Most Everything seemed cleaned but you know when you look deeper and move things that's when ur like ooooooo wow. Anyway , I love that it's big and has a lot of equipment , however, the scum, mildew in the ladies showers is awful, they have one spray bottle , no Brillo pad, no sponges, like maybe get some things that specialize in removing slime, mildew, scum, you can actually see it when u open the curtains , I wanted to take a pic and upload here but
Forgot to take pic I was in a hurry, but yes it's sad I bet the people that clean the bathroom literally spray and don't wipe crap , and one bottle of cleaner that had maybe an ounce left in it . Sad . I would close those showers down and have a mandatory meeting that involved cleaning asap cause clearly whoever is supposed to be cleaning these showers are just spraying and that's it . The rails I didn't even want to touch , I went to grab one and the slime underneath , I almost fell back the rail was so slimey .......... eeeeek. Do better planet fitness. Eisenhower drive . I'm guessing the reason the air conditioner wasn't on or it wasn't cold was because the 3 or 4 young men standing rounding behind the counter looking and scrolling on their phones , I asked which way to leave no one answered me , then they started talking amongst themselves . It was very hot , Savannah ga needs air most of the time it's humidity and heat no way to work out like someone wants . Please turn down air , it's 73 in November 2025. 25, we should know Savannah ga doesn't get colder until around Jan. Feb. who is the head manager and or owner ? Do they have cameras to monitor the employees to see what's going on? Sad it could be a booming business .......

The 30-minute zone is supposed to be like a HIIT program. Painting 30 minutes on the side of machines that are with all the other machines is a joke. They just become other machines and people sit on with their phones. Instead of getting off when the one minute is up. And where's the steps to do cardio?

Avoid at all cost. Ive been trying to cancel my membership for over a year. I dont live in savannah anymore and I havent for 13 months. They sent it to collections who hastle me daily wanting me to pay over 200 dollars for a membership I used for maybe a month. I was told I had to go in to cancel, which i did a week before i moved. I was told no one was available who could cancel it at that time. It is difficult to go in if you live 300 miles away. All in all, this entire company is a scam. Not even accredited on the BBB because there are so many complaints.

This place is my secret hideout from my home gym on Ogeechee road. Lol. I come here at specific times to escape the crowds and focus on my workout without worrying about whether a machine is free or if the area is too crowded. Even when it’s packed, I still love coming here. The layout here is way better than the other locations. It’s super clean, which is a plus. And the staff are awesome too. The vibe here is great! I’d rather drive 10-15 minutes to get here than the 2 minutes it takes to get to my home gym.

I live in Augusta Ga.While visiting my daughter I decided to workout at this fitness center. I am very pleased with the atmosphere,staff,cleanest and Coach T is awesome. I trained two days with her working on my cores and upper body, she worked every muscle and it felt good. Coach T also explained the best workout routines for me to see the best results. Today after working out I enjoyed the massage chairs. This is a great fitness center to workout in, I workout five days a week two hours a day great experiences everyday.

The crew all very nice that's why it's a 3 star. Now the the facility not so much! This is the stand up bed! It's filthy and it needs to be deep cleaned before anyone else goes in it. The radio also doesn't work. The problem is I travel everywhere and I see so many different planet fitness facilities and this one and about 3 others are not up graded! I came into the gym yesterday to cancel my membership. As Dom patiently listened to my reasoning for wanting to cancel, he was interrupted twice by other members one of whom was a bit upset about being charged after canceling. How refreshing it was to see this young man maintain a professional and gentle demeanor with them.

I decided to take a look around while waiting, when Dom got off the phone he calmly explained to his supervisor Richard the situation with the upset customer. To my surprise Richard was equally kind and made sure to greet me. Once Dom was free he took the time to tell me about the hydro massage machine which was a part of my membership because he was actively listening when I mentioned that one the reasons I needed to cancel was back pain and set me up to try it. I loved it and highly recommend it! Needless to say, I no longer wish to cancel my membership and I'm truly grateful for that experience.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple years since it’s convenient to where I live. It was just ok before, however of late is turning into more of a social club and it’s impossible to get on a machine as people just monopolize them while there’re on their phones. I would say the majority of the patrons aren’t really there to get a workout in and for those of us that do it’s just really, really frustrating. I even talked to somebody else about it and he agreed that it’s just getting really bad since people are so inconsiderate of the time they take . I even mentioned it to the front desk and they more or less laughed at me. Obviously, I’m looking for a new gym. .

The Planet Fitness on Eisenhower in Savannah is my favorite PF even though it is not the closest one to my home. The staff here are the best! They are always professional and friendly. This team really seems to care about putting their best effort forward. They always greet you when you walk in and are always helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. Women's bathroom and showers are disgusting. The disinfectant spray bottles are all empty in the showers as well. It's like planet fitness gave up on cleanliness. I have been a member of this gym for a year. This gym has a large variety of cardio and weight lifting equipment. The staff do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and the equipment working properly. I have also been able to form many great new friendships.
