Becky (owner and my trainer) and her Powerlady fitness is probably one of the best things that have happened to me in the last 3 years.
I started going to her in early 2022 because of the 16+ hours of sitting in front of the computer to help relieve the shoulder and back pain, then I continued going to her for both the group classes and personal training because of how she makes me feel about myself.
Fast forward to 2024, I have been going to Becky 2-3 times a week throughout my pregnancy - she customized everything based on my personal conditions with utmost care and kindness, and guess what, I was exercising happily up until 3 days before I am blessed with a very smooth and quick natural delivery.
I was looking forward to going back to Becky as soon as I am cleared for postpartum workout. This studio is a sanctuary and an anchor to me throughout the ups and downs in my professional life.
P.S. I have been with other gyms and fitness coaches in the past. I cannot recall anyone like Becky, who would never take her eyes of you, never touches her phone, and interacts with you as much or as little based on how you feel throughout the session.

I started a small weightlifting group at the beginning of this year, and my personal results are FAB! I have energy again, I'm slowing building muscle mass, including defined biceps I never thought I'd have after 40!!! I hadn't stepped into a gym in more than a decade, so I was terrified of 'starting over' like a newborn baby with zero idea where to start. Being in a group is very helpful, and Becky designs a new circuit/workout for every session. No two are alike, and I feel like every muscle group gets targeted.

I have been coming here for a number of years and hope to come for many more years! There are memberships and classes, but what works best for me since I struggle to be self-motivated with fitness, is personal training.

Becky is a wonderful personal trainer - there's none of that frenetic, over-the-top fake bubbliness or high-octane yelling that made me hesitate to do personal training. Instead she is calm, reliable, and caring. I've seen chronic pains ease and fitness gains in the time I've been coming to personal training.

Have been doing personal training with Becky for a few months and I am SO glad I have. She is very patient and knowledgeful and really cares. The gym is always very clean and is such a positive and welcoming environment. Couldn't recommend enough. Especially for women that have struggled with confidence at gyms in the past. Powerlady Fitness is an excellent fitness facility specifically for women. I have been a member of Powerlady Fitness for several years. The owner of Powerlady works with me as personal trainer twice a week. Powerlady FitnessI has equipment that most would look for along with classes and personal trainer if desired. All covid precautions are taken to make certain members and visitors are protected. Masks are required. Machines and equipment are cleaned before and after use. Spacing and numbers allowed inside are followed. I strongly recommend Powerlady Fitness! In a time when strength and health are major issues, Powerlady Fitness will make a difference!

I had an expired Groupon that is good for the price I paid forever so I figured I could use it for 1 class rather than the 5 I bought it for, which is part of the agreement with Groupon. But when I arrived, they refused my Groupon. Really disappointing.

I had a Groupon for $19 five classes, it expired, but it's supposed to still be good for the value I paid. So I came to use it for just one class and they wouldn't honor it. Very disappointed that I drove all the way over here and they wouldn't honor the policy on the Groupon.
