This location allows men, who claim to be women, to use the women's locker room. They advised their policy is to allow anyone, who identifies as a woman, access. Women be advised and don't be surprised while you are using the locker room facilities that there may be a male present. This is not the first incident at this location. I love this location but the only thing I don’t agree with is them watering down there disinfectant. This is flu/ covid season and filling the disinfectant bottles with water is not cool. You all did it during the summer months but I had my own disinfectant. The amount of nose running and coughing at the machines needs more than water to clean it. Please do better! Still love the gym for its friendly atmosphere

I was massively uncomfortable encountering a straight up man in the women's locker room. I no longer feel safe going into the locker room without having things to defend myself. I have trauma and my trust in going into the locker room here has been shattered. This is no longer a safe place for me.

This gym is amazing. Every time I come in, no matter the time the staff is friendly and helpful. The locker rooms are always clean, gym is always sparkling and you won't catch me at any other location. Staff shout out: Emily, Jacob and their manager Kevin are the ACTUAL best. I wasn't going to do a review, however, planet fitness is an awesome place. I treat everyday like a spa day for my heart health and wellness.
The only downside : varies members come solely to harass , mock, slander as well as stalk those they see going through personal struggles that's none of their business. It's creating gang stalking/predatory, and bully behavior. What's sick is they involve others to go along with their bad behavior. Small minded people harass, bully and mock. It also, show jealousy, envy, and insecurities within themselves.
We're living in dark times were life isn't normal but challenging. Therefore, people should mind their own business.
I always say put your money where your mouth is, pay my bills, pay my down payment on a house as well as pay my mortgage, pay for my medical bills too. If you don't pay my bills, your words of judgement is rebuked/condemned in Jesus name!

Do you guys have a dress code? Or can anyone go in half naked to work out? There are kids that come here. Why are people allowed to wear string bralettes and revealing gym wear? It is concerning that you allow people to come inside like this. Crop tops and shorts, cool. But bras? Come on. There has to be some type of rule regarding modesty in the gym. Im a black card member, so I go to different gyms in different cities. This one is bar far my favorite one because of the showers (I believe about 5 or 6). Some of them have big benches inside of them so you can bring your whole bag behind the curtain with you and it won't get wet. Their showers actually have HOT water, and the pressure is really good. When they close early on Fridays and the weekends, an announcer will get on the intercom and let you know 30 min beforehand - I appreciate that because it is so easy to get lost and forget time in the shower. The staff is really kind, and they have yoga mats in one or the training rooms you can wipe down and use. Granted they are one of the newer ones, relatively, but I hope they are the standard going fwd for any plans of new PFs being built. I DO wish they had paper toilet seat covers in the restroom. Not everybody knows how to aim when they squat on the toilet, so I hate to see the aftermath.

I’ve been really impressed with Planet Fitness in Woodstock. The moment you walk in, you notice how clean and well-kept the place is—the temperature is always just right and it never feels overcrowded. There’s plenty of equipment, so I’ve never had to wait for a machine. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which makes every visit comfortable and welcoming. The good: Clean, spacious, friendly staff
The bad: Space in the gym is very poorly utilized. They refreshed the resistance training areas in early 2025. For some reason they turned the 30 minute circuit area into a stretching room. Now the 30min circuit machines are crammed into the main area. Its impossible to make the circuit because there is no order and most people don't realize the yellow labels mean 30min circuit so there is always a wait.
I told the staff how ridiculous it was and they said they hear it constantly from members.
I think there might actually be less machines now, than before the refresh. I travel all over the country and this was one of my favorite PF.
It certainly seems way more crowded now, and I end up just exercising at home most days because I don't feel like standing around or modifying my workout plan to deal with busy equipment.

A big plus for me is the Black Card. I travel to a different city every week. In the past year, I've only been to one location where a Planet Fitness was not within 20 minutes. That's a rarity. Overall the Black Card is a great value. I do wish you had free weight squat racks along with Smith Machines. I wish you would raise you weight limits on free weights to 120 lbs.

Due to medical reasons I had to cancel my membership, and I did so a day prior to my annual fee coming out. At the time of cancellation, I was told that there wasn't any outstanding charges due, and my cancellation is active right away. The next day, I saw a pending charge of $49 on my checking account. I called and spoke to the manager, Kevin (Woodstock, Georgia), and was told there wasn't anything he can do about it. Needless to say, I am very disappointed at their customer service, and not adhering to my cancellation document that stated there are NO additional fees/charges pending. Be wary.

This facility is clean and well taken care of. The only problem is the staff and the Manager Kevin. This location charged me $10.00 a month from October 2022 through February 2023. I called in October 2022 to cancel my membership after a knee surgery and whoever took the call did not complete the process and there was no record of that cancellation. Today, 02/18/2025, I spoke with the so-called General Manager, Kevin and he told me that it was my word against Planet Fitness. I was charged over $270 for a membership that I did not use in over 2 years plus a request over the phone they did not complete.

