Polaris Performance Training keeps me going. I train with Jordan typically three times weekly in the early morning hours before the sun comes up. Jordan is fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, conversant and motivated. Polaris is centrally located near Morningside and Emory. The gym/studio is run by these two men, Jordan and Ashley, and has a good mix of machines, free weights, cardio, kettle bells and other training equipment. Without doubt a top tier gym and experience

Aiasha is absolutely amazing!!!!! She is worth every penny and more. She is very detailed and attentive to every person in her class. She works your body in ways other teachers miss. I love love love her ♥️ attend her class and that’s all you need.

Coming up on two years with Jordan at Polaris Performance Training and it has been great! I highly recommend him and the facility. The vibe is perfect and the training is top notch. Jordan is very supportive and pushes hard to help me get the results I'm after. He makes sure I am working all areas and neglecting nothing. Every now and then Jordan throws in challenging balancing activities which are just what I need at my age. He is very collaborative and is an all around nice guy. I couldn't ask for a better facility, program or trainer.

I’ve been training with Jordan for about 10 years now, I’m approaching 70 years old and my friends can tell I workout, ‘cuz I don’t really look or move like a 70 year older! Credit goes to Jordan for all that. The workouts are always a bit different and have just the right amount of a challenge for me. I’ve actually done a few exercises I never thought I could, but Jordan said I could and he was right! I’ll be working out with him for as long as I can.

Ashley is very knowledgeable about so many areas of wellness! I did some yoga with him and in one session I was much more flexible. I also did the deep tissue massage and he was able to work out a lot of the pressure points I had in my neck. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their health !!

Ashley is an amazingly talented trainer with vast knowledge of physiology and is so adept at finding your body's weaknesses and showing you how to improve your overall well being by focusing on improving these areas. He also offers the BEST sports massage that should be part of everyone's physical fitness regime.

I train with Jordan whenever I’m in town. My workout with him usually consists of 4-5 sets of 3 exercises, each set repeated 3x. The exercises are either anaerobic or active recovery-type, and are paced aggressively for an overall aerobic workout that consistently leaves me very satisfied with the results. Jordan is good at adapting when something doesn’t feel right, and very attentive to ensure all exercises are done effectively and safely. Strongly recommend. -an ex-D1 athlete

Much overdue review! I've been training with Jordan Hristov for 10 years now. I suppose that is a testament in and of itself. He has made such a difference in my life. Never thought I could be this fit and healthy at 50!
Regardless of your fitness level or your individual goals, Jordan has a unique ability to work with you. He utilizes a much different philosophy than most personal trainers. There is no formula or "cookbook" that is simply adapted to your needs. He really builds a routine from the ground up based on your own abilities on a given day. This type of training is not just smart, but also really efficient. He has helped prevent so many injuries, yet maximized my results at the same time. I can't recommend him enough.
