They don't have all the same equipment as the other locations, and the heart rate monitors are disabled on all the machines like most locations, but it's mostly empty during the day which is pretty convenient and it has all the important stuff. Kinda crazy to put one of 3 stair stepper right in front of the mens room instead of literally any other cardio machine that doesn't bring ones ass right to eye level but that's just my opinion

Had a terrible experience here last week. As I completed my workout, I noticed I’d forgotten my shower bag. I walked to my car to retrieve bag, & as I’m walking back inside facility, one of the staff approached me to request I “turn my phone down” I’d unplugged my earpiece after my workout, & continued to enjoy my playlist, with the volume on low. I was listening from my phone, & the volume of a phone is not loud enough to cause a disturbance. Also, I have witness SEVERAL other guest playing music on their phones, & nothing was said. After completing my shower, I requested to speak with the staff, that made said request(Arturo) & he refused to speak with me. I have never felt so disrespected & humiliated. His aggressiveness, dismissive response to address customer complaint, & unprofessionalism was unacceptable, & I would like to speak with someone from corporate asap!

I’d actually forgotten about the incident, until I walked into the gym this morning, & the staff member looked right at me, & did not greet me, but greeted other guest entering the facility, as I witnessed when request was made to use bed massage!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I'd like to add a comment to the young lady who talk bad about homeless people then invade the privacy of that individual by taking pictures, which is against planet fitness policy's. Planet fitness is a judgement free zone. That homeless person that the young lady took a picture of is grounds for a lawsuit by that individual because it's invasion of privacy and slander!

No one on earth has the right to judge, mistreat, or harass homeless people, period! Roswell has tons of homeless people, especially those that work and pay gym membership. If a homeless person pay for services they're a customer, period! This entire world is hurting due to inflation, Young generation are disrespectful, period. If you've never been through anything in life,
mind your business. Please and thank you.

Staff is nice but yall clean the damn tanning beds. Like deep clean. These are like 10-15k machines that need to be cleaned and cooled off.. if people have been going i to one bed all day, the bed needs to at some point cool down. And we all know customers don’t wipe off the beds so clean them before putting someone new in there .. like it’s giving staph infection.

The machines are in very good condition, the cleaning staff is constantly cleaning, and the staff is very friendly from the moment you enter until you leave. However, unfortunately, there is a situation that concerns me a bit. I believe the gym is aware that some people come just to shower/use the restrooms for various reasons, and I’m not against that. What concerns me, though, is that I’ve already seen at least two or three homeless individuals inside the bathroom/locker room. Today, I felt really scared because there was a homeless person with all their belongings—suitcases, plastic bags, trash, and other strange items—acting weird and sitting in the locker room. I think the gym should take this situation seriously, and if they are aware of what’s happening, maybe they could support these people by partnering with shelters or something like that. I believe they need to be more mindful of the safety and well-being of those of us who work out there.

Small but mighty gym doing exactly what you’d expect out of the Planet Fitness brand.

I’ve been going to this gym around a year and it is consistently managed and maintained. The staff does seem to turn over like most gyms but they seem to pick very good people who care about doing a good job.

People are constantly cleaning and every time I’ve been the place is in good shape. The front desk staff as well as the trainers are super friendly. The thing I like most about this gym is that while it can get busy it’s never so crowded I can’t get through my workouts.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I encountered at your facility on November 28th, specifically around 2:40 pm, concerning the cancellation of my membership.
On November 28th, at 1:40 pm, I contacted your customer service to initiate the cancellation process. During our conversation, I was assured that I could visit at any time, and the process would take no more than 5 minutes. Regrettably, upon my visit to Planet Fitness at 2:40 pm, there was a complete absence of staff at the front desk. Despite waiting until 3:00 pm, no assistance was provided. Another individual informed me they had been waiting for 30 minutes without any staff presence in the facility.
Even after thoroughly searching the facility, no employee was to be found. I returned at approximately 3:35pm, where I encountered a staff member who, unfortunately, was unhelpful and exhibited rudeness. She mentioned being new, unfamiliar with procedures, and stated that the manager was on break, leaving me without the necessary assistance. When I asked for her name, she declined to provide it.
This experience has left me significantly frustrated, particularly due to the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips to the facility for a seemingly straightforward matter such as membership cancellation.
I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention, and I sincerely hope that you can address these issues to enhance the quality of service provided at your establishment.

Signed up for black card membership online and was auto-assigned to this location almost an hour from my house. Contacted the club and was initially told I could go to another one to have the membership transferred. At the new club, I was told my home club had to initiate the transfer. Contacted them again and was told I needed to cancel and then rejoin at another location. Would not accept a letter so I had to go in person even though the distance was the reason I needed to cancel. Once the cancellation was processed my account was unlinked from the app even though I have 2 weeks remaining on my membership, making it difficult to enter the clubs since not all personnel seems to be trained to handle this situation.

