Only complaint I would add is kids smoking weed outside by the dumpsters. I suggest the gym owner looks into that. 13 year olds smoking weed in the parking lot is off putting and unethical. I suggest the police gets involved if PF can’t do anything about it.

Be careful with this location. I was denied access to the gym even though my membership payments are fully up to date. After checking in and starting my workout, staff told me I had to leave unless I updated a credit card—something not required anywhere in the membership contract.

My payments come out every month on time, yet the manager still flagged my account and blocked me from working out for a policy that doesn’t exist. It was embarrassing and unprofessional.

If you value being treated fairly and according to the agreement you signed, be cautious with this gym. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I signed up my fiance 4 days ago and the landy was very helpful and nice. Today I went in as a guest for my fiancé and tje same lady told her she needed to sign me in as a guest but she didn't know how to do it and ask her to show us. She told us the line was too long so please have a seat and she would help us. There were only 2 people behind us but we said ok and sat down instantly the 2 people behind us checked in and the counter was completely clear. I waited another 5 minutes still noone at counter so I walked out and not going back.

Candice and employee young lady with something on her throat was rude and combative because she couldn't work the machine. The lack of customer service is beyond me, but I realize people who are like this are underpaid and don't like their job. Some are consistently rude, they act as if we pay them to work out at Planet fitness.I will be going to Monroe or Buford from this point on. Staff unprofessional. Will not return to this location. Better off going to Monroe. I’ve taken three profile pictures for this specific gym. I badged in fine with my black card membership. When I asked to use hydro lounge Rico (worker at PF) insisted I badge back in. I have never been asked to badge in twice. Then he wanted me to take another picture for my profile. The Planet Fitness in Loganville is a complete disgrace. From day one, I was never given a tour, never told about the perks of the Black Card, and never offered the so called “free trainer” they advertise. Basically, they just take your money and throw you in.
The staff is extremely unprofessional and acted with clear racist attitudes. When I asked for the manager by name, they literally laughed in my face and refused to give me any information. That is beyond disrespectful.
The gym itself is filthy. Machines are constantly covered in sweat because no one bothers to clean them. Trash can be seen around the place, and there’s no real effort to maintain basic hygiene.
This location does not respect its members, does not deliver on what it promises, and creates a toxic environment. Save yourself the frustration there are far better gyms out there that actually value your money and your time.

I signed up with planet fitness recently becuase of thier 24 hour schedule. My husband and I both workout but I more than him (especially in a gym setting. He prefers outdoors). I was told when I signed up that I could bring "a" guest, that was all...

I came in with a guest today and was met with unwelcoming behavior. The manager Candance was rude in her delivery and dismissive in her explanation.

My husband and I came in to utilize the gym. I am a black card member and my husband was my guest. It was not made clear upon signing up that an ID was needed during his first visit. We disclosed that we drove all this way and did not have the ID on hand. Candace rudely told my husband and I that he would not be able to utilize the gym without his ID present. I retorted stating that we were not informed of this process prior to coming in and asked if one exception could be made for the day. I also added that we intend to continually utilize the facility and would be able to present the ID at a later time. She continued to be rude and insisted that we would not be able to utilize the gym resource and embarrassed myself and my husband in the process.

This is my husband's 1st time ever utilizing Planet Fitness (in any location) as per Planet Fitness policy it states that guests of Black Card Members "may" utilize the black card amenities at least once. Cadence disclosed that she was barring my husband who is my guest for what I assume is due to the initial encounter where she was rude and dissmissive. Please keep in mind that I have been able to have non-black card members utilize the ammenites at this location (with Cadence present and aware) prior to this incident.

Also, as I proceeded to utilize the black card member amenities myself, I found Cadence messing with the controls for the vibrashake machine, interrupting the session and making the experience uncomfortable for myself as a valid patron.

Overall she is not a good "manager" or person. Why pick on those who essentially pay you.

I request for a representative to provide insight into my complaint. I am on the verge of canceling my subscription with your facility due to her rude, dismissive, and undermining behavior.

