I really love this gym. The equipment is in good condition, new, and up to date. It is small but it has all the equipment like other planet fitness places. The lockers and bathrooms are together but that’s cool (they’re clean) There is also some small lockers outside for like your keys and/or bags. The staff is also really nice. I changed to this gym like 2 months ago and up to the day I haven’t experienced any bad stuff. The only bad thing is the parking lot. :D (I miss when there was less people)

I truly love this gym! It's location and accessibility are ideal.
The front desk has had many turnovers, but Mario has been consistent. He's always cordial, professional, supportive, and busier than ever, keeping the gym up to status quo. It's confusing why there have been other managers, but he is yet to don the black managerial shirt.
What he adds to this location needs to be acknowledged.

This is the cleanest Planet Fitness by far! They take very well care of their equipment and the staff are very nice! The tanning area like spotless! I have a lot of allergies and this is so clean! I've been to so many planet fitness I can't count them! I travel a lot and even in different cities and states! This is the best one I've ever been in!

I am traveling across US..My plan was to visit Planet Fitness at each stopping point..I was having a lot of trouble with my app and sign in at gym was beginning to be a real pain.. sometimes the app say I don't exist. Roberto and Dria took time out to help me straighten out issue.. Thanks Roberto and Dria, now I can check in just like everybody else . I feel like a member now 🤗

Over the last couple of weeks, I worked out at this PF location while house-sitting in the area for a relative. I really like this gym! I’ve found it to be comfortable, well-equipped – and super clean. Though space-wise it’s smaller than my current “home” club location, it offers a wide variety of cardio and strength training equipment, as well as free weights – actually, everything I need for a great workout. I especially like the Functional Training area, which is set up perfectly to help me train my body to more easily perform the activities of everyday life. And I highly recommend the WellPod as a great way to mindfully relax after a workout. One more thing: the staff and even the people working out there were helpful, friendly, and courteous. If I lived closer, it would become my new “home” club.

Bad customer service
One friday, I was working out, and then I realized that I was the only person left, I said It must be 9:00pm. But earlier, I saw one of the lady at the front desk, she could have told me that they were about to close that I needed to leave, this is what they usually do in the other PF in Wisteria.
Nobody said anything. They just turned off the light. I rushed to get my things in the locker, another employee saw me, she didn't say anything and didn't apologize. When I got to the front door, they were already locking up the place, knowing that there's still a customer inside.
PF should do a better job with these employees, I feel like they are forced to work there, and this is why they are doing such a bad job

To be honest, I'm only leaving a one star review based off customer service. First time at this location I usually go to the Snellville location which is my home. Young lady name Imani stopped me and told me that I cannot come in because I owe a balance. I pulled up the app everything was active. Which I knew because everything is set up to my banking. Then she said that I needed a card on file even though I had a bank account on file. Never heard of this before in my life! I had to wait about 6 minutes for a customer to come in to use a guest pass so I could workout. When I tell you, it threw my whole workout off. Definitely not sure if I'll ever come back to this location!! Not only that, This was super embarrassing!
I contacted customer service and they said everything was fine with my account. Please provide Better training with employees

Every thing about this location is perfect, except one thing ! Security ,my first days there I saw glass on the floor in the parking lot. I asked the girl at the front she acted like she don't have a clue. But I kno that's what they are been told to do. Play dumb. If they ca fix that issue they will get a 5 star from me .

This facility is very nice and clean. The staff has been courteous each time I have been there. I normally work out in the morning and have not experienced any negative vibes from those who are present at the front desk when I sign in. I love the space, equipment, and the amount of cardio equipment present. The only thing that concerns me is the safety of the customer's vehicles being broken into while working out. I asked that you all reach out to either the Dekalb County Police Department or one of our local security companies
for security. There are several companies that has armed security along with roving vehicles. Just something to look into. Thanks

I usually don't write reviews. I love the fact that the gym is brand new with new equipment but there's a bad apple spoiling the bunch. There is an extremely rude employee, don't know her name but she wears red hair with braids. Every time I come here she has an attitude for no apparent reason. My whole thing is that, if you don't like working with customers, find another job! Nobody begged you to work here and nobody is here for free, We all pay a membership fee. I get it it's not your "dream job" but take pride in your position no matter what it is.

The facility is very nice with all new equipment. My reason for the the low rating was the customer service. I’ve been a PF Black Card member for 12 years with my dues always up to date. This morning at 5 am I walked into the gym with my wife as a registered guest. I was told that I had been at this gym too many times and would not be allowed to work out. My wife however, as a guest, was welcome to stay and workout without me. Now I’ve been a federal executive and reassigned 5 times in the last 12 years, moving to Michigan, Virginia, Georgia, back to Virginia, and finally back to Georgia. I have never been turned away from working out at any location, either while assigned somewhere or on travel. I could completely get the drive to increase membership at a new location and perhaps even marketing to visitors of your new gym to perhaps switch their home gym (Assuming it adds some financial value to the franchisee). But to turn away a gym goer with no warning at 5am, but say his guest can workout is a little draconian. I would have considered moving my membership to the new gym; I’ve recently retired from federal service and no longer have to worry about being moved due to promotions. That being said, this morning left a really bad taste in my mouth for not being up front about what the goal was and not using a little practicality and addressing it through marketing instead of simply turning me away. $20 bucks a month isn’t much, but $20 monthly for over 12 years, I feel like a deserved just a little bit more than what I got the one time I needed some consideration and better handling as a customer.

This facility is beautiful quiet clean sanitized. The amenities are GR8 staff very helpful and welcoming. After your workout, the cryo chair is soothing. They have this mental stress relieve chair complete with sight sound and fragrance. You actually feel like you are there where you choose to relax, i.e., tropics, in the ocean, etc. I Love it.

I'm currently a member at the planet fitness on wisteria Dr. But it's kind of inconvenient as far as distance. My neighbor and i was happy that this location finally opened. I went to take a look and the first thing I noticed was the parking lot. Very important to me because i have to come after work so its dark. I saw a few random cars spaced out in the lot with people sitting in them. I saw two spaces on the row directly in front of planet fitness with broken window glass. I immediately felt uncomfortable. I did go inside. Nice and clean as usual for PF. Staff was very friendly and approachable. It's JUST the location. I think the location is a bust due to the surrounding area. It's sad that we cant have anything in our community! I will keep traveling the distance until they can secure that lot some type of way. I don't want to get robbed trying to workout. Please get some security