This alarm is dangerous! I had weight over my head and the guy next to me was grunting. The kid working the front desk held this down for easily 30 seconds two different times. Instead of going and talking to the member he was clearly upset at he decided to damage my ears. After a full minute of blasting this my ears were literally ringing. Extremely hazardous! Actually don’t like leaving reviews especially negative ones but I have to . When I signed up I had no issues everyone was extremely helpful and very chill gym . I recently moved out of state and before I moved I made sure to cancel my membership because last time I moved out of state the gym told me I would have to go to my home gym which was 8 hours away . While canceling the gentleman told me “that I was good “ while walking to my car I knew I needed to double check . So I went back into the gym to confirm the cancellation in which the manager stepped in and checked . She stated the membership is cancelled and gave me paperwork which states “ the membership was fully cancelled out on 8/8 . While checking my credit card statements I was charged twice for something that was told to me it was canceled. Of course extremely frustrated I called and let them know the situation . The first time I called the person said the Dm would be there around 12 and they would call me back to make sure it was cancelled.. never received a call so I called back and the guy says yes one account is closed but you have an account open that was from 1/1.. .. this is the account I wanted closed and had the paperwork that it was closed . So once again he gave me a runaround and said they would call me when he got there . I called 2 more times with run around and now a lady “who’s the manager “ which got an attitude with me .. I was extremely confused and frustrated because I’m wasting my time all day trying to get something done that wasn’t my fault . She responds with “well the lady doesn’t work here anymore “ and it’s not her problem . After hours of calling and being talked to like I did something wrong . She sent me an email that said the account was closed and that I would get a credit in 60 days . I asked why she didn’t just do that the first 3 times I called and she says “ we just want to make sure it’s our fault before we credit the account “ I was extremely frustrated and was looking for a corporate number in which she wouldn’t give me nor help. Now I’m second guessing gym memberships and how I want to pay for them with the situation which could have easily been fixed . All I wanted was the money back that i paid for a membership that was cancelled with paperwork . Be careful if you sign up at this gym because when trying to cancel it will be hell to do so.

I will agree with all of the comments regarding how modern, clean, and pleasant this gym is. However I cannot agree with the staff being great. I signed up online August 29th. I did not go to the gym until September 6th. When I went in I told them I needed a barcode because that's what the app told me. He told me he couldn't find me in the system and that I could work out anyway. He said his manager would be coming in soon. By the time I left I didn't see the same person at the front desk and never spoke with a manager. Wednesday, I went in and let the front desk person know that I needed a barcode. He said the system was down. So I worked out and left. Today I went again to the same location, and the GM and the same young man from September 6th were there. I again, stated that I needed a barcode. He said he couldn't find me in the system. I explained to him that the same thing happened on Monday. I showed him my bank statement where I paid and he mumbled something like it didn't matter or it didn't help. So he asked if I received an email. I explained that I did not. He kept looking in the system and seemed stuck like he didn't know what to do. In this process he asked me THREE more times if I received an email and that he never dealt with this before. I told him that I had already answered that. He said "see you have an attitude about it." I didn't have an attitude. I was frank because he was wasting my time. I work in customer service, I actually TRAIN in customer service. This young man did not do his due diligence to try to help me at all. We just kept going in circles. As the customer, what else can I do? I asked him, "where do we go from here?" He then brought up the email situation again, which was pointless because if I didn't get an email, I didn't get an email. I asked the GM who was standing close by to help me. She asked for my bank statement. She was somehow able to look up and call the actual location that I signed up with. She kept saying "it was out of their franchise" which means what to me? All I know is I signed up for Planet Fitness in Roswell. Thankfully she did confirm that gym I signed up at which was really far for me. I asked if I could transfer to this gym. She said no, that they had to wait 90 days and that it was out of their region. So I drove to the other Planet Fitness which was on Alabama Rd. Within 5 minutes the girl showed me HOW to put my barcode number in which was my PHONE NUMBER. And let me know that I could upgrade to Planet Fitness Black which would allow me to go to ANY gym location and solved my problem. I will continue to go to this Holcomb Bridge location now that I have Planet Fitness Black because it is conveniently closer to me and hopefully I won't even half to truly communicate with the staff. But to the owner, please put better trained individuals in customer service at the front desk as they wasted an hour of my time today and I didn't get to do my morning workout.

LOVE this location! Staff are friendly and laid back. They remember, most times, my husband and I do the tanning or BeautyAngel beds then swap. My son loves the massage chairs! BEST part is the chill vibe...not so chill at other locations in the area (one reason we switched our usual workout spot). Only thing is I really wish you had an ab machine where you're seated, uaw your core to twist to one side then the other. they have the one you are upright on your knees ans twist but I feel its more limiting ab machines go. The only problem is how hard it is to cancel. I get that part of the strategy is to lock in low cost subscriptions that people are likely to forget about or leave running "just in case," but let's not pretend that's a good, ethical practice.

Had a first time visit and sign up - decided this wasn't the gym or experience for me - all well and good - a gym is a personal decision.

Per the refund policy, if you cancel within 24 hours you will be refunded the maintenance fee and up front membership fees.

I've had to call 4 times since August 22nd - I calmly warned management multiple times that I would be marking this as fraud if it wasn't properly handled - I figured I'd let the system work itself out and it would be handled in a week or two after each call.

This did not happen.

I am here on October 4th writing this review and have marked this as fraud finally on my credit card due to Planet Fitness and their lack of accountability.

Buyer beware - if you intend to use this place regularly - good for you - get your moneys worth - but if you ever think of cancelling understand that you'll need to watch your credit card statements to see if it actually gets cancelled and/or you actually receive a refund when entitled.

At the end of August I placed a 90 day freeze on my account because of my concerns regarding the Delta Variant and being uncomfortable being in a crowded gym. I received the freeze confirmation document in my email as an attachment that day. I was told my account would draft again in three months unless I extend the freeze at the end of the 90 days.

I thought everything was okay until I saw September drafts on my bank statement. Since my account still drafted for September, I immediately called the location to speak with someone. I was told that a freeze could not be located on my account! I repeatedly tried to explain that I had indeed called about the freeze and asked him if he could double check my account. Not only could he not locate the freeze, he didn't even place the information about the error on my account, so my account remains unfrozen!

I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB, and they have not received a response from the company.