I just canceled my membership. It saddens me to do so because this is the closest gym to my residence and I enjoyed the facility and the staff, as those working under her have always been kind to me. However, my issue is with the manager, Candice. She harasses what seems to be only females at the gym. My first experience with her was when she interrupted my stretching by telling me that I had to have shoes on. She said unless you are stretching, you must wear shoes. I responded by telling her that I was stretching with my running shoes sitting beside me. At a later time I was thinking of filming content on my phone, so I decided to ask another employee about it in advance because I read the policy online which was ambiguous about the rules and didn’t want to run into any issues, especially since it seems like Candice picks and chooses who she wants to enforce rules with, which seems to be women, and I don’t want to run into any issues. The employee I asked mentioned it to her and she didn’t give a clear response. The final straw for me was when I came in wearing Crocs, not sandals, which I had been doing for a month with no correction, and she stopped me and told me that I couldn’t wear those shoes. I was confused, because I have come in wearing Crocs on lifting days. Also, I have seen many people wear them at the gym. I know the policy says no sandals, but I was unaware that there was a policy against Crocs. When I mentioned to her that I have seen many people lift with Crocs on she said that she can’t catch everyone. I really don’t like that Planet Fitness is so inconsistent and ambiguous with their policies. I feel this leaves room for staff to harass and bully those they choose to. I’m not going to pay to use a facility where I am constantly harassed and a manager can pick and choose when to make my experience and workout unpleasant. It’s sad because the rest of the staff is really great. Please refine Candice’s management style if you want people, especially women, to remain at this gym. It’s sad that I’ve been going to this gym for years and have to cancel due to poor treatment.

Whole staff makes experience extremely uncomfortable, I was using the bathroom before working out and an employee followed me in. I felt uncomfortable because they were standing there for 5 minutes just looking at me, the first stall I went to had no toilet paper, so I went to another one. The employee examined the bathroom I was previously in, didn’t refill the toilet paper. I existed the second bathroom and wash my hand and dry them, after 5 minutes pass of her just standing in the corner, she finally came up to me and said her manager asked her to follow me to make sure I was changing my shoes. Cole at the front desk is so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I come to workout on the weekend afternoons and he’s always here and he always has an unpleasant attitude and just looks and acts like he doesn’t want to be there, which I understand, but when I ask to use an amenity I pay for please don’t audibly sigh or roll your eyes like I’m an inconvenience. I’ll have to change the times I come here or go to a different location because I’m always greeted with some sort of odd look or behavior from him specifically. The rest of the staff is fine. First, let me just say the reason i am leaving a review and not going to management is because management IS the problem. All the other employees deserve a 5 star. They greet you when you come in and leave and are very nice (except the manager she actively ignores you). I have had a total of 2 encounters with the new manager and both were unpleasant. I believe her name is candice. Today’s encounter was particularly ridiculous. My mother and I finish our workout and walk up to the front desk to tan. We are both black card members, and i come to tan/workout 3 days a week for about 6 months now. We check in with the lady at the front desk and she tells us to go to room 7 and 8 like normal. As im actively undressing to get in the bed i hear a knock on the door. I open the door and I am being accused of not being a black card member and am told i need to come to the front desk immediately. I am very confused. I grab my phone to show the employee my digital black card membership card. She says no I know you are i see you all the time but it’s not me who needs to see it. Again i’m very confused. All of the sudden the new manager comes around the corner and goes “are you not kenzie “ in a very rude voice. I said um no. She just turns around and walks away. I didn’t receive a single apology for not only accusing me of not having a black card when i clearly do she also accused me of being someone else WITH NO APOLOGY. So, not only does she not trust her own employees she also doesn’t trust the customers when they say they are a black card member….. planet fitness please hire better managers!! As a manager myself i completely understand enforcing rules, but this is ridiculous as i AM following the rules.

I’ve never left a review in my life so if that tells you anything. Only reason I even come here is purely convenience. It’s not very clean, and anytime we go there’s either usually SEVERAL empty paper towels or spray bottles, with full trash bags. The staff for the most part are nice. They’re not jumping with enthusiasm but hey, it’s hard I get it. However, one in particular is extremely rude. Some girl was at the counter on her phone, and couldn’t be less bothered when she looked up, making direct eye contact then going back to the phone. After saying excuse me she finally came over and gave a begrudging “what?” Barked at us the scan our passes, and just had a huge attitude. We didn’t read in the contract, that black card guests can’t use the spa, which is our fault and fine with us, we were just ignorant to that. We can handle being told no. She was just all around rude and snarky about it and couldn’t be bothered to help or explain in a non condescending tone. Even the body language. It’s honestly not the first time. We had trouble figuring out signing in the first time and she seemed like we ruined her whole day just asking for help, which she ignored us initially then too and sent another worker to help and he was new and asked ANOTHER person for help, so I got the feeling staff don’t even like her. Usually when we come she’s working out, thankfully. And any time I’ve seen her interact with anyone, she’s snarky. I get having bad days, but girl just seems like she’s in a bad line of work. I’m not expecting to be bffs with the staff at a $25 a month gym, but I don’t want to be treated like dog crap.

