Workout is hard but so rewarding. It’s comfortable setting and everyone is so supportive! Remi (the dog) is always a great motivator as well!

Pilates instructor is amazing. Beginner & regular classes are available. The boutique is fabulous, so many cute pieces for every age & then grabbed an almond milk coffee with sugar free creamer on the way out.

This facility is top notch! I love all of the Pilates classes, shopping in the boutique and getting a delicious customized drink or coffee. Ansley is dedicated to my wellness and progress! I am so thankful she opened this business in West Rome!
