I canceled my membership back in August, but today I noticed a $25 charge on my account. After reviewing my transactions, I discovered that I’ve been charged for both September and October. I’m confused as to why my membership wasn’t actually canceled, as I spoke with someone who told me my termination was taken care of. There is zero reason as to why my card should still be getting billed from here. I am requesting a refund for these past two months, or I’ll have no choice but to report this issue to my bank. This situation is completely unacceptable.

The overnight guy there around 5am each morning during the week does nothing. Paper towels always empty. Disinfectant not filled. He’s always just sitting in the office. He’s vacuuming now and again. Otherwise he seems in a hurry for his shift relief. If you e got time to lean, you’ve certainly got time to quickly do the basics.

I've been coming to this location with my mom ever since we signed up for the black card membership.

The instructor, Keisa, is so nice and the black card spa is amazing!

Highly recommend it if you want to get a good workout or maybe sign up for a gym class!

The machines are very good but having the guidance of a top trainer like Keisa makes the whole experience much better. A one hour workout followed by a 10 minutes massage has been energizing my days and it feels good.

I specifically come to this location for its cleanliness. I always encounter great customer service when I come in but today Lynette went above and beyond. I’m a regular member but my teens signed up for the high school pass. She took care of them and got them completely set up. This location always reaches above expectation!

Every time I've gone in for the tanning I am always put in Room 6 and the machine CONSTANTLY has an Error code. Complained to Jean the manager and he stated that they've been trying to get the guy out to fix it. WELL if you know you've had problems with it for 6 months then why do you send a member into the room without resetting this error. OR even better just use Room 5 when BOTH are open. Thinking of canceling my membership.

The only time I have to workout is in the early mornings.. so the class that comes in almost every morning, blocking off so many machines at once so that other paying members can not utilize them during their "class" is ridiculous honestly. I understand the class, but they can not utilize 10 machines at one time when there is only 5, maybe 6 ppl in the class.. then they abruptly have someone stop their workout for them to have their class.. I don't like that.. and honestly, most of the time, they just stand around talking more than anything, or at least for the better half of the 20 mins after they run someone off of a machine pretty much.. it's also SO hot in this gym in the mornings, even before working out. Other than that, the front desk staff is great and they keep it clean!

This place is brand new and it’s amazing! Kept up really nice and very clean, I met Kasim at the front desk and he was great and a super nice guy and made me feel welcomed! This is my new workout place for sure!

I love this PF! It is super clean and orderly, never crazy packed, and Kassim (I hope I spelled it right) is probably the sweetest human being on the earth. OMG I cannot believe my experience with the Hydro massage and cryotherapy last night. It was so clean and amazing/new. I changed my membership location as soon as I came here and experience what I experienced. Let me tell you the guys at the front desk especially Kasim we’re so nice and very respectful of all my questions I had. That man needs a raise seriously! I belonged to the planet fitness that was on Cobb Parkway and to be completely honest with you. It’s night and day. I used to smell pee when I went to do my Hydro massage from their bathrooms. Their gym was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know why this gym isn’t at five stars because like the last review I would give it 10 stars if I could. The only thing I will say is the GPS will not take you right to the gym. It’ll take you across the street in the urban air Plaza, but it is right in back of Zama‘s restaurant. You can’t miss it. Whoever the owner is thank you so much. Your gym is amazing. You’re employees are amazing. Everybody should leave their planet fitness and come to yours. I’m not even joking.

This location deserves 10 stars. I rarely used my LA Fitness membership that I purchased several different times. I’m eager to workout 🏋🏾 at PF. It’s clean, with user friendly equipment, friendly staff, reasonable prices and having the black card is a plus. I wish it was 24hrs everyday. Don’t hesitate. If you’re seeing this… Join TODAY!

The best Planet Fitness in Cobb County! The Cobb Place Ln gym has the most updated equipment and a friendly, welcoming staff.
