Love it here. The owner and other instructors are high energy, the classes are the perfect size so they still can still pay attention to each individual, it’s a friendly and encouraging and clean environment. I take Pilates and a few variations of the workout classes they offer and this is what I needed to be motivated to get back into being consistent. I’ts been 6 weeks, results are noticeable and I have rarely repeated any of the exercises from a previous class , it’s mind boggling lol. Nothing but good things to say!

I started taking classes at Project Body six months ago and absolutely love it! I was looking to do something new that would challenge my body outside of a traditional gym setting and Project Body has exceeded my expectations.
I'm very comfortable at the studio, the schedule is flexible and all of the trainers are wonderful. The varied class options and equipment make every workout feel fresh and fun. It also feels great to be surrounded by like minded women that are investing in themselves.

First month in and my body is transforming! If you are ADHD or Peri-Menopausal listen up:
1) If you are ADHD these workouts are perfect for you. Every class is completely different so you will never get bored, and there are barley any break between sets, which allows your brain to just focus on the exercise at hand.
2) If you are Peri-Menopausal (35 years or older) you are gradually starting to go through hormonal changes that require weight and resistance exercises to build muscle, which is exactly what these classes specialize in.
3) The classes are small enough that you get personalized adjustments and a lot of encouragement along the way. And by the time you think you want to give up the class is over, which makes the 45 minute classes go along way as long as you stay consistent every week.
4) I would totally recommend anyone to give the student special a try. Project Body is built for women interested in re-building their bodies and I can tell you IT IS TOTALLY WORKING for me.
This place will win you over and totally give you a wonderful return on your investment as long as you stay consistent. I am so happy that I found this studio and feel very lucky to live close enough to their convenient location.

Project body is an incredible space for women with workouts ranging to meet everyone’s needs. As someone who can’t do HIIT anymore I really love their barre and Pilates classes. However, if you want HIIT they definitely have that too! All the instructors are absolutely wonderful. It truly is an all inclusive safe space for women. Highly recommend.

Claudia and Project: Body has transformed my body!! I started initially with personal training a few days a week to gain muscle and get wedding ready. But now I am hooked, it’s no longer about a short term goal but a part of my life! Claudia is incredible and knows how to work your individual body to see incredible results. Like most, I struggled staying consistent with working out for many years. I found Project:Body and it has changed my life.
When comparing my years at Project:Body to my time at other studios or self led programs, what stands out most is the creativity and variety. You won't get bored or feel like you've mastered a class. The instructors are motivational and build FUN and challenging classes. It doesn't hurt that you get great results too! I've built more muscle during my time here.
The fundamentals also matter! Booking is easy (MindBody) and there is both a parking lot and street parking. Inevitably, you'll be late and the studio won't turn you away. They also offer online versions of classes.

I absolutely love this studio! I’ve enjoyed several different classes and each time I leave, I know I’ve gotten a good workout in! I always feel comfortable coming in and giving my all (even when it’s hard). I also love that there’re no pressure given the fact that it’s all women. I’ve made some really great connections with the ladies who attend and instructors. I can’t believe I didn’t find this studio sooner. This should be offered in every city to all women who want a safe and comfortable space to sweat and build community around the goal of health! I have been going to workout classes for the last 20+ years. I have taken classes in Chicago, London, New York, and Atlanta. I have tried all kinds of workouts Pilates, OTF, hot yoga, boot camps, cross fit and the list goes on. Project Body has been the BEST workout for my body. It encompasses all of these workouts. I love going to Project Body because they meet me where I am! I am encouraged to go at my own pace and not push to the point of injury. Classes are smaller. The instructor is able to customize to the attendants and correct form as needed. There is also ZERO judgement. I have a blast and feel encouraged each and every time!

