Premier Performance has brought SO MUCH HAPPINESS to my daughter’s life. The coaches give 100% of their heart and soul to our cheer program. They encourage kindness and positivity among the athletes and families. The coaches are constantly thinking of ways to improve routines to keep the performances creative. This gym has not only been a place for me to get new skills for cheer, I have also grown so much as a person. All of the coaches are GREAT role models on and off the mat. They have all taught me so many life skills that I will continue to use. Coach David has always been so supportive, and willing to put in his all for each and every athlete. Coach Meredith has always been so caring and doing all she can for me. Coach Jordan is so kind and appreciative of everyone’s feeling no matter what. Going on three years at this program has been the absolute best time of my life, and I am so proud of what we have accomplished throughout these years!

I absolutely love Premier and their team! After awful past cheer coach experiences it is very refreshing to be apart of a gym where everyone is so kind and encouraging. Coach David, Coach Jordyn, Coach Meredith, Coach Tiffany, and Coach Addi really and truly love every athlete and put a lot of energy into making this program functional and successful. FYI…if you’re reading these reviews and trying to figure out why the reviews have blown up all of a sudden, let me tell you that the gym had to let an athlete go from a team. It’s devastating for the child and family but sometimes it’s necessary. The team has thrived in just the short amount of time since this has happened.

Now for my review . . . the cheer gym culture overall at Premier is a positive one and this place has allowed my children to thrive and be the best that they can be at this sport.

My daughter has been cheering with Premier for 5 all star seasons. Coach David and his staff of other coaches have taught her discipline, determination and resilience. She has grown into an amazing cheerleader and athlete, as well as a great team player. I have watched her go from struggling to do a back walkover in the beginning, to throwing layouts in mid air while flying in stunts. The coaches have always been open and honest about what they expect, as well as being open to hearing thoughts or issues arising from athletes. They have not only shaped her on the mat as an athlete, but they have supported her outside of the gym and attended other functions and extra curriculars she is involved with. They are constantly pouring positivity into each of their athletes. We are a true family in this gym, and it shows!!! The love of this gym an its coaching staff is why I personally volunteer my time as their communication liason. I would highly recommend Premier Performance to anyone who is interested in beginning their start in cheerleading, as well as to those who are advanced in this sport.

We have been a part of the Premier cheer family for 5 years, and we wouldn’t want to do all-star cheer at any other all-star gym! Not only do the coaches push our athletes to be excellent in their technical performance, but they set high expectations for attitude and discipline, which is critical not only for a challenging team sport but for life in general. AMAZING PROGRAM! My daughter has cheered at several programs throughout the SE while I was in the military and we are blessed to finally call Premier home. I have seen her grow as a cheerleader and as a person while in their program. We have been part of the Premier family for 4 years. From tumble and twirl to cheer. This is our 3rd seasoning cheering under coach David’s leadership and I couldn’t imagine a better gym family and coach for my daughter.

David and his coaching team teach these kids how to be well rounded athletes, outstanding sportsmanship that include dedication, resilience, trust, self awareness, motivation and discipline.

We couldn’t be happier with this gym!
Both of my children are part of this cheer gym, and it has been such an incredible experience for our whole family. The coaches are absolutely phenomenal—so supportive, skilled, and genuinely invested in each athlete’s progress. They go above and beyond to bring out the best in every kid, balancing discipline with encouragement and always leading with positivity.

One thing that really stands out is how much my son has grown since joining. Cheer isn’t always a common path for boys, but he’s found his place here and absolutely thrives. His strength, confidence, and skills have come so far, and it’s been amazing to watch him push himself and succeed in such a positive, inclusive environment.

My daughter loves it just as much and has built strong friendships, learned so many new skills, and continues to grow as both an athlete and a teammate.

We’ve been at this gym for eight years. My daughters have cheered, coached, and learned a lifetime of valuable lessons. David, Meredith, and the entire fantastic cheer coaching staff bring out the hard work and determination they know these kids are capable of, so that Premier is a seriously good D2 gym, competitive at every level. Athletes at Premier learn the true meaning of teamwork. They support their teams and gym mates through the ups and downs of the season. This is my daughter's first year cheering competition here. We have been so welcomed by all of the coaches, staff and parents. This is a tough sport just like any other but the coaches have always pushed her to do her best in a positive way. They truly love these kids and you can tell. They still find time to have fun with them and work hard. The program is very organized and ran well. The tumbling is amazing and technique is a priority. I have also been impressed with their commitment to safety. Overall, we have been very pleased and love our Premier family!

This place is utterly disgraceful. The coach is cruel to the girls, yelling screaming and calling them names. Girls who just won a national competition, btw. There is no reason whatsoever for children to come home crying and for them to then send passive aggressive messages to the parents when he’s the adult and cannot regulate his emotions. Disgusting and he should be fired.

What a wonderful studio and coach! Great positive team attitudes. The athletes and the moms actually all get along-- no cattiness or drama here. Just positive role models, great work-ethic and amazing progress by these athletes. So happy to have Ms. Candy as our twirling coach!