I have been coming to this location since opening day. I have been a member since 2017. Despite the fact the restrooms are always filthy and the employees don't speak, and lazy, I still come here since it's closet to my house. I have been working out in hiking sandals since my foot problem two years ago that causes pain when working out in close toe shoes. The same manager and employee who has seen me come to gym on several occasion decided to tell me today, that I can't work out in walking sandals. So they let me go by with my hiking sandals for two years and all of a sudden wants to follow thier rules today. If you gone follow the rules don't pick and choose when to enforce the rules and don't pick and choose who. I have seen people in the gym with flip flops. I have seen people on the treadmill with no shoes. Not on occasion but consistently. They need to get it together and hire people who actually care about people and their jobs. What do I need a doctor's not to take to the gym to explain my foot condition worsen when working out in close toe shoes?

Club / staff are great however the music is completely dedicated to the black community each and every day. There should be a mix of genres throughout each hour to benefit all members. The Planet Fitness global review page has a specific question relating to the type of music and the loudness so obviously this is a corporate concern for the individual clubs. Secondly, there does not seem to be a guideline against people using dumbbells at specific exercise machines. The machine should be dedicated to the specific purpose and not be alternating off and on the machine while doing a separate workout with dumbbells beside the machine. This takes up 50 percent of time that the machine should be available for other members. Dumbbells should be used in the dumbbell area. If these 2 issues are addressed - I would be glad to remove this review and write a separate one with 5 stars.

I went to the Planet Fitness in Loganville GA shortly after their opening, I went to the front desk to ask about switching my wife's membership from Monroe to Loganville. The associate gave me the website to be able to switch the home gym we use. At the time I did not have a membership of my own. After talking with the associate I was told since I was in the military they do free memberships for miltiary, I would just have to pay the yearly $49 fee. At the time I wasn't review all charges on my account. Recently I noticed they have been charging me the entire time the same monthly fee. After speaking with someone on the phone they informed me military only gets the enrollment fee waived. I should have read the agrrement better before I signed. I didn't think Planet Fitness was in the business of scamming our soldiers. I was wrong. As I was clearly told no membership fee, only yearly $49 fee. This is extremely un professional and poor training. If the policy is to only waive the enrollment fee, than train your employees to never say free membership. I would have never opened my own membership, when I could just keep going with my wife for no additional cost.

Was closed due to power outage today. The businesses around it were all open, but ok. Earlier in the week there were no working toilets in the men’s locker room. There is usually some equipment that is out of service but this place has been open less than a year.

In fairness, many of the staff are nice and it has equipment that I like. I switched to this gym because my previous gym didn’t keep up on maintenance, but I’m surprised how many issues are here too.

I love this club! Great customer service, very clean (at least in the women's locker room) , very friendly staff, good location and selection of machines! Have been coming here since January or February. The only thing that could maybe use some improvement is teaching the staff members how to use the machines more so they can show the customers. I understand they are not personal trainers, however sometimes I have to ask another gym member to help me, as I am very new to the gym. They have a personal trainer but he only works certain hours, which is fine and understandable. Just my two cents. Overall, great club!
As another note, they had a male plumber come to fix a toilet in the women's locker room once. They had a staff member sit in the locker room and say there was a man in there fixing the toilet every time someone came in. I really appreciate that, so I wasn't caught off guard. It definitely made me feel more comfortable.

PlanetFitness overcharged me for my membership fees that I never agreed to on the contract. They refused to refund me, and if I cancel my membership, they’ll charge me even more money.

So I issued a chargeback, for my money back, and issued a stop payment with my bank because these people aren’t going to rob me of my money and get away with it. It was just 40 bucks.

I had a very disappointing experience at Planet Fitness today while working out with my wife. The new general manager, Rashun, interrupted my workout on her first day to inform me that I couldn’t have my bag on the gym floor, citing PF policy.

First, I am not ok with breaking policy and procedures. However, I have serious concerns about how Rashun approached all the members. Her manner was abrupt and disruptive.

Secondly, from a management perspective, it’s important for a new general manager to connect with members, the community, and employees, especially on their first day. Unfortunately, Rashun did not demonstrate this approach.

