My daughter is on her 7th year at ProCheer and we love it. She started with barely even doing a cartwheel, and now has her roundoff handspring tuck. We started in the Prep program and are now in the Level 2 Junior Allstar program and enjoy watching them perform at all the competitions! If you're looking for a program where the coaches will push them to become better while making sure they are having fun - You should check them out!

This gym is so awesome. They have been doing this a long time. I am so proud of my daughter’s amazing tumbling skills and dancing and cheering. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. I hope she sticks with it. I imagine being a stunt ninja acrobat will help her get into college and have the confidence to make her dreams come true.

Our daughter came to ProCheer last fall and we’ve enjoyed every moment of it! She has learned more in the last few months, than she did in an entire season at another facility. We are thankful for the trainers, coaches, and other staff for their dedication to their athletes.

We have loved our time at ProCheer! Coach Brad has been a phenomenal addition to the gym and my LO adores him. Then there’s Coach Mads, who is an absolute sweetheart. My LO has come a long way in the last year, despite all the things life has thrown at her over the last year and a half, and I have to credit PC with some of the wins because I don’t think she would have made it without her cheer family.

My 2 girls are on Prep & AllStar teams. We love the gym, coaches and program. The new coaching staff and revamped tumbling system has the gym moving and athletes learning. We highly recommend to everyone.

My daughter was happy with her coaches and enjoyed the program at ProCheer, so I was initially pleased with our choice. However, there were a few drawbacks. Every time I visited the facility, it was rare to find someone at the front desk, which made it challenging to ask questions or address concerns.

Recently, I decided to cancel her membership due to a change in her schedule, and I cannot overstate how frustrating the cancellation process has been. It felt unnecessarily complicated, which only added to my disappointment.

Overall, it’s an okay place and fairly convenient, but the difficulties I faced in closing the membership would make me think twice about returning.

A professional response would typically include something along the lines of, 'We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We have contacted the software provider to resolve the glitch affecting your profile.'

However, the response I received instead seemed to shift some responsibility onto me by reiterating that the drop date was February 1. The drop date itself was never my concern; rather, my issue was ensuring that my payment information was removed to prevent additional charges. Despite our agreement to end services in January, my card was still charged for a renewal fee. While the renewal fee was credited back, I wanted to ensure that no further charges would occur by having my payment information removed.

This entire process has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult when dealing with both the owner and the representative I spoke with. I'm simply relieved that it is over." ***

ProCheer Carrollton may be a good gym according to reviews. Procheer Hoschton is a waste of money, time and will not help your athlete progress. My daughter was on a level 1 team and couldn’t grasp the front walk over. The coach continuously placed my daughter on the side, while everyone else practiced. She got no assistance and left crying multiple times. She no longer wanted to cheer. She wasn’t apart of anything there. She woke up one morning and asked to not be forced to go back. I pulled her from ProCheer. Tommy assured me he would cancel the orders submitted to Varsity and Nfinity. At that time, the orders had not been fulfilled and he could’ve had canceled them. I ended up paying around $600 for items we no longer needed. Tommy said he’d pay me on Venmo for those items. He never did and continued to put me off via text. “Tomorrow” never happened. That was a lot of money to lose on items he still has at his gym that he said he’d Venmo me for and sell in the proshop. The biggest part of this review is that my daughter asked to go to ATA. Within a month at ATA she learned all level 1 skills and is on level 2 now. She is currently on a level 2 team. A team that she is a part of and not tossed to the side. She is incredibly excited to go to ATA every practice. Our first time walking in, I recognized several moms from ProCheer. Apparently, it’s common to have bad experiences at ProCheer and have much better experiences at ATA. She progressed much quicker, she has a blast at practices, she’s enjoying flying and on point with her tumbling. I would never recommend ProCheer to anyone. If you want to put your child in cheer, watch them enjoy themselves and actually progress in their skills GO TO ATA! Procheer is a waste and is going under. That’s why they’re hiring coaches. That’s why they only have a few teams. Don’t look for reviews on their Facebook. They have those turned off for a reason.

I spoke with a man named Tony who told me i could come in and meet with him and discuss about signing up my daughter for classes, only for him not to show up or respond to emails after the no show. I then reach out to someone else named Tommy in another email listed on the website and I’m ignored there as well. Very unprofessional.
