I am very happy that we are with Prima Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. I am thankful to Ms. Ruslana, Ms. Olga and Ms. Valeriya for their diligence, commitment and professionalism that allowed my daughter to achieve a lot in this sport, she became a National Champion and a level 10 gymnast. Dont waste time around town go straight to these people. They know the best! My child has been a member of this club for 7 years. The discipline and hard working sportsmanship is priceless. The caring parental environment that my child receives from Olga, Lera and specially from Ruslana who has been there for my child as a mother figure in the gym from day one, is priceless. The best highly qualified coaching staff has been selected here. One of the main coaches is an Olympic finalist and multiple world champion in rhythmic gymnastics. Coaches find an approach to every child.
Prima is the best equipped club in our region.
We have been in this club for 6 years.
I first brought my eldest daughter into it, and two years ago I brought my youngest. For us there was not even a question of choosing a sport.
This is not just a club, it is our second home.

I attended Prima for 5 years and achieved many successes during my time as a rhythmic gymnast. Coach Ruslana and Coach Olga helped me achieve my goals and guided me through the process of learning routines and body difficulties with careful attention to every detail. I learned skills such as self-discipline and commitment while building friendships with my teammates. These skills have are still important in my life today. Basically the entire team that was with the gym for 5/6 years left all together!!!! 6 out of 9 kids took off!
Don’t get me wrong. The gym is beautiful, very well equipped. Space is big and quite clean. But the coaching stuff could definitely use a strong improvement. We have been with the gym for many years and last two my daughter kept complaining about the coaches constant insults, and unprofessional screaming, that was absolutely approved by the results they were planing to achieve …
The amount of hours the athletes are working they should be stars by now yet the entire team of level 4/5 ( two years ) haven’t gotten any achievements but stressed out, physically and mentally traumatized kids.
5 days/ week/5 hours a day ( the hours state 8 pm or 8:30 but kids were always delayed for over 30 minutes )
Any achievement was never enough nor was ever acknowledged or celebrated. That would eventually demotivate the kids making their efforts useless and not worthy enough.
Coach Ruslana was suggested by the parenting team to add an assistant ( that would be also paid for by the parents ) since kids won’t given enough required attention in order to build up confidence, learn the element or succeed. On what head coach said that it will hurt Ruslana’s ego so basically it was more important to please the coaches ego them helping kids to succeed and admit that coach needs assistance due to constant emotional breakdowns.
Elements often weren’t showed but just verbally stated and it made it hard for kids to understand how to perform them correctly or what mistakes they were actually making.
Instead coach would yell and scream and lost her cool constantly.
My daughter went to classes despite any pulled muscles or sprained ankles with having a sling on she would practice with one healthy arm . In that case coach Ruslana taken the sling off and forcefully unbent my daughters arm doubting her pain level ( non for what my permission was ever acquired nor was I notified of this action ) Coach didn’t believe my daughter nor she believed me or our chiropractor recommendation, doubting his professional worth in as being called a doctor in general. On top of that coach didn’t helped to put the sling back on leaving my daughter in a complete emotionally dark place. After this event my daughter stayed home for a week and refused to participate in competition. She was scared to go back as coach turned into a threat for her by crossing the boundaries of her private space and physically doing some bodily movement against her will.
I truly believe this particular coach would benefit additional continued education corses to get updated information on new teaching methods, psychological techniques and so on to better perform as a coach and mentor for athletes.

One teacher Ruslana, screaming on kids and yelling, and acts mean when they do something wrong! She can’t explain or shows how to do right! She just screams on whole group! my daughter was super excited to go to competition, she worked hard 3 years and she started crying after lessons with this teacher Ruslana because this teacher was mean to her and she said I can’t go anymore, it’s make me upset, insulted !!!also my daughter said I want this competition but I can’t practice anymore under this pressure when teacher screaming and saying mean words to me, also my daughter said, couple girls crying because this teacher acts mean! I talked to the owner and she said kids fantasies and they are lying🙄, I asked her to talk to teacher to be nice and not abuse kids verbally or if she can’t promise me this then we can’t continue, my child crying under this pressure then I would like refund ! She said I will return money for this month, because I paid in the beginning of the month , and she didn’t return the balance for whole month and blocked me and removed me from parents chat! So no refund and no solution! Even I have so many bad reviews from different parents who left this place with same issues and with same teacher Ruslana! Be careful and stay away from this place !