Lastly, Rashun never asked if I had any medical issues that might necessitate keeping my bag nearby. This oversight could be problematic for members with medical conditions.

Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a member. I hope Planet Fitness addresses these issues to improve their member relations and management practices.

This is an excellent gym! It is very clean; most gym bathroom stalls I have been to have had some blemishes on them, but this one is repetitive in its cleanliness. All of the members keep each machine cleaned and wiped down after each workout, it’s impressive.
The staff is very kind and supportive. They make sure that members are going to workout and not just randoms. The staff refills each bottle and might crack a joke at you while doing so!
I’ve watched the TVs quite a few times and there has been a wide variety of things to watch-from full length movies to short episodes of a TV show.
Finally, the layout of the building is very well designed and organized. The building is not too hot or too cold as well, it is very comfortable. Overall, I say it deserves its 5 stars👍

I've been a Planet Fitness member for years and been to numerous gyms during that time.
This gym is new and well equipped. There was two of almost every piece of equipment needed. Well maintained and very clean. My main issues were the crowd at 1pm on a Friday amd the rude members, no sense of gym etiquette. I also thought the gym music was too loud, it overrode my noise canceling ear buds. I did have a good workout though. I just won't come back in January when the resolution people start coming. Otherwise it is a very nice Planet Fitness facility.

It is very clean. But the music is so so loud. It is not even songs that make you want to workout. I turned my music up as loud as it would go in my ear, and it still was so loud. I don't know if there is a way to fix the bass of the song. But it is way to loud.

I agree with other folks that say the music is too loud. The gym is nice otherwise because it’s new, time will tell if it is maintained. It’s on the small side so equipment tightly packed. Please don’t tell me to discuss with management, if management isn’t following reviews of their location, well they are in the wrong position.

It's a nice gym because it is new, but I talked to 3 people on 3 different days and all agree the music is way too loud at this one. You can barely hear what is in your headphones unless you turn volume to max. It's like they trying to show off their new sound system with terrible music meanwhile 90% of the club has headphones or buds and struggling to hear their motivation music over the rave music going on in the ceiling. Only thing missing is bubbles.

I live in Loganville and been going to the PF in Covington only for the fact that they are open 24 hours everyday including the weekend. And I liked how it was set up better than Snellville. I knew this location was in the works so I’ve been waiting. Went for the first time yesterday after work just to check it out, I told myself if it was busy I’ll come back another day. It was busy but I really liked how everything was set up and decided to work out anyway. I use mostly the smith machine and stay in the free weight areas. I like that there’s another separate free weight area if you wanted to be isolated. I’m happy that there’s a gym closer to me now. I had a great workout and was comfortable despite it being so busy. I’ll be coming here now even though they’re not open 24 hours on the weekend.

The two staff members, working the overnight shift, are very friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions that you may have.
They are always walking around making sure every cleaning station is filled up, as well as making sure the gym stays clean.
Makes for a pleasant workout every morning.

I’m happy to have a gym so close to home but the front desk associates at this location are slack. They are too busy talking personal stuff to stop and help someone. It’s sad because this place just opened! SMH 🤦🏼‍♀️

The new facility is nice; however, for it to be brand new they are always out of paper towels and the women’s bathroom has been out of soap for 3 days which is really nasty. I do hope they improve on their staff to ensure customers have the proper sanitary necessities

It feels great to have an affordable gym close to home. If you haven't tried Planet Fitness, you might want to try it out. I especially love the 30-minute workout room. There is so much more. Check it out. You will not be disappointed. This gym is new and clean, which is a plus. The cleanliness makes it easier to work out.

Loganville’s location is much bigger with more equipment. I recommend getting the Black Card so you can experience how wonderful the cryo and hydro chairs are

I'm excited to have a location closer to me and the new equipment is very nice! However, why are there so many windows???? I feel uncomfortable that my back faces the front door area on most cardio machines. Plus it would be so much more convenient if they stayed open late at least one weekend night. It's not my favorite gym yet, but easy to go when I'm not working that day.

I joined on line, was not given a gym option. I was assigned to a gym that is still being built. Since the gym is not open and nobody for Planet Fitness is there, i can’t transfer membership to a closer location. I have been to 2 other locations and ask for help. I have been given a phone number that is not working and no help from the the other gym. I have gone online and asked for assistance with customer service but that ends up them charging me to talk to someone. Not sure where to go from here.
