I love my Elevate Fitness coaches because of the atmosphere and experience they work to create. Von (PrimeTime) is patient, has a keen focus on form and makes training enjoyable. You don’t have to be mean and harsh to be effective. Von is proof.

I just finished an 8-week challenge and couldn’t be happier with the results — I lost over 8 lbs! The meal plan was super easy to follow, and the fitness app guided me through each exercise step by step. These are top-notch trainers who really knows how to whip you into shape. If you’re looking for accountability, guidance, and video-based workout walkthroughs, I’d definitely say it’s worth a try!

I worked with Clavon for 4 months and he was a great trainer. A big priority for me was form. I knew if i couldnt get my form right that would limit my body goals or worse cause injury. Clavon was excellent in helping me get my form correct so i could get the most out of my workouts even at home. He was also willing to troubleshoot and problem solve if i felt stuck or had to adapt a workout for any reason.

We started light and gradually worked our way up as it had been a while since i regularly exercised. He was patient, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I gained so much strength and saw more definition especially in my arms. Would recommend!

I’ve been working with Primetime Fitness for about 5 weeks and I love it. Every time I leave my session I feel stronger and accomplished. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. I’m a truck driver and was beginning to have back pain. He immediately addressed my back pain and incorporated exercises to help strengthen my lower back. He even sent me an article on the affects of driving and other stretches I can do. I’ll definitely be continuing my fitness journey with him!!!

While training with PrimeTime Fitness, I was in some of the best shape of my life! I started training as a graduate student while working full time. My trainer was very flexible with my schedule and made every task feel attainable. During my training, I not only noticed physical improvements, but I also noticed myself becoming more disciplined with my work and self improvement. I just wanna say my time training with PT fitness was amazing. PT was great for me over the summer ‘19 and for my pro day the following year. It was a great mix of weights and field work and fun and crazy competitions with other athletes and also clavon. Even tho I still had classes and other obligations, he worked with my schedule. Making sure every time we came in the gym the music was blasting and the energy was there to make you wanna run through a wall. I recommend PT Fitness for everyone not just athletes. Just be ready to get that work!!

I enjoyed my prime time experience. I believe I lost about 15lbs and I had a nice fit bod lol. Von was professional, funny , and last but not least super tough. He didn’t care about excuses and encouraged me to workout through rain or simple laziness. I was in college at the time taking 19 credit hours and I still made it to the gym for an hour sometimes two if Von had a lot of energy. (If I can do it so can you !) Join the primetime fitness gym if you are looking to meet fitness goals, be encouraged, and most importantly travel a fitness journey tailored to you!

Absolutely great experience and a major confidence booster. I trained with Von at PrimeTime Fitness while I was in college after I completed my career as a student athlete. Before training with Von, I wasn’t in shape, and I was having a hard time adjusting to life after college sports. I just lost the desire to exercise causing my physical and mental health to suffer. I trained with PrimeTime my sophomore year (2019-2020) of college at Albany State University because I wanted to shed a few pounds while getting back in shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Physically, the training challenged my body and showed me that I could do things that I didn’t know I could do! Mentally & emotionally it made me stronger as a woman. The environment was peaceful which made it easier to forget about anything else but training in the moment. It allowed me the opportunity to realign myself with my goals and the tasks at hand.
