Great atmosphere and noticeably gets cleaned frequently.

Personally, I haven't attended to many different gyms myself and have found it hard to go as much as I want. (As well as, being early in my gym career.)

I have found it daunting to find a gym that me feel comfortable.

This place was awesome when it opened, but a year later here we are. 1 out of 3 male showers is available. One of the 3 is broken, out of service, and the other one has a homeless guy living in it, it aleays stays locked and after 40 minutes, noone has come in or out, alerted staff 2 days ago when it happened, i guess they forgot. Other than that, its ok, always busy which is good for a gym. Cleanliness is heavily dependent on the mood of the night shift and whether they are out cleaning, or in the employee area taking an extended break.

Good gym but crowded when we went. Can only use the gym you registered for. Can not use any other Planet Fitness even in your own city or state. You must unregister from this one and register again at different facility. If you travel and want to use the gym, you can't. Poor process. Have it a 3 because the equipment was good.

If you have any disabilities or any kind of handicap that doesn't allow you 100% able-bodied function, I would choose a different gym. This gym does not accommodate and currently have chosen to not attempt to accommodate.

The gym is new, which is fantastic, but I've noticed that the air conditioning doesn't seem to be working effectively, or it might be set a bit high at 75°F or more. This can make workouts feel quite uncomfortable, almost like being in a sauna. It would be great if they could look into adjusting the temperature or resolving the A/C issue for a more pleasant workout experience

This PF is much nicer than the Ogeechee Rd/516 club. It is a bit smaller and no large locker rooms. They do have two or three showers M/F. AND no homeless people sleeping around like the other one.

I visit Savannah every other month. Normally I go to Planet Fitness on Eisenhower to visit Josh and Coach T. Their facility is always clean,stocked and crew is very professional. Since my grandson is on summer break I started visiting the Planet fitness in Georgetown. Upon arrival my first visit I met Aaron, he greeted me with good morning and a smile. Before leaving I noticed Aaron stocking and dusting the equipment Even though he was cleaning he took the time to tell me have a great day. Each visit to this facility I was greeted with good morning or welcome back. I spoke to Aaron today to let him know that I will be writing an review and I wanted his name because he really made me feel welcome and he is always working,greeting the guests sometimes with a fist bump and professional. Thank you for your professionalism Aaron it leaves a wonderful impression of the person you are and your commitment to customer service.

This is such a great gym! I travel all over and I have this one marked on my map. Everything is new and I love the private shower room. I just wanted to let the owners know that the gym is too hot and the water is too cold.

The best planet fitness I have been to and I have been to a lot along the east coast. They have the Total Body Enhancement and the cryo lounge hot cold therapy. Not to mention the staff was extremely helpful. And last but not least. The restroom was individual bathrooms and not a locker room and was extremely clean. Love it.

This is 100% the absolute best Planet Fitness hands down, it is what all other Planet Fitness' should strive to be. The shining star of it all is the showers. Having the privacy of your own shower room immediately sets this apart from every Planet Fitness, replacing the High school locker room vibes for a much more pleasant and personal home away from home type experience that just can't be replicated. The cherry on top is that the Shower-Bathroom combos aren't the only bathrooms available, there's an extra Bathroom on each side! It immediately melts any guilt of a longer than expected shower or bathroom break, or both!
The only con is that the water pressure can be a little low on the shower heads, but that's one con versus an immeasurable amount of pros. The staff are also on point, as the aforementioned showers wouldn't be as top notch if there wasn't a reliable staff to ensure they stay maintained, and with this being a 24-3 Planet Fitness too, I can't help but give enough kudos to the dedication.

No complaints about the equipment, facility, or amenities. However, the misinformation and communication from employees is very off putting and deceiving. I was told conflicting information when opening my membership account from staff and was told that I would be able to pause/cancel my membership as pleased which is why I decided on this gym. I even confirmed twice with employee cause I’ve heard of the hassle that comes along with the pause/cancel process. However, when time comes around attempting to pause membership, I was told that I was not able to. I’m sure there is some small print note in the pages long contract that I did not read word for word to catch the disclaimer (so partially my fault). But still felt like I was manipulated into opening an account with gym (even if that was not the staffs intention).

By far best Planet Fitness !! All new top of the line machines, tanning beds/stand up etc. Extremely clean and amazing staff who are friendly and knowledgeable including AHMYA, KODA, GARY, SANAA, HEATHER and the manager D'ANGELO. I've included pictures but you have to see in person the spacious, modernness of this gym. Way more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this Planet fitness!!!!

Brand new gym w new equipment which is wonderful. On the downside however, there is no real locker room and there are no TVs on the machines but rather a limited number of overhead screens none of which have sports channels like ESPN (which I prefer)

Asked last week when I signed up and was told that Mon-Thursdays is 24 hours. I specifically asked about Monday mornings if I come at 1 am will they be open and was told yes.

Here it is 4:45 on my first Monday and they don’t open until 5. No hours posted on the door either so there’s no way to know until you show up or going on a website of some sort. I thought I could take the employees word for it.

Response to the response: I understand this is a new location, but put the hours on the door and there's no question. Now that there is a website and Google Maps shows the hours it's easier to adjust, but none of that was available when I asked.

Just signed up, very nice clean location. The guy with the dreads at the desk was very friendly and helped me sign up. He has great customer service!
