Jaheim was extremely helpful! It was only his 3rd week on the job and his more experienced coworkers were nowhere to be found to help me with my situation. Jaheim not only tried his very hardest to help me with my account issues, but was kind and compassionate while trying to find someone with more experience who could help with the situation. In the end, we got everything figured out and I wanted to give him the recognition he deserves for manning the front desk all by himself for quite a while and helping me, as well as other guests with their concerns.

After a quick discussion with management the problem was resolved above and beyond expectations. Huge thanks to Angela one and Angela two to handling things professionally and getting our account issues resolved. Would hire both for my own company given the option!

Original: Von the “Team Lead” has zero ability to problem solve an issue with their own system and find solutions, even if a temporary solution could exist. Rather then providing any level of customer service they acted as if we were the problem and further chose to discriminate against my mother-in-law who is in the country temporarily for the birth of her granddaughter.

Instead of keeping things at a manageable level, Von chose to escalate the situation demanding that we leave because they were uncomfortable dealing with alternative options and when we further attempted to resolve the situation, chose to call the police.

2 paid black memberships under the proper names, one with my wife’s number since the system doesn’t accommodate foreign addresses, phone numbers, credit cards, or Google Play store regions

I’d like to congratulate Von on really being a liability for the company and further perpetuating discrimination and exclusivity, which ironically is what organization has supposedly branded themselves as fighting against.

The new renovations at this gym are absolutely immaculate! From the moment you walk in, you can see the level of care and attention that was put into upgrading the space. The bathrooms, in particular, are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed — such a nice change that really enhances the whole gym experience.

Having been an AGM in the past, I can honestly say I’m very impressed by how far this location has come. It’s clear that a lot of work and pride went into the improvements, and it truly shows. The atmosphere feels fresh, welcoming, and motivating.

I also want to take a moment to recognize the staff here. Today I accidentally forgot my gym shoes, and Kane kindly but firmly reminded me of the policy. I really appreciate his professionalism and the way he handled it. He wasn’t just “enforcing rules,” but doing his job the right way, making sure safety and gym standards are upheld. That kind of accountability makes a huge difference, and he deserves credit for it.

Beyond that, every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The facility is consistently kept very clean, and it makes me feel comfortable knowing the staff takes pride in maintaining the environment.

Overall, this gym has become one of my favorite places to work out. Between the gorgeous renovations, the excellent staff, and the clean, positive atmosphere, it really sets the bar high. I’m grateful to have a gym like this to come to!

This by far has been the worse Planet Fitness I have ever visited. If I could give 0 Star I would, let's start with 1/ the paper towels were empty so a lot of equipment was not getting wiped down, only a few leg machines to get a full leg day, the men's room was filthy, had no hot water and no hooks near the showers. To take a cold shower is the worst feeling after a work out.

Typical Planet Fitness. Clean and a good selection of equipment. Like almost every other location, the AV on the cardio equipment rarely works properly. I tried FOUR different cardio machines. I love planet fitness, but this facility is poorly managed and up kept. I work out early before work, and often times there are people sleeping in the locker room. On 3 ocxasuons this year I have tried to shower after a workout inly to fine people literally cleaning their laundry in the showers, and drying it as if it is there own house. Today i tried to use the row machines for a cool down, and all 4 are broken, all different issues. Ive scheduled time on the massage chairs only to find people talking on their phone refusing to leave when their turn is up. Their are some great regulars that try to keep things clean, and members that try to be respectful, this is why this facility rated a 2. I can still work out, but i do not get to take advantage of my full membership perks because of some.

Love the gym overall and I come daily after 9PM and it's very annoying to hear some people playing Spanish songs very loud at the gym on a Bluetooth speaker where the management don't say anything to them.

No offense to the music or Language but it's disturbing alot of other people listening to their own music. They also take all the machines and start talking to each other while using which we have to wait until they take their own time to finish and then use it.

While there are lots of familiar faces every day and the gym area is generally clean, the men's locker room has been taken over by a couple of homeless guys. One guy has two lockers. He has food in one and smelly clothes in the other. I have killed several roaches in the locker room. They are obviously attracted to the mass of food stored there. The guy never checks in and the staff never asks him to stop. I have brought this to their attention, but they don't seem to care. The other homeless guy stays in the shower until he passes out. He has a locker next to the guy with two lockers. Planet Fitness locker room is getting sketchy.

I love going to the gym. I used to be a member at Crunch Fitness but changed to Planet Fitness after moving. I am looking forward to the new one they are planning on building in Pooler. This location is nice and packed with equipment. There are tons of people who attend. The reason for the lower star review is that the bathrooms and overall cleanliness of the equipment is subpar. The women's bathrooms are not maintained and are filthy and gross. The toilet paper always feels wet from the showers as well. The equipment sometimes feels sticky and there is dust and skin particles inside the crevices in the treadmills and on the bikes. If the place would be cleaner, the environment would be more enjoyable and overall the best.

This review pertains to a specific event and is not a review of the gym site itself. Due to some glitch with the PF app I was overcharged for my annual fee. The assistant manager and manager at this location were incredibly helpful, understanding and attentive. Honestly some of the best customer service I've received in a really long time. Everyone there just has very good customer service. I always say for good customer service, go to Disney World, Chic fi la, and Planet Fitness you can't go wrong going to any of these places for good customer service.

The gym is so big & nice that you don’t even know where to start but as I walked around in there I knew what I wanted to start on so I just went ahead and founded the equipment and started working out 🏋️‍♀️

Walking in for the first time today ! Every planet fitness depends on the owner! I work all over the county and each one is different in their own way ! So I walk in and I went to sign in on the tanning bed side they directed me to the other side first so I walked back around the counter then back to the other screen and signed in to both all the while this girl behind the desk with her head buried in her cell phone , the guy was average! I asked for a level 5 bed witch they have at other PF he puts me in a stand up , by that point I was so frustrated I just wanted to get it over with . So I tanned walked out and she was still on her phone ! Will never go back ! Worst customer service EVER!

As a truck driver trying to escape heart disease I've been to Planet Fitness all over the country the gym inside itself is okay sometimes it's clean sometimes dirty but the no tractor parking at the end of the lot is wild when there's no cars even over there that's insane we pay for memberships too.

This planet fitness bathroom is always nasty. It can be the morning or afternoon and it looks like the sinks and toilets never get cleaned. I asked the staff one time, and they said the cleaning person only comes once a day. That is unacceptable because that is way too much germs and they need to hire someone full time to clean. This is a gym where people sweat more than usual. I gave it 2 stars because the staff is nice and there a plenty of machines

Generally, new and shiney.
One of the decline bench got some heavy use and it shows.
These do get used a LOT.
Men's locker room has an aroma. One of the toilets needs to be re-seated and a new wax ring. Staff mentioned waiting for a remodel, but this is a one hour handyman job.
Just saying. Otherwise great.