I've been coming to Project: Body ATL for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! The environment is super welcoming (especially for someone like me who is by no means a "gym shark" or "workout junkie") - very much an "all bodies and all levels" vibe. I really felt like I became a part of the community as soon as I stepped into my first class and that's exactly what I was looking for in my search for a neighborhood gym.
The instructors are friendly and energetic - they all write their own workouts, so no class is the same, they provide plenty of modifications, and encourage you to listen to your body - whether it be pushing yourself or giving yourself a break when you need it.
Pricing wise - I got their new client 30-day pass which is an absolute steal (30 days for $30!), but I will also be purchasing classes as soon as that's over. They have multiple options for memberships too which is awesome - from monthly passes to multiple class packages. No weird fees or contracts!
Love the pricing transparency, the environment, the instructors - honestly everything about this place is awesome and gets me excited to work out :)

The best – I love the use of multiple props (resistance bands, Bosu balls, steps) as I never get bored and feel constantly challenged. The routines are never the same and are a great blend of cardio and strength. Coming from nyc years ago I hadn’t yet found a gym in Atlanta that was intense, fun and one that I looked forward going to until I found PB. I can’t recommend it enough and tell everyone to try it! Without PB virtual and distanced workouts this past year + I don’t want to think about where I would be!

I’m on my third month with unlimited virtual classes at Project Body, and I’m really loving it!! I appreciate that I am able to take live classes while being at home. The instructors each put their own spin on classes, so it’s great to try several to see what you like best. They are all great at offering modifications to in-studio exercises for those of us at home. Project Body has quickly become my new home. I am Not a huge fan of working out, but I like to be active. I tried the 7-day trial at PB & after the first class I knew that I would become a member. I even got my best friend to join after her first class. The workouts are fun, and always different. It’s almost impossible to get bored. The instructors are AMAZING! Claudia, the owner, is always so happy & energetic I love her ABC classes. Erilyn & Rae are gems! Their classes always give me a great sweat & I leave feeling so empowered. I love that this gym isn’t like other ATL gyms. It’s not a fashion show or a place to show off, it’s a place where real women with real bodies come to workout with no judgement. The fact that the studio offers in-person & virtual workouts makes it so much more attainable to get a great workout in. I can’t say enough about Project Body. Try it, you’ll LOVE IT!

Favorite workout studio in Atlanta! Awesome, killer workouts both in-studio and online. Claudia and her amazing team responded immediately to Covid-19 shutdowns and worked hard to establish an online portal for at-home workouts that are both fun and challenging. This is a fantastic boutique fitness studio! I started taking Claudia’s classes years ago, and was absolutely thrilled to learn she’d opened a studio around the corner from my house. She earned best fitness instructor on Classpass for a reason - her high energy and killer workouts have you leaving class with a big smile and some SORE muscles! The studio space is nice and bright, and classes are intimate. Workouts are creative and will keep you coming back for more. The other instructors are fantastic, and carefully selected for their energy and expert knowledge of how to work the body in a safe and inclusive way. OH - and they started offering virtual classes almost immediately following the covid-19 shutdown, shipping out fitness equipment and offering livestream or recorded classes to take from the comfort of your home. So no excuses - check it out!!

I have been a PBA devotee particularly since the Pandemic shutdown in March. I was amazed at how quickly Claudia pivoted to online classes.
Before, it was difficult for me to get from my office or home for in-person classes at PBA, though I've known Claudia as a top-notch trainer for many many years and knew that I would get a lot from her classes.
The online classes are a great option - I am steps away from my workout room so I can get an amazing workout & get back to work in an hour.
All of the trainers are really good - they know their stuff, give very clear cues, and pay attention to students in terms of form tips - they all have their own personalities but will give you a great (even remote) workout. I have taken Jennifer, Britni, Rae and of course Claudia. Highly recommend!!

Did the online SWEAT HIIT class with Britni and it was great. Good instruction, easy to follow along, challenging but good modifications and I got a awesome full body work out. Sweated like crazy!! Looking forward to trying to other classes.
All the instructors bring their unique touch to the classes. They are challenging and so good for your full body, but not intimidating. Try ONE class and you'll want to keep coming back.

Love this place! I found them through ClassPass and now they are pretty much the only studio I go to. Good range of classes. Asspirations with Claudia is a personal fave! So fun, high energy, and a great full body workout. But all the instructors I've had were lovely. Very inclusive atmosphere with people from all walks of life. I love that the place is small/intimate and you really get personal attention from the instructors. They provide everything you need (mats, weights, equipment, etc.) and they have lockers and a custom water machine (just bring your bottle). Very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend!

I love this place. I am getting back into working out and the classes are fun and challenging but with modifications if you need them. The smaller class sized is is unbeatable, and the instructors provide individualized attention throughout the class. The studio is nice and clean. They have everything you need- including towels and a water fill station. The prices are really reasonable, and even offer a free week to try it out! The location is extremely convenient for me, and they offer a lot of onsite parking if needed.
