Terricka actually cussed at me just for bringing up one of the employees (the one who drives a black honda) for mean mugging me, following me to the restroom trying to intimidate me, and keeping that siren thing going for more than 1 minute. My ears were ringing all night. She's also the one who just HAS to park backwards, even if she's in a rush, just so she can look like she's doing something. It's pathetic and tacky if you ask me. I believe she's worked here before. When I talked to the manager (Erica, who's Latino) she hung up on me. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO STOP?!!!!! This is the only location that's brought tears to my eyes.

I have been to multiple PF locations through Florida and this location maintains the PF standard of excellence. I really like the equipment layouts and organization. This was the first location I have visited that had cool little PF purple garbage cans and nice little signs/flags to identify where cleaning stations are. Keep up the good work!

We love our local Planet Fitness. Plenty of well cared for equipment to get an incredible workout in. The staff is super friendly and attentive to what needs to be done. The hydro massage beds are wonderful. I have been coming since Dec of 2020 after my cancer surgery. I'm in the best shape of my life at 54 years of age. Brought my 80 year old mother for the first time today.

On July 5, 2:43 am I went to Planet Fitness to work out as I do most nights and I keep getting the "Pavell" (tall skinny black male) that works at night" always harassed me. This time he as me to leave because my subscription was not active. I mentioned to him it is active you need to do your research. "Pavell" (tall skinny black male) said, don't talk to me". Then he said "you need to leave" then he said, I'm calling the police. The police came and I proceed to show the guy who works night and the police my app and email I received that my account is active. Then he said, "just because you have the barcode doesn't mean you are account is active". So then the police and him asked me to leave and I left.

I can say that I probably HATE Planet Fitness with a passion. The bad part is I Loved It So Much. They over charge me all the time and they do not handle transaction issues in store. You have to call the call center, guess where it's located? Somewhere where I cannot understand what they say. My issues never get resolved and never made right. I've Even had one guy hang up on me. Even better if you want to cancel your membership you have to write them a letter and send it in the mail. Why can't I do it online? I can sign up online......very disappointed

I go to PF Warner Robins while traveling to visit family. The club is good, with the latest equipment and good vibes. I'd give it 5 stars, but this visit had issues with keeping the paper towels prepped so the machines can be cleaned between uses. I just left after peak morning hours and most of the paper towel dispensers were empty and open, so I figured they were short staffed, until I go to leave and 3 workers are standing behind the desk laughing in a personal conversation, so definitely not a staffing issue. Maybe they were waiting on a shipment of paper towels to arrive? I was too in a rush to ask about it though. The staff is friendly and it's a great gym, so I'll still go there when I'm in town. Edit.....thank you PF Warner Robins! The problem has been solved, so definitely worth the 5 stars for fixing the issue so quickly!

The club is a okay for the most part. You just have to check the website to see busy hours. I was recently at this gym and noticed a difference in the staff being more friendly and welcoming when I walked in. Upon entering the bathroom I noticed it was freshly mopped, sinks wiped up. As I worked out in the facility I noticed a manager I see when I go to a gym in Macon. She was filling sanitation bottles and busy cleaning. It was very noticeable the work ethic she brought with her. Thank you Devin.

Went into the gym today in Warner Robins Ga. been a black card member for about 2 years now, walked into the locker room, got what I needed out of my gym bag, put it in a locker and locked it as I should have. Walked out to workout for about an hour and a half, the place was dead with maybe 8 other people there, did my thing and went back to the locker to find my lock cut off and my bag gone, went out to the counter wher my gym bag was sitting there with my cut off lock that I paid around 25 bucks for. Asked to arrogant kid behind the counter why he cut my lock and he said in a smartass tone that someone keys was hanging in the locker that I used, I didn’t see a set of keys when I put my bag in. But the thing that made me mad was the FACT that there wasn’t more than 8 people there and instead of going to everyone and asking if it was theirs they just cut my lock and I have to pay for it because somebody didn’t do the right thing by using a lock themselves to secure their items . Basically I was told it was my fault and I have to eat the cost of the lock. The lack of decency with this employee sucks. Told me that company policy said he isn’t allowed to ask before just cutting a lock. Rant over but beware.

They only have two stalls in the male bathroom and for almost two weeks now one of them has been out of order. I have multiple rental properties and I can get a plumber out in two days, this absolutely makes no sense that they would have a toilet down for weeks. Either they are cheap, inefficient, or just don’t know how to handle business all are terrible reasons to have a toilet inoperable this long!

I have had the black card membership for over a year. The main plus for paying $15 extra a month is being able to go to any planet Fitness. Each one has some different equipment. The reason I put 4 stars is because the mens bathroom at the Russel parkway PF ALWAYS ALWAYS smells the same. The Macon , perry, and atlanta PF mens bathrooms do NOT smell like underwear after a hard workout

On Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 10:00 p.m. at night, I went to the gym as usual when I entered to do the scanner check. The lady who worked there did not let my guest in. It's okay. Can I take another one with me now? I have been in that same place for 2 years entering in the same way until now this happened to me who did not want to let me in said that I had to activate the guest pass the lady is a brunette she behaved in an arrogant manner she is not friendly to me it seemed like a racist person against me because I am Latino I forgot the lady's name I hope this doesn't happen to another person than what happened to me that day I hope you take note of my comment thank you 👍

Clean gym, friendly staff, and lots of equipment to choose from!!!! I only gave 3 stars as since the renovations the fans on the new ellipticals DO NOT WORK. It has become a passing joke between the elliptical users. This equipment is new to this gym, but I have used these newer machines at 3 other gyms...the difference is the other gyms plug theirs in. I spoke to a manager at another location and she said that the batteries are not strong enough to run the fans plus the console. I expressed to our front desk 2 weeks after they re-opened that they didn't work and the response I received was "you need to pedal faster"...I typically am on Level 11 between 40 and 70 RPM's so not sure how much faster it needs to go. I did find two machines that the fan will turn on...on one the fan turned on for 10 seconds at a time and then shut off completely. The other machine the fan turned on for 3 to 4 minutes at a time and then shut off but during the time the fan was on other functions on the console didn't work. I have used the stair-stepper and the fans on those work great. Hoping they get the elliptical fan issues fixed before the summer months...and once they do, I'll be back to leave a five star review.

It had been almost a year since I worked out at the Warner Robins facility, but I was treated with respect and a great big smile on my return but two young professionals, I think named Gerry and Shawn. They were able to make sure that all of my information was updated in the system and showed me how to log into my account and sign in. The two worked really well together to handle the needs of every guest that came through the door. I encouraged my daughter to join because of their hospitality. The facility was very clean and has up to date equipment. A very big plus for me is that it's open 24/7. I am a travel nurse and may work som crazy hours so I definitely need the flexibility.

If you want to get locked into a contract that suckers you out of your money and requires payment when you want to cancel for upcoming services that are not rendered to you then by all means go to Planet Fitness they will be happy to take your money but don't care about customer service or their customers I'm speaking from experience unfortunately of my wife being manipulated into a contract and not informed about service costs she's been paying this for almost a year and still somehow owes $109 to Simply cancel, I hope as many people as possible read this because she also had an account with crunch Total Fitness who she went by and was able to cancel with no issues no problems and still recommends that as a great place to go you can easily get to Crunch Fitness it is off Watson Boulevard at the Warner Robins