This guy took no responsibility to this issue and stated that he doesn't care because it was my word against them plus, he said they get several of this complaint - No wonder why?...whoever hired him for that position is making a huge mistake.

I will continue spreading the word about this location and this management team, especially the General Manager Kevin.

Planet Fitness 92 is by far the most elite Planet Fitness in the north Georgia area. Even before they got brand new equipment throughout the entire gym the equipment was on point. The atmosphere is great and is always packed with people who are on their fitness journey. Last and most importantly the staff here are amazing. The morning crew, afternoon crew and night crew all carry the same energy and enthusiasm. Their customer service is top notch. Whoever is the manager on this place needs to be recognized for the training it offers to its staff because they are TOP TIER. Shout out to Jacob for setting the bar as high as he does with his customer service. A friend and I had been regularly going to this location of Planet Fitness for a couple of years and always felt like it was safe and clean and we enjoyed working out. However, last week a man was caught taking pictures of women in the free weight section of the gym and although there were complaints made to staff and later emails to managers, it was decided that no action would be taken against this man. As a woman, I no longer feel safe there and will be letting other women know.

While the hydromassage beds, staff and facility are great, when I originally posted my five-star response, I thought I was posting that for a different location. Then when I realized it was Woodstock, I made sure to change it to reflect what I felt about them truly.

On the bright side, most of the employees are fantastic. Very cheery very nice. The problem is management plain and simple. Therefore, I'm probably going to cancel my membership within the week. When I first joined the club, they didn't have my size in t-shirts and they gave me one that was much too small. I mean 10 lb of taters in a 5 lb sack is what everybody would be thinking if I even tried on the XL when I wore a 3XL.

I finally spoke up about this, how this happened when I was bigger, and finally want a t-shirt that fit now that I've dropped weight, The manager in one afternoon refused to even try to make it right. When I was talking to her to try to explain the situation, she seemed quite apathetic to ambivalent to my situation. I was told oh no. We can't give you a t-shirt. However, you will just have to buy one one. What a complete and utterly tone deaf response!

Well forget that. I'm going to fire this club. I'll just possibly rejoin at another one possibly quickly and choose one that is more customer friendly. Zero desire to speak with that joke of management about the situation again.

I would allow the owner or someone to contact me, but it seems to be hard to get anybody higher. Probably a total waste of time. Let's ignore the customer and not try to make a situation right. Looks like the no judgment zone is full of judgment to me. Kind of not believing in your own statement. That's pretty stupid, it's like Christ having a bunch of disciples who are atheists. Oh well, it's a lost cause. Therefore, I'm just going to cancel my membership price in the next week here here at woodstock. The management don't want to help, fine, hinder, I'll just quit you let everybody know why and let you answer for that. I'll take my money somewhere else. I probably rejoin it another club that's a lot more sympathetic to my cause. That right there should drop a cap in that situation immediately.

Going that route, I believe that should totally solve my two problems immediately. If you don't take care of the customer, the customer going to leave. So long real soon Woodstock planet fitness. I'll be back, but you won't be my home club and be getting your share of my membership. I'm going to take care of that myself. I gave you a chance. You didn't want to do anything. Goodbye!

I'm sure I'll find a better Planet Fitness to rejoin at. It just won't be those who are credited with my monthly membership. Hopefully then, they'll wake up and quit being tone deaf.

If the so-called owner responds, why don't you tell me who to contact to solve the problem instead of saying something silly like "we want you to have a great experience and always satisfy the customer. Please call our manager." Number one, because it's a fallacy and about like a fairy tale. Number two because that's the opposite of their goal.

Be careful if you intend to cancel membership. The system doesn’t allow you to cancel online despite signing up membership online. The renewal for annual fee is automatically deducted from your bank and their system doesn’t send you a renewal reminder. Recently cancelled my membership and they will not refund by annual fee for the year. My year with them would be starting March 1 2024. The front desk staff gave me a phoney number to request for my refund and I was given a run around.

I liked the setup, but the music is way too loud. So loud I could not hear what I wanted to listen to through my earbuds. I asked gym personnel four times and corporate two times to lower volume. Corporate ignored me and gym personnel told me they could not lower, so I canceled my membership. I went there for one month. I went to a well known competitor very close by where the music volume is very low, and if I want it lower they comply. Life is too short to put up with things that make you unhappy.

Nice gym. Very cold! After I get off the elliptical and am very sweaty I freeze to death also, if I shower the lower room is colder than the rest. All the employees with the exception of one are very nice and friendly but one guy must not like me at all because he's not friendly to me at all amongst others I hear.
