Really nice gym! I gave feedback about the bathrooms not being the cleanest and they immediately contacted me to address my concerns. I told them that I wasn’t blaming the staff because I do see them cleaning the bathrooms constantly but some of the guest could do a better job at cleaning after themselves. I read some reviews and I disagree with the bad ones. The gym has a beautiful sunset view through the windows, parking is close and big because is at a mall. The staff is friendly, very welcoming I always get greeted and they always say bye. They are really nice explaining the black card zone and I have witnessed the staff help members by explaining how machines work. I enjoy this gym and the staff. The gym is very well equipped with 10 stair masters tons of cardio machines, multiple dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, smith machines, stretch zone, squat bars!! You name it!!! I’m very pleased with the different variation machines they have. Thank you 🤩 I hope it stays this nice for a long time!

I encourage you to disregard any negative feedback regarding this fitness facility and experience it firsthand. I am personally very satisfied with my decision to visit. This is a newly established gym, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a comprehensive wellness center. Having visited numerous Planet Fitness locations nationwide, I can attest that the machinery available here is unparalleled. I highly recommend this particular Planet Fitness. Furthermore, the staff provided exceptional service. The only minor drawback I've identified is the traffic congestion when accessing the facility, as it is situated within an outlet mall area; however, even this is not a significant inconvenience.

This gym has both plate loaded and MTS hammer strength equipment. A lateral raise machine is the only thing missing, that other planet fitness gyms may have.

Very nice gym it’s close! No more driving far. The staff just stare at you with mean look. Not very welcoming at the gym like other gyms are when you walk in. Just look like they don’t want to be there. But very clean nice gym and close. But staff needs to be trained on smiling faces and greeting people. That part makes you don’t want to go in there. Them attitudes

Didn’t even visit this place signed up on October 10th. Called to cancel on October 11th because of having a procedure done. Notice that my bank account was charged $1.00 then $15.99 October 16th. Called and was told if you cancel between October 11 and October 16th you still get charged it shouldn’t be a concern for me because I canceled way before. Me personally it’s a rip off for money. I should have read the reviews first. Just because it’s newly doesn’t always mean best. Will be considering other workout areas in Pooler. Also I’m glad I canceled I was informed that workers don’t clean the equipment as they should , bathrooms are left nasty very unprofessional gross 😷. Lesson learned!!!!!

Great location, clean & great staff BUT, I don't know your policy on this . As I was there, there was a young man that went to 7 to 10 different machines & not once did he clean them. I also went up to the desk & told the two that were up there at the time but he continued to go to different machines. Not good especially when I saw other people using them after he did. He also took weights off other machines n put them on the machine he was using at the time.

I have been going to planet fitness for over 4 years and have been to the ones in Rincon, Geechee Rd, Beaufort, and Bluffton. This one by far is my favorite one, it has actual machines that are geared to people who real work out. Squat/deadlift racks, 6 Smith machines, and ample equipment to hit target areas. What it is like on the weekend when you have to face mall traffic I don't know. During the week no issues getting in and out, ample parking

Thankfully it's finally open! However did find somethings quirky, like the bikes, toilet not flushing, and app meter still showing club completely fully...ANNOYING!!!! Hopefully these things will be addressed. I did find equipment that some other location dont have, and for the most part a pleasant atmosphere. Love the convenience of the location, location, location! Surely it will be one of my favorite PF!

Disregard the 1 ⭐️reviews about the gym not being open... things happen and it's open now. This PF gym is fantastic! When I came in, there was a snafu with my app, but the staff was super friendly, helpful and squared it away. It's a spacious gym and it never felt crowded - even with a lot of cars parked outside. I also noticed some new pieces of equipment that I haven't seen in other PF's. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this location if you're in the area!
