of them. It really is an untrustworthy business ecosystem, the entire industry... such a shame. It's legal folks so please, vote with your wallet and walk away... if not, for your own protection, open a separate bank account just to pay them for your own protection... watch out for overdraft fees, don't connect auto withdrawal... a good business takes care of its customers and profits take care of themselves, this business is more like a mugging.

I moved from North Carolina and have a Black Card. I had an issue with billing from a NC location. Tony the manager resolved the issue and was very friendly and courteous and went out of his way to help me. I switched to this gym as my home club. It is very clean and well maintained.
