I’d highly recommend Gina for group or individual personal training. I’ve been in individual training for several months and Gina is incredibly knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition. She personalizes a fitness plan that meets your individual needs and encourages consistent progression in order to meet the goals you set for yourself. As a 45 year old in perimenopause it’s beneficial to have a personal trainer like Gina that understands strength training needs of women as we age. I appreciate Gina’s expertise in health and fitness and again highly recommend her services.

I ride a horse which takes a lot of balance and strength. The classes at Pro Health have helped me balance and strength and I am a better rider now. I came to Pro Health after my knee surgery and Gina worked with me to strengthen my knee and recover faster.

Gina has shown she has the knowledge and experience to guide an older exerciser such as myself. She values input and varies her programs accordingly.
Her training style is patient but challenging. Her programs encompass strength, balance, mobility and cardio with the goal of maintaining and improving physical health.

Gregg Baumgartner is an exceptional physical therapist. Recently, he helped to resolve my painful IT band issues. Previously, Gregg treated my recurring vertigo episodes and helped me to gain full mobility after my torn meniscus surgery. His deep knowledge of human anatomy and expertise in hands-on therapy were most effective for my quick healing. What I find that truly sets Gregg apart is his genuine care and thoughtful approach to his patients along with his professionalism and dedication that he shows in every session.

Pro Health and Fitness is a well equipped, clean facility. Gina, the owner, manages the classes. The classes are never boring, always challenging, and focus to my specific needs. She takes into account my injuries and pushes me just enough that I feel the workout, but also feel good having worked out. The classes are small group, well planned and personally focused, which I really enjoy. I recommend Pro Health and Fitness to middle aged and senior women who are looking to get into a workout regime, but get that personal training and care Gina provides.

I had hip replacement surgery this past February. When I was able to resume normal activities, I began working with Gina two times a week. Since working with her I have increased my strength, endurance and balance. She has a great program and recommend it highly--you'll be glad you did!

I can get up off the floor now! Just a few weeks of small group sessions and Gina was able to get me more limber after being pretty lax with exercising! I was so excited one session after realizing I no longer needed anything to help me get up that I actually shouted it out! I am 69.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and felt I needed more physical therapy than the 8 weeks recommended by the orthopedic surgeon. I was fortunate to find Pro Health & Fitness. Small group of ladies over 50 , comfortable class room and one hour of strength and fitness workouts. This was just what I was hoping to find, the other fitness centers are overcrowded, all folks doing the same exercises where here at pro fitness the exercises are geared for each individual person. Again I was very fortunate to have this place, I would recommend it to all who want to remain physically active as we grow older

I look forward to every workout with Gina as she provides a fun-filled atmosphere in which to exercise and become more physically fit. Before I began workouts with her, Gina and I met privately in order for her to assess my health and physical fitness needs. She is not a one-size-fits-all trainer. I never need to be concerned about keeping up with anyone else. When class begins, Gina sees me as an individual with my own limitations and abilities. Since there is never more than four people in a class, Gina is able to observe each person and offer individual attention as we work through the exercises she has planned for each of us. She always has a workout planned to challenge me, but she has a depth of experience that allows her to change that plan in the moment if I show up with an ache or pain that we need to work around. Her expertise allows her to use different methods and exercises to guide clients to work around their limitations and still achieve their fitness goals. While it is not the primary focus of working with Gina, I have the added bonus of meeting other seniors and forming new friendships. I highly recommend working with Gina. She is helping me to keep moving even after my body says it doesn’t want to.

I was looking for a personal trainer who was knowledgeable in training older clients. I am so glad that I found Gina! I do in-person and Zoom personal training with Gina each week and love it. Gina chooses different, challenging exercises each time we train. She pays attention to form and proper technique. I travel 45 minutes to train with Gina in person and it is worth the long drive. Gina is an absolutely fantastic trainer who cares about each client. She takes time to really understand where I am now and my goals. She’s very encouraging, and customizes each workout to maximize my benefits. I’ve had two complete knee replacement surgeries in the last 7 months.(June, 2020, January 2021) Both times Gregg Baumgartner with AOS has been my physical therapist. I recommend Gregg highly. His knowledge of physiology, positive attitude, patience and the wide variety of exercises for strength and balance he brings to a session had me back on my feet, pain free, in a remarkably short time. Gregg let’s you know PT is a 2-person team effort but he was with me every step of my recovery. He’s a first rate pro and the only therapist I’ll recommend from here on out.

I love this small group class you make available for us, Gina. It is very helpful and geared to us “Seniors”. It has helped me a great deal in improving my strength and agility. You plan sessions that focus on different abilities for each meeting. There is no pressure, and you give us alternatives if we can’t participate in an activity, like get down on the floor! I enjoyed meeting at the Rec Center before this virus hit us. I am so glad you moved our class to Zoom and now give us a choice.

Gregg Baumgartner is a first-class professional who did my home physical therapy visits for two knee replacements. He is very knowledgeable about what it will take to get you better, and he will work you hard. My left knee is still healing from surgery, but my right knee is almost completely healed and is marvelous. I have a wide range of motion, more than I need, and the knee is pain-free. I thank Gregg for a large part of that success, and anticipate equal success with the left knee.

I had been suffering from the immense pain of Plantar Fasciitis for years. I met Greg and Gina and spoke with them about this. Greg and Gina gave me several recommendations.
I implemented his suggestions and I am excited to report that within 1 year, my Plantar Fasciitis is gone! Gone! No more pain! I am so grateful for these amazing professionals!
