Love this location very clean all the time and the staff is great. I have figured out the best times to go so l'm able to get the equipment I need. My only request is that they add more stoar masters they only have 4 and if you go when it's busy its hard to get one. All around great experience!|

I have been a member for 6 months now and Josh showed me around before joined. I told him it has been years since I worked out and he asked what I wanted to improve and pointed out the machines that would help me with my goals. The staff is always accommodating and keeping cleaning stations supplied along with keeping gym clean. They will address any conerns you may have. Jada greets you with a warm smile and other staff members which (don't know all the names) but will ask if you had a good work out. I will say one of the best investments in 2025 that I've made.
Stopped by to add to my review. I have mentioned Jada before. I must say she really is invested with making guess comfortable with keeping the womens locker room clean and fresh. She shows just how much she cares and I always know when she's working. Again thanks Jada for all you do and if no one had told you, that you are just AMAZING! I really do appreciate what you do and I hope that it doesn't go un noticed.

The manger is horrible and has no idea how to lead. Those people dont even have access to a printer and barely have access to pen and paper. Ive had a membership w this place for 9 year will never go back and canceling at the new location. Most of these young kids have horrible customer service. The one on Wesley chapel had amazing customer service but Lawrenceville is the reason im not giving this place another penny of my money. I dont care if its 10.00 over 9 years that 10.00 added up

This planet fitness in Lawrenceville is new and amazing. Has all updated machines and everything you need for your workout. They also have a beauty angel machine and the hydro beds. I love this gym. Its got everything I need and so affordable

As a Black Card member, this PF location is one of my favorites. The staff is super-friendly and professional. The equipment and women's locker room are always clean. A bonus is that they keep the temperature in the entire facility comfortable. Love it here! ๐ฅฐ

I really enjoy coming to this Planet Fitness. The gym is always clean and the staff are friendly, but I especially want to mention Melany! one of the nicest young lady I have met. not only is she very welcoming and always carrying a smile. This Planet Fitness is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Plenty of machines available, even during busy times. Could use a bit more variety in equipment, but overall, itโs a solid and welcoming gym experience. Also parking lot is dark.

This gym is Super professional. Kirsten was the young lady who helped me today. I had to pay a balance on my account and I tried to call 2 other stores and neither of them could help me. When I arrived at this location Kirsten answered all my concerns plus was able handle customers coming in the door. Unfortunately had a issue with my digital card not being processed and had to walk to a wells fargo to finally make my account paid up. But everyone was helpful.

The staff here is always super friendly and overall great attitudes with welcoming me in, and telling me to enjoy my workout โ ensuring that I am recognized they should definitely be recognized from upper management about that aspect because thatโs huge especially with such a high-volume gym. Overall 10/10 experience. I go early so itโs not as crowded. Clean equipment, clean locker rooms, etc
